Pizza Hut

I think I’m done with this pizza hut. Any promotion that pizza hut is running, you can be sure this location is not participating. 5 dollar menu? Nope, 7 dollars instead. 20 dollar dinner box? Nope, 22 dollars. The worst is instead of a 10 or 11 dollar any pizza deal, they charge 13 dollars. I know it’s only a few bucks here and there but I don’t appreciate the nickel and dime price gouging as a customer, especially when I see a commercial for a good deal and I am instantly let down that my local store won’t be offering it… ever.

This place is terrible. This has been my second bad experience with them. The first time was an online order that still hadn’t been delivered after 1 hour. I called to cancel the order and they still showed up after the fact with the food. This time, I tried placing an order online and received an email that the order wasn’t processed and to call the location directly. I called and placed in a phone order. When I went to pick up they said they had no record of the order and sent me to a different location. I checked my phone and saw that I had indeed called their location. I called back and again told that they didn’t have the order and possibly if they were busy the order had been sent to a corporate location and they hadn’t received it yet so I said if they get the order to cancel it. The person’s response was «we can’t cancel something we didn’t receive». Really? They have the worst service whatsoever and no customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location

Every now and again I get a craving for pizza and wings. Pizza Hut is my go-​to pizza delivery place as it’s local and fast. The food is great quality and always arrives piping hot, fresh and on time (usually it arrives a good 10 minutes before the estimated delivery time). The delivery guy (an older Hispanic man) is always friendly and always smiling. My one complaint would be that I always ask for blue cheese dressing for the wings and they tend to forget it more than 50% of the time. It’s only 50 cents for the dip, but naked wings make me a sad panda.

Crapy service. Ordered through online. I was supposed to pick up at 8:30pm but had to wait additional 10 min. I also ordered wings and fries but they totally forgot to make it. then I had to wait another 10 min they just said sorry… I wonder why they can’t follow the simple instruction…

Frozen pizzas from the grocery store are better than this pizza hut and cost less. They have lowered their quality and raised their prices. The last pizza that we got from here did not have any sauce or cheese on the top. We spent 20 bucks on nothing but a crust. This place sucks.

We placed an order online, and we waited for the online timer to count down completely and then left to get our order. When we arrived, these two guys were just standing around. We said we were there to pick up an online order, and they kind of looked at us blankly, then one of then said, oh it’ll be 10 minutes. Seriously, what was the point of the online timer? What terrible service.

Beware when you order here that it’s a hit or miss. I’m all for high school kids working and getting experience, but these kids need someone who can be in charge. My orders are rarely correct, on time or greeted with a smile. I just ordered a pretzel crust pizza and he showed me the pizza and it wasn’t the crust i ordered. When i asked the kid what it was he says I have no clue what that is. When asked what he will do about it he says «I don’t know».
Get a grip Pizza Hut and get someone who can take charge. Don’t want to go to Round Table but if you continue messing up I might even though they’re pricier.

This Pizza Hut had terrible service. The Manager does not take responsibility for any mistakes they make. Avoid this Pizza Hut.

my brother has been craving for pizza hut for a while. he finally decided to buy some pizza after seeing the deal that pizza hut offered. he bought a large super supreme pizza for $ 8.55 (
). regular price was $ 14. quite a good deal right! he ordered it online and by the time we got there the pizza was ready. it was still very hot and just came out from the oven. he really enjoyed his pizza and enjoyed it. it was crispy and soft. just the way he like it. i didnt really like pizza in general so this review is based on his opinion.

Pizza Hut is what it is: inexpensive but quick, uniform and this particular branch has spectacularly quick delivery. Friday night pizza hut is a ritual for our kids.

They get my online order wrong half the time. Disappointing, but the $ 10 pizza deal is worth it… even if it they get it wrong sometimes

I started coming here more often when Pizza Hut began their $ 10 any pizza special. Now they’re down to a $ 10 Specialty medium pizza or a 3 topping large pizza. Let’s face it, anymore than 3 toppings and you can’t taste them all anyways. Great deal, good pizza. Delivery charge is $ 2.50.
My only ask would be for them to start having artichokes! That would make this the perfect pizza place.
Note: If they have any specials, they’re not the best at bringing it to your attention if there’s a cheaper way to order exactly the same thing… so look on their windows for specials or coupons in the mail.
