Del Taco

This Del Taco is connected to a gas station. I’m not sure if it was the Del Taco or the gas station but it smelled like farts inside the dining section. Made eating there terrible, there’s no outside tables so you were pretty much left with a farty smell. I’m pretty sure there is a sewer issue. I would imagine they would be on top of fixing it but if your reading this review I would make sure some time has passed before eating here to give them time to get rid of the fart smell.

Minutes! Girl that took our order paused 5 minutes between repeating each item back! Have never experienced such a bad drive thru experience! Horrible horrible!!! And all of a sudden they don’t have coke

Never have a fryer on! It’s like the 8^th time I come by n they’re always turned off «for cleaning?» All of them all the time always have an attitude all the different people. Y even open?

just walked out. only one person in front of me waiting for an order and maybe a few cars in the drive thru. I stood at the counter for a few minutes watching them work on an order. They finished then stood talking to each other completely ignoring me. This is just rude as fuck. Are you even a human? These fucks are not even worth $ 8/​hr but they are in there making $ 10/​hr. Its just pitiful and I feel sorry for them.

Very polite and courteous. Quick service without sacrifice of quality. The best Del Taco I’ve visited.

We came here off the road and waited in drive through line for at least 20 minutes. Have no idea what the food will taste like but maybe in the next hour or so we will find out… I agree with most posts that the management skills need work– word of advice to anyone in the area– play it safe and just go to McDonalds.

Horrible! Waited over 20 mins (currently still waiting) and still no food. We over heard the staff talking about our called ordered. Our order is #23 and it then jumped to #25. How is that possible? And get this we only have 4 items… Very poor management skills! The pace here is very slow. The staff give off an attitude like they don’t care.
PS now it’s 12:52pm they gave us our food but got our order wrong. So my boyfriend is in line right letting them know. He’s not too happy! He is finally seeing an employee right now and it’s 12:55pm.

if I could give zero stars I would. ive been thru the drive thru several times and each time is a 30 min wait. they are slow and sloppy. yesterday I ordered two fiesta packs and a mini bacon quesadilla. finally after 20 min of waiting for the other two cars to get their order I get my quesadilla. I opened it to make sure there was bacon but there wasn’t. we knocked on the window because the girls had their back to the window for a long time I told her there was no bacon and she took it and instead of them making a new one they slapped bacon in one spot and burnt the tortilla some more. my husband and I were watching them dance and crack jokes and drop food on the floor. the best part was when they dropped tacos on the floor used gloves to pick them up and continued using those same gloves to prepare the food! we had enough so we pulled through I go inside and demanded for my money back. i will never be returning to this del taco.

I agree with the general consensus here. I love Del Taco… and this one is just like any other. So, the food in on par in that regard, and so it gets the 3 stars.
The lack of the other stars is because this location lacks consistency of service. Sometimes the workers are nice, and sometimes they’re just not so great.
The other thing that irritates me is that I can order 2 burritos and 2 tacos, and they’ll give me 4 packets of hot sauce. Great! So what am I supposed to put on the other burrito and tacos? Problem #1… there is NEVER enough hot sauce.
The other problem I’ve had is that the consistency in how the food is put together is inconsistent. There are times when I’ve had my burrito’s made well; and there are other times when I have at least 3 bites of pure tortilla because there’s nothing inside. It’s one of the reasons I stopped ordering the Spicy Chicken Burrito… at one point, I could have sworn they stopped putting chicken in it altogether.
I live literally around the corner from here, so unfortunately, I’ll be back when I have my need for some Del Taco… but I wish there was another option closer than driving all the way to the Summit location.

Foods good but the service suck the girl that takes orders is rude and all she what’s to do is talk with the drive thur girl. They need to improve customer service.

I love del taco but this place usually falls short I wish it was better since its so close to my house but this is the worst one.

I have tried it quite a few times trying to like it but it just seems to be disappointing I think this place needs new management and to prepare the food correctly I am at Del Taco fan but definitely not this location
I am only giving two stars because I guess it could be worse

I live close to this del taco and I eat here every once in a while and the service is great (drive thru and inside) but the drinks started to lose flavor and got really bitter but I will continue to eat here possibly work

Not only was the food not cooked yet all the way but the oil being used was old and burnt. And when I told the manger he said «I know we have to change it soon» when I asked why would keep using it then? He stated because we forgot to do it the day before and have to wait till the evening to change it.

Worst Del Taco I have ever had. We ordered 3 regular tacos, 4 chicken «asado» tacos, and a spicy jack quesadilla with chicken.
–3 of the chicken tacos had beef instead
–all of the tacos had barely any ingredients in them
–the quesadilla looked and tasted like it had been made the day before also NO CHICKEN…
I wish I had looked through the order before we had left. I would have asked for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Me and my brother come here every Friday we love this place they feed you great portions great price good food it’s a home run

A few friends and I got super sick from eating here. I’m guessing bad dairy products.
Won’t be eating here again.

We always go to this Del Taco and the food and service are excellent. Johnny was very nice and made us feel welcomed. All the staff is nice as well. Its not far from home so its very convenient. This will forever be are favorite Del Taco :)

driving up the hill on a friday afternoon… vegas traffic… fastest and freshest del taco next to barstow. which no one will beat… drove through the drive through, they had my order done in 3 mints max, spicy jack ques, green burrito and a coke… ill be coming back to this location.

Only been through the drive thru here on the way home from Vegas or from my mother in laws. They are fast and friendly. Haven’t been inside, and they have never gotten my order wrong.
I will def. be back

When you absolutely can’t go without a chicken soft taco AND a pine tree car freshener.
This is Del Taco is conveniently located right off the 15 freeway and INSIDE A SHELL GAS STATION. Need some cheap wine with that bean and cheese burrito? Well, buy it here and take it home. Pretty clean location, and they actually didn’t mess up my order. But they only had mild and medium salsa. I assume you have to show ID and leave a deposit to get the good stuff. Oh – do skip the chicken taco al carbon. It doesn’t hold a candle to El Pollo Loco’s yet costs 60% more. Hmm…
If you ask me, what really makes this location are the neon cacti on the ceiling.
