0 stars. the service here is horrible and i was assaulted by a staff member by the name of lizz between 10:57pm and 11:07pm on June 24, 2016. so after the cashier was very rude when taking my order and expediting me my incomplete order i had watched her throw in a bag, my plan was to dine in but i was never asked, so i was placing my food on a tray while i waited for my drink when «lizz» attempted to pass behind me by saying excuse her, i said no, «lizz» pushed and bumped me as other employees and customers just watched. When «LIZZ» passed by me again she said I will give you my name and the managers phone number and then she walked to the back but no manager came out front. after i demanded a refund and was ignored but the whole crew laughed out loud, i asked to speak to the manager repeatedly and shift manager raul emerged several minutes later after i had repeatedly asked to speak to him, he told me he was on break, ha! this restaurant needs to fire lizz. i will be contacting ivan, the store manager as well as the corporate office. no means no and lizz had no right to touch me period point blank. and while they’re at it, get rid of raul too because he is not manager material period point blank.

They should really bring back the old apple pies the fried ones aren’t as good as the old ones overall the place is okay

DO NOT GO HERE. I rarely go to McDonalds as it is, but now I will NEVER return to this location or any others. I ordered some spicy chicken sandwiches, got home and started eating. My first bite in, I bit down on something extremely hard and it really hurt. So I spit my food out, and no wonder, it was a huge piece of plastic! I am disgusted, in pain, and still hungry. Filing a claim with corporate McDonalds and going to the dentist tomorrow!

This is the best McDonalds in the area. I have not tried drive thru yet. I have lived in the area for about a year now, and stop here for dine in once a month. The food is always fresh, hot, and tasty for McDs. Other McDs have gone downhill because they always serve cold, old food. This has never happened to me here. My order was wrong one time, and they happily made it right for me.
PS: I see reviews about the restrooms on here. Keep in mind, this McDs shares the restroom with a GAS STATION. The food here is what is important = YUMMY

I was traveling along I-​15 and stopped here for lunch. It was a typical McDonald’s restaurant that served good food at good prices. The service I received was polite and the food was reasonably fresh. McDonald’s has a target time of 90 seconds for you to receive your order, which will require a certain amount of food to be pre-​cooked. If you don’t like that, don’t complain about the food. Better yet, don’t go. However, if you need something to eat right away and don’t want to wait, then nobody does it better than McDonald’s. Also, the staged food has expiration times as well, so as long as the employees are paying attention, the food will be reasonably fresh.
That being said, the Big Mac I ordered was good, with the ingredients stacked high and looking more or less like the advertised sandwich. The French fries are always delicious. Overall, a good visit.

Gross! Food was awful we had buttermilk chicken sandwiches, tasted like they had been frozen for years! When I called to complain manager was rude and unprofessional. Also they have bums that beg for money in the drive thru parking lot. It’s very scary. When I told the worker at the window he laughed and said so? I even called the district manager and they never returned my call. Stay away From this filthy place!!!

I came here after an event and the drive through took a while… They also ran out of orange juice and MESSED UP ON MY HASH BROWNS! All 8 of them were so soggy. How could they mess up on that?!

This place is a joke! ! I only left 1 star because I had to! How hard is it to get an order correct.. I mean it’s not like I ordered 10 items… Seriously people 2 chicken nugget happy meals.. and you still managed to get the order wrong!!! And you want 15 dollars an hour.. HAA dream ON… Learn how to take an order first!

This place is pretty consistent with giving out the correct order. I live close by and this is by far the McDonald’s I go to the most. They’ve always been pretty good with cooking a fresh batch of nuggets when requested. However, when it’s late at night and they’re «slow» they don’t fry a new batch. They gave us a free apple pie once because the person in front of us took forever to order.

Not only was this place beyond slow my entire order was wrong I got somebody else’s order I got somebody else’s drink order and when I went back to complain all they had to say was there were sorry and had me park and wait for them to remake my order will never go again

It seems like every weekend, the ice cream machine doesn’t work. I have to travel an extra 15 minutes to go to another McDonald’s.
I just arrived at getting my food and I saw a mocha frappé. Doesn’t a mocha frappé use the ice cream machine?

Passed by this mcdonalds on the way home, and I was actually every surprised the food was fresh and fast service and polite employees

The food was good as always, but I’m really sick and tired of going into every McDonald’s and getting attitude from those damn employees. I was ordering the Deluxe Quarter Pounder, and this bitch was typing so fast, I told her I wasn’t finished. I don’t really like cheese and I’m allergic to Mayonnaise, so I ask for no mayo and no cheese, and she wants to huff and puff, and role her eyes. If these bitches continue to roll their damn eyes, their going to get stuck in the back of their damn heads. Sorry for the language, I don’t normally curse at women, but I’m tired of these a-​holes attitudes. Just keep your damn mouth shut and push the pictures of the meal I want. Smh –_​– I’m giving you a 2 star rating for your employees attitudes not for the food.

This location has been one one of the worst kept McDonalds I have ever been to. The soap in the bathroom is in a plastic cup by the sink which has broken off handles, and the toilets are stained. All the tables had stains and crumbs everywhere. I can not believe the lack of sanitation there is. The food on the other hand was up to par, but the environment is absolutely terrible. Avoid going inside.

So, I rarely ever eat here but my son wanted a hash brown for breakfast. I must say the food and service are good. Unfortunately at 9am when we arrived most of the tables were dirty. I would have given 4 stars if the place was clean! Note to management, no one likes a dirty dining room… make you wonder if the kitchen is clean.

The McDonald’s restaurant itself was ok.
But the bathroom? Do not enter unless you have no other option. You gotta hold it!
I wonder if the staff uses the same restroom also. And how can they tolerate such?

This review is solely based off McDonald’s Premium Southwest McWrap. I can’t stand McDonald’s or Burger King heck any of those fast food joints that serve you burger and fries that just sit in a bin or heat tray how lazy. With the acception of Bakers, FiveGuys and In and Out who make your food fresh when you order. But when I do visit McDonald’s I always ask them to make it fresh. That’s why I only visit certain location, cause the employees aren’t lazy.
Well I went here and didn’t know what to order and saw this huge display for the Southwest McWrap. Ordered the crispy chicken, you can have it grilled as well. I bit into it and damn the flavors were off the chain, nice little Chipotle sauce, lettuce and cheese it was bursting with flavor and the crunch on the chicken just set it over the top. Also the box package they put it in was well thought out. Good Job!
That New sandwich has my vote. Oh one more thing, The new Mighty wings are awesome as long as you ask them to drop them fresh. But damn they are pricey! I will stick to KFC hotwings. If they would match the price. I think they could compete in my book.

This is a terrible Mc Donalds! The place it connect with a gas station and its off the freeway. The good thing is its the best you are going to get out in the middle of no where in Fontana off the 15 fwy. I should be blessed to just be able to find somewhere to get a drink and a snack for the road. Few peddlers waiting for you to try to sell you something. It was some window cleaner… I ignored them.
