Ok quality food. Prices on smaller single items seem to get more and more expensive every 5 – 6 months. Line for drive thru is horrible during the week especially from 5pm-9pm.

Short and sweet. This place is horrible. Food is not good. Last time I just threw it in the trash. The workers are not very intelligent. Orders always incorrect when going through drive thru and inside is dirty. Avoid this place.

Ordered two crunchy tacos on my break and was sadly disappointed. My taco shell was cracked and very stale which would explain why I got my food in 2 minutes. I doubt I’ll return to this location. They did get my order correctly but the quality was poor. After a few bites on the first one I couldn’t eat anymore because it was so salty.

Always been a fan of this chain but prices keep increasing and the chickens get smaller, picked up a 10 piece meal last night which barely fed the three of us? Wings were literally 1.5″? I can go to Costco and get a whole chicken that’s twice as much food for a third of the price. Staff was nice but I’m done getting screwed on food quality and quanity

Live in the area, have been here many times, as with any fast food restaurant, food is consistent with chain advertisements and customer service is hit and miss with who’s working there that day. Today was ok.

This is a problem of worker integrity. I called from home(about 15 minutes away) to make sure they were open. This was at about 9:55 pm, and they said their drive-thru is open until 10:30 pm. After using google maps to find the quickest route, my partner and I made it with slightly over 15 minutes to spare from the time I was told on the phone. There were two other cars in the drive-thru when we arrived, and as they were told it was closed, we all backed out one-by-one. It is one thing to close early; it is quite another to tell your customers that you will have your drive-thru open the entire time, only to close it over 15 minutes early. The first is understandable given wages and working conditions; the second is unprofessional and unacceptable. We will NOT be returning here.

This has to be the worst Pollo Loco in this area. First the service is bad standing around 5 minutes to order and finally after a comment of(CANWEGETSOMEHELP) someone decided to take our order. With that been said, order 2 Tortilla Rolls but after reading my receipt they had me down for 1 Tortilla Roll and a salad spoke with someone at the counter to correct my order even if I had to pay more, they apologize and would corrected. Twenty minutes later which is terrible speed for a fast food place, the order was still not corrected. That dumb Salad was still on my tray. After speaking with a so call manager(red shirt) she made it correct and throwing in an extra Tortilla Roll, No lids for the soda cups and the Horchata was very water down, and no one had clean the tables. I know that Pollo Loco has a bigger menu but should of gone to Juan Pollo instead. It is not the chicken that is Loco is the service.

We were looking for a healthier option for a quick late dinner. .. but I guess closing at 1030p means they can close ten minutes early? I get it though. Employees want to go home. I go through the same thing at my work when customers stay after closing time. But guess what? It’s part of our job. I don’t think that any business should close any earlier than the time posted, whether it’s one minute or ten.

Update: Updating my previous review. This place is beyond disgusting. The tables don’t look like they’ve been cleaned all day. On top of that, I just observed an employee taking a bucket of cleaning liquid, lay it next to the salsa, and use a nasty rag to clean while the salsa was till there. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy diarrhea. Always crowded which isn’t normally a problem because it typically reflects a place that is really good and people love. However, the crowds are due to simple mismanagement because there are never enough people working the cash registers or preparing orders. Expect to wait at least 15 min after order to get your food and that does not include the line before. Do not even try to wait in line through the drive thru because it is a nightmare. Food is always good(why the two star and not one).

Visited this location earlier tonight and came through the drive thru and ordered an Ultimate Double Chicken Tostada Bowl and a side of Mac n Cheese. I haven’t had a Tostada Bowl in a long time so I craved it and wanted it to hit the spot. Came back home with all my items and sides and everything seemed fine. I left the bowl in my microwave so I can enjoy it later. Coming close around dinner time I got hungry and decided to eat my food, and I’m enjoying it and when I tear apart the bowl I put my fork in to get a bite and out comes a long red hair, GROSS!!! I immediately lost my appetite and was upset. I looked up the business number on Unilocal and gave the store a call, it was a little over 30 mins closing time so I knew there had to have been people still closing. Ended up talking to a Manger from a different location that was covering and she was very very helpful. She did tell me to call back again tomorrow for the actual store Manger so they can handle it. I left my name and number and I will be calling and complaining tomorrow! And I might also add that the chicken didn’t even seem like double! I felt as I got ripped off ans didn’t get enough chicken! Get it together El Pollo Loco, I love your food when I crave it at times but NOTWITHHAIRINIT!
