Although my current review was accurate immediately following my visit, I was extremely disappointed when my gel polish started to peel three days later. This wasn’t just chipped, it peeled off in huge sheets. Other places I have gone have never had this problem, they have always lasted at least 2 weeks. I am pretty sure I would not go back.

They’re CLOSED… Sad that they picked up and left overnight… Had an appointment scheduled for today, got there and it was vacant. Sad to see them go.

WOW. Just stopped by chipotle to get some food and recognized they’re gone! Everything in there was torn apart and the door signs are gone… Hmmmm last week it said they would only be closed on Tuesdays but now it seems they’re gone for good.
Not to mention I have been going to this place for almost two years and EVERYTIME they mess something up. I have never had one good experience. I usually went for my nails but I tried out the waxing and let me tell you it was horrible and very unsanitary. Would not recommend to any one.
Just curious why they closed there doors, but from all these bad reviews I might understand why.

The place is very clean and has a great atmosphere. If you go Monday-​Wednesday between 2 and 6 PM, you can enjoy a glass of wine with their happy hour special.

Came here last week for an acrylic removal for the first time. Upon entering, the receptionist was sweet and friendly and had me soak my nails for 15 minutes. Then, Monique came over and started buffing my nails with a dremel. She hit my skin a few times and didn’t apologize but just jerked my hand back towards her when I pulled back out of pain. Then, she starts scraping the acrylic so hard, I ask her if I should maybe soak them for a few more minutes. She just replies with «No, your acrylic is too thick. Whoever did them made them too thick.»
um. okay… but it freaking hurts.
After getting the acrylic *scraped the hell* off, she files my nails into the sharpest squares of my life. I even asked her if she could tame one corner down a little bit, as I have young babies that I might scratch while holding– and she seemed annoyed when I asked. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she seemed pretty unfriendly.
Oh and now my nails are paper thin and break upon impact. Thanks for that!
Never coming back.

I have finally found «my place» and «my girl»
This establishment is clean, professional and friendly. I see KELLY! She is an absolute doll and does an amazing job. She is meticulous and takes pride in her work. My gel manicures last up to 3 weeks which is amazing for my nails! And trust me I’m super picky with my nails. The gentleman who owns this business is very friendly and accommodating and the employees had wonderful things to say about him. It makes me happy to hear that these talented nail techs are well treated! Five stars!!!

I had what was THE best gel mani I’ve ever had here about 5w ago. It lasted about 3w with only one chip. It looked so awesome. I went on a Sunday morning to have the gel removed (2ish w ago) before it chipped more and looked awful. I thought they soaked gel polish off? The girl filed it off and my nails look awful. She filed clear down to the nail on most of my nails. I’m so sad at the shape my nails are in. I’ve really wanted to love this place and it’s services as a whole… And I just can’t.

The vibe of the place us right up my alley, however, there were no rooms for my legs at the manicure station. That made for a very uncomfortable manicure. My gel didn’t last as long as usual either. About a week.

Friendly & Professional Staff, Quality Service, Clean Environment! Truly enjoyed coming here and I’ll be back!

Very cute place!
Came in for a manicure. One nail was cracked on the side so I asked for a silk wrap. The manicurist glued on the silk wrap and then painted right over it. She never filed it or buffed down so it was all lumpy from the glue.
The other nails came out fine but because of the lack of quality and probably won’t be back.

My girls like the nail bar. It’s great for birthday mani/​pedi parties. The nail polish selection is excellent and they carry Essi and OPI.
I came here with 8 little girls for a Princess mani/​pedi and Patty at the front was very welcoming. Offering water and was very pleasant although she didn’t really seem to know what was going on with their pricing and had to call her husband (the owner) for the answers. The other front desk guy is a super unfriendly owner. He looks MISERABLE and hates being there. You’d think that as an owner of a nail salon, he’d pretend to be happy to make patrons feels welcomed. If you can overlook him, the quality of the work is better than most places around. They actually give the girls the same experience as adults!
The most exceptional tech is Mai. She’s super friendly, does an excellent job. She really wanted the girls to have a great experience. She makes it worthwhile.

This is the best nail salon in all of Orange County. They are extremely sanitary and the ladies all speak English and there is no constant upselling so you can actually relax.

Great customer service and a quick job! Got a gel mani and pedi done in 30min. The atmosphere is clean and sleek. They even matched my gel color for my toes. My mom and I really enjoyed our time here.

I tried to give this place one last chance when I was desperate for a mani/​pedi and don’t know why I did. I had a new woman in there who did my pedi and she was AWFUL. She did the worst paint job I’ve ever had and painted half of every nail. I asked her to redo it for me and she was not happy when I asked this. She sat me back in the chair and painted one of my feet again. When I got home looking at my feet I noticed she used the wrong color so I have 2 different colors on each foot! When spending money to pamper yourself you should leave extremely happy. It’s frustrating the owner isn’t even making things right with all of their bad reviews on here. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Red Persimmon they’re great.

The moment you walk in, you feel like you’re going to get pampered like a princess! The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing — open, chic, bright, white, simple, modern. Kind of like how I wish every nail salon looked like. Except the quality of the paint job itself did not meet my expectations. I am very easy to please when it comes to getting my nails done, however this is the first time I found a little too much polish/​gel surrounding my nails and on my skin. The lady took what seemed to be like all of the remaining polish off of my skin, but after I left and got a better look in natural light, there was even more to take off (mani AND pedi) and I even managed to find a couple tiny air bubbles on my gel mani. Yes, they were tiny, but… air…bubbles…grrrr.

I recently had a pet-​cure done as the salon
A week later in in urgent care getting a shot of penicillin for my toe and a weeks worth of drugs
My toe was infected
I watched and they didn’t use new tools they took them out of the bag but the bag was one en as I remember
I went to the store and asked them for a refund for my treatment and they refused I had the medical bills with me and they knew ideas in the store the week before
They didn’t care at all they said they would do nothing for me. I told them I would write a review of it didn’t matter to them so here it is they are not the busy tired use the customers request

I was very disappointed when I decided to try this place. The receptionist said it would take 10 minutes before I was helped, but 45 minutes later still was waiting!!!
I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. What a waste of time!

I came here the other day while shopping in foothill ranch. This is a really nice, clean nail salon with good prices! I got a gel manicure and pedicure and they look great. They didnt try to pressure me into a bunch of other services and also it was quiet and relaxing. Some places aren’t relaxing because the nail ladies are talking to eachother across the room while they’re doing your nails. That was not the case here at all… they were really nice, and they focused on me! While I was here, the owners came in, and introduced themselves and made sure I was happy. I was able to add a tip on to my debit card, but next time I will bring cash because I know they prefer that. They also have a little spot where you can get your hair blow dried and styled… pretty cute! Overall I had a great experience and will come back if I’m in foothill again.
