Waste of. money …many of the machines ‘eat’ tokens but don’t work and others don’t give accurate # of tickets or none at all. There was hardly anyone in the place, yet it took about 5 minutes to get each issue taken care of… fustrating at best!

The experience was so horrible that it was almost funny… 80% of the games/machines were broken– Either taking my coins or did not have tickets. It was pretty bad where I stopped telling the employees. I felt bad for them, probably stressful for them as well. But it’s a bummer for the kids when they are supposed to be rewarded with tickets, but nothing comes out… On top of that. prizes are lame. If the prizes are going to cost a lot of tickets, have more selection. Its always the same 5 items… Its stupid to spend 30 tickets on a small box of nerds candy. Pizza was ok… the breadsticks were literally burnt black on top… we didn’t let the kids eat it. I used to like this location, but since management changed… it doesn’t look like there is any management. This was a horrible experience. I felt bad for all the friends and family I invited.

Gotta love the lunch buffet. So cheap yet so plentiful. Always fresh too. I like the variety they set out. Its always different. I know people complain about the salad only being two types of lettuce and like 4 dressings and thats all. But really??? You came here for the salad? If so, go next door to souplantation where they only have 4 soups and a ton of salads. Yet their name is souplantation? Lmao! As adults we come here for the kids, so stop complaining. Think about someone else for a change. Your life will be less stressful!

The staff are extremely friendly but this place is so run down. A lot of the games are either out of order or they don’t work properly. The games give out 2 – 5 tickets but you need 600 to get a tiny plastic toy. They have photo booths that don’t have any ink so all your picture look faded and barley visible. The birthday show is not as it was when I was a kid(the ONE mouse they have that is supposed to be animated and move does not work) and the bathrooms smelled terrible. I ordered a glass of wine and they said«I’m sorry we ran out LASTWEEK». I would be understanding if they ran out a day or two ago but a week is a bit much to not think to re-order. I give two stars because the kids had fun and the pizza is actually not bad.

NOPE. I took my 3 year old here on a late afternoon, and was surprised that there were only about 6 other families there, not too crowded so that wasn’t that bad. I got plenty of coins for my 3 year old and let him pick which games to try… and ALL three of the games he picked to start were broken! The first one you were supposed to have balls to throw, and every single one was missing. The next one you were supposed to shoot water at little rubber ducks so that they float through this tunnel. but the water level was so low and there was trash floating with a couple random balls-it was like it had not been maintained in a long while. The last one we went to the other side of the room(hoping for better luck on the games) and my 3 year old wanted to play this game with a giant lever and circle of lights-but this too was broken. The lever seemed to be barely hanging onto the side of the machine and after pulling it various directions, I finally seemed to get it to work… Oh, and the prize selection can be found at your local dollar store. SOMUCH disappointment. .

Everything was great until I noticed the bug stuck on my salad. I completely lost my appetite. It was my sons first birthday so we ordered a chocolate cake and it came out super cold and hard as a rock!

I came to visit my lil munchkin cousin at Chuck E Cheese. I was secretly super excited because it brought back old memories of… Not the games, not of the scary robotic rat show BUTTHEIRBREADSTICKS!!! I said Hi to him and watched him run around for a bit but then ditched him and made a B-line to order the bread sticks. While in line, I noticed the games being better than what I remembered, they freaking have beers ONTAP(whhhhaaa?!) and a salad bar. We had to wait a while for the bread sticks to come out but when it did, it looked like it was in the oven a taaaaaad too long according to the color. As I took a bite, my first thought was… it’s nothing like what I remembered AND the marinara sauce was super sour like border line rancid! I’ll just delete this experience and keep my memories as is :(

We went on a Sunday evening to celebrate a special occasion. More than half of the machines were out of order with tags on it showing its broken, or they would eat up our coins and be dysfunctional. MOST working machines spat out only 1 – 3 tickets even with high scores. Some of the roller ball games didn’t even have balls in it and yet would just take your coin. Two of the machines were blaring some loud alarm sounds and it was so hard on our ears that I finally had to go grab the staff and ask him if that was normal. He simply and silently shook his head no, opened the machine to turn off the alarm and walked away. He looked like he was absolutely hating his job. No words and no eye contact and looked like he was going to stab you if you asked him for one more thing. Spoke to the staff in the front about the defective machines and how over half of the floor had broken machines and they basically said its because they only have one game tech on the floor… and take a wild guess who that is. Haha I had bought and played 100 tokens and yet hardly any tickets collected. I thought maybe it was my kids who weren’t scoring well so I played some myself. High score and I got 2 tickets. Manager ended up approving 100 tickets for free but that’s only good for about a few sticks of tootsie rolls. Kids were bummed. Oh and there were only 2 machines working to check in your tickets. Rest were broken. They need to work on having a game floor that’s functional and maybe staff up a bit! Oh and Chuck E didn’t appear the whole time we were there for 3.5hrs.

Where do I start. The customer service is no good and the pizza especially in the buffet is no good. It tastes like dog food when it has been under the light. The pizza quality went down compared to a year ago and they need to fix it quick. This place is too expensive and they hire mostly Mexican employees which seems like discrimination. No professionalism at this place. Save your money and stay elsewhere

Had my sons 2nd bday here today and everything went as planned and everyone especially my son had a great time. The games and play area was clean and not crowded at all! The pizza and the sandwich/wrap platter with tater tots was really tasty. Kasey our party host was extremely helpful, cheerful, nice, willing to help, fast, and just amazing. She was right there when I needed her, brought out everything I asked for super fast and with a smile. She was awesome. I’d definitely recommend this location to everyone.

1÷24÷16 So my twin nieces turned 5 and we headed over to their birthday party. Mind you, I haven’t been to one in over 20 years! This location was big, well lit, and very clean. It totally brought back memories of the CEC of olden times where it was dingy carpeted and dark and crazy loud… here it was the complete opposite. Even the adults had fun playing games with the kids and winning tickets for them. The food is the usual pizzas, and the adults had the chicken wings which seemed to be a big hit. It did get sort of confusing when they had the show happen for the birthday kids. There’s a robotic ‘Chuck’ to the side, but later a real life one appears. I would have been confused as to why the same character is there? Silly observation I know but it was weird. I would definitely come back to bring the nieces and nephews in the future. It was fun and clean, and enjoyed our afternoon here with the kiddos.

I would do no stars if I could. I’m here for my God Daughter’s 5th birthday party. The waitress dropped one of our pepperoni pizzas and we are still waiting for it 45 mins later. Meanwhile everyone else in the place are getting pizzas… how is this possible??? Why is it that we are waiting for pizza that we ordered over an hour and half ago??? This is ridiculous! If it wasn’t for the kids we would be out of this place! Chuck E. Cheese you truly are a disappointment. We have hungry kids and you don’t even care! YOUSUCK!

It’s probably been over 25 years since I last stepped foot inside a Chuck E Cheese but I’m glad they are still around so my son could enjoy it as much as I did as a youth. The location was clean and my toddler had a good time. Wish they had more rides for toddlers but glad to see they even had a small toddler section. Don’t forget they have coupons on their website. You don’t need to print them out. I really love that they hand stamp everyone upon arrival and check for matching stamps upon editing. Very nice touch!

I haven’t been here since I was a kid. I was pleasantly surprised how fun it still is! The staff was friendly and polite. It was pretty packed for a Sunday. We will definitely be back! Pros: They stamp your hand or sticker your child upon arrival and check them before exiting for safety The pizza isn’t bad! Reminds me of ballpark pizza They have a decent salad bar They sell beer! And have shock top and indian pale ale on tap! They have a sectioned off toddler area with awesome rides! The dining area, tables, and highchairs are clean! Never once saw a dirty table or highchair Cons: The lines to order food or drinks are long and only one person working the register The bathrooms are FILTHY!!!

This location is always clean and the employees are always on top of things. The feeling I get from other reviews here is that they forget to remember that Chuck E. Cheese is a service based business, a restaurant, with MANY moving parts from other customers. Considering how busy it can get I can appreciate the good service I get. Sometimes you have to look at the whole picture to understand what really is going on. It is definitely one of the best Chuck E. Cheese locations I have visited. Food is good, service is good, maintenance is good, but most importantly for me is that it feels safe.

Great place for kids to go wild, they have a blast, the only thing I don’t like is the fact that they sell beer, I don’t understand why if this place is for KIDS, if parents want to get buzz, get that hell out of this place and go to a bar and leave the kids with a babysitter, this is your time to spend with your kids so enjoy it sober…

Pizza was good. However, If you step back and look around, the walls are covered in illuminati propaganda. «Must C TV»(yeah) Besides that it’s basically training children for the casinos. Just my observation.

My son had a play date at Chuck E. Cheese labor day weekend. The kids had fun, the service was great. The pizza was okay but the salad bar was not so good. they don’t replenish often and it was so messy. My friend son ordered an ice cream sandwich and did not finish it. So my friend put it in a plate after two hours of playing he came back the ice cream did not melt at all… so grose!!!

Only reason why I’m rating this 2 stars is due to the lack of cleanliness at this location. Highchairs were FILTHY and they clearly had been used because there were bibs that were placed on each of the high chairs and restacked. Food wise — Pizza was actually REALLY good — Almost better then most delivery joints. Only has 2 beer selections and looks like 1 wine selection. They could improve this a bit and offer more of a selection to increase their sales. Games — Our son had turned one so we took him here for his 1st birthday dinner. 2 of the 3 games we tried had some sort of mechanical issue. 1 of them was in the toddler area and was a train — It didn’t move until right before the game was over. Other game was a horse racing game horse didn’t move until mid way through the game.

I think this Chuck e Cheese is one of the better locations out there. It’s big, clean, and things look fairly new. They also have the standard safely measures in place. I actually really like their pizza. It’s not so salty or greasy like some other pizza places. Staff was friendly and helpful. Busy location. The games are fun. The best ones are the ones where you can take pictures. Some machines can be out of order at times. I like that the machines require just one token each. One thing this location does that I haven’t seen at other locations is that Chucky walks around and throws tickets up in the air so that the kids can pick it up on the ground. It’s fun for the kids because they race to get the tickets. The birthday package is good because the birthday kid gets a balloon guitar and balloon hat. They also get to go in a ticket blaster machine to get as many tickets as possible. Overall, they are generous with the tokens. The prizes are average. Fun place.
