No complaints whatsoever!
Very friendly waitresses and hostess. Granted I visited with regulars, but still they were attentive, genuine, and efficient.
Applebee’s is not my favorite restaurant, but occasionally info go to one. For whatever reason I CANNOT eat their beef (any way, shape, or form) without feeling sick. It’s odd I know… So, I stick to other things on their menu.
The 5 stars is for the staff and the food that I can eat.

My Fiancée and I Came to this Applebees on his birthday to have dinner together. We were greeted by a friendly hostess but the waitress was very rude. We wanted drinks for happy hour so we had to move to the bar after already being seated and being told by the waitress that we had to move. We sat down in a booth in bar area only to wait 20 mins to get any attention. We ordered an appetizer and drinks, which didnt come quickly. Then our original waiter came and we ordered food. Food took about 25 mins. The customer service here needs work. My Fiancée and I were talking, and we both are not high maintenance people but we were expecting alot better for a basic dinner request and basic customer service and respect. We will not be returning to Applebees again.

This place sucked, the waiter sucked she brought out the drinks beer was flat and cocktails were watered down, food was alright but damn it’s a shame never coming back, peace! Oh and the waiter tried over charging us with stuff we didn’t even get!

Will never return to this location. My husband ID was expired, we completely understood so I ordered a drink for myself. Mind you that my husband is 28 years old ! Manager walked up and said if she seen my husband having a drink out of my beer she would remove the beer from the table even tho am paying for it !! We are far From being underage for her to even say that.

Thought we would come up for a drink on Saturday night. Little did I know the bar is part of the restaurant. Good luck getting a late night drink at this place. Disappointing. Don’t need a babysitter for this bar they let kids in the bar area on a Saturday night. Guess it’s more profitable to tie up the bar area with minors ordering food and soda then selling food and drinks to adults.

We loved our neighborhood Applebee’s. BUT IT HAS CHANGED! Food was good but the portions have shrunk! I ordered a burger and asked about my lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions? They said it’s upon request only! It came with 4 little onion rings. Really?! We were told by the manager we could order on the ipad? OK it’s my Friday I want to relax and have a meal with my family. I want to have a good conversation with my family. I DON’T want a «how to order on the pad» lesson! What is the use of the waitress who was chatting about her night with the bartender! When my bill came the waitress got my card and swiped it on the pad at the table and instructed me how to pay!!! Really? How about you do it I’m trying to have a conversation with my family! Then she presses the 20% tip! REALLY!!! OmG! We will NOT be returning to our neighborhood Applebee’s. So many other options in the neighborhood!

Came here once before and wasnt impressed. After going out, the husband and i stopped by at midnight i think. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger and was pleasantly surprised. It hit the spot! We got wings also and they werent bad! I’ll give em another shot when im sober haha see if i was trippin or not lol

Food is good however one of my favorites changed into a kids meal… seriously? That owner needs a wet slap to the face to wake up. I’m not asking for a free meal here…

The only reason it gets 2 stars is cause we had a gift card. Services was horrible food was ok not great and very plane. Got their at 5:36pm didn’t get some over to are table till 6:16pm for drinks. At that time we order everything cause we didn’t know when she would be back to take are order. As soonest the food arrived me and my wife where so hungry we just scarfed are face with in 20 min hahaha. Payed and left. We will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Managers Stephanie and the general manager just told a party of to leave after sitting down for 5 minutes because of the bigger party to sit at the table

Not a place I would pick to eat but, my family likes coming here. Applebee’s use to be good to dine in but the menus has change so much and the portions for the price are very small bourbon street chicken & shrimp plate look more than a child portion trust me this picture is very deceiving. Steak and vegetables. Mozzarella sticks appetizer ok they are good. The service was very good wish I remember his name. Still don’t like coming here.

If I could have left no stars believe me I would have. Do not I repeat do not order online and do curbside pick up.
We ordered at 5:35 online. The order said it would take 15 minutes, we arrived 20 minutes later when I went in, our order was not found, but crazy enough the $ 62.05 was magically being processed from my bank account. So I re ordered at counter then had to repay, at the exact moment the order came through and crazy enough the credit card didn’t go through. They said it would take 20 minutes for our new order to be ready and guess what, 25 minutes later I’m sitting in the darn curb side still waiting for our order. No tip obviously and worst service ever! We are never and I repeat never coming back here! DO NOT ORDE CURBSIDE!

I have been lagging on doing a review but needless to say. My boys and I have been going to this Applebee’s for some time now and Bryant is amazing… He has such an awesome attitude great vibe. He knows what we always order and always suggest new things. Also knows when I’m having a rough day from work and bring me my drink I love. Hands down him and the whole staff are so awesome, they make you feel like family. Thanks guys y’all rock.

Enjoyable atmosphere even though they were an hour away from closing. We werent rushed and the staff seemed in a very good mood. Few were singing and dancing.
Margaritas are also satisfying and waiters are knowledgeable about the menu and are welcoming
Had to give julian prob on great service, also does he remind any of u guys of the riddler from that show GOTHAM on FOX?

The three cheese pasta never fails. 2 for $ 20,is a great deal. Service was good. She was very attentive.

Bryant is excellent. I was expecting to come and sit at the bar as usual but it was packed so my dad and I sat down at a booth. I was bummed out that I wouldn’t be able to see all the TV screens as I’m accustomed too and the lady that seated us said your waiter is Bryant. I made a side comment like «dam and it’s a guy». I was expecting dull time tonight but Bryant brought his A game. Brought everything quickly. Told us about all the happy hour specials even though we weren’t at the bar. Went over and beyond. He really outdid himself. Great job!

Quoted 20 minute wait time. Hostess noticed after 45 minutes we were still waiting so she sat us very quickly, all so I could wait 20 more minutes for a flat beer. Waitress gave us service as if she were the only one working the entire place. It got to the point a guy named Bryant was sweeping floors notice we had no food or drinks at our table. Bryant was the only good experience we had at the joint in all 2 flat beers 2 ice teas 2 appetizers 2 hours… Next time I think I’ll just hit up McDonald’s.

Went in for lunch on a weekday. Place was not to crowded and the place was not to crowded. Our server was prompt to take our orders and keep our drinks filled. The food at AppleBees is good, but will not blow you away.
They have a wide variety of food to choose from, TV’s with sports and a full bar. For a decent place to eat, its a good choice.

Very pleased with this visit to our local Applebee’s. We had a great server named Michael and had no complaints at all about this visit.
We were seated in the bar right when we walked in the door. The booth was cleaned and we were greeted and asked for our drink order. Our ticket consisted of a strawberry lime margarita and a Pepsi to drink, appetizers were Brisket Nachos and Kobe meatballs (both YUM!) and then entrees were Crunchy Shrimp and a Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad. Everything was great except for the margarita. It was small and 80% ice — it was not worth anywhere near $ 9.25. In all, the bill was $ 57.79 before tip.
The only reason I am not giving this trip 5 stars is because of the Margarita. It was VERY disappointing.
We will be back but I will not order a margarita again.
