I’m from New Mexico and have greatly missed authentic Mexican food. This is the real deal. I really enjoyed my char boiled beef tacos, and my friend enjoyed her chicken dish. The margaritas were great too. Chelsea was a very nice server.

I’m glad I’ve been back several times. Their enchiladas los tarascos are one my my new favorite comfort foods. The sauces is sooo good. I’ve never been big on veggie enchiladas, but their mushroom filling is super tasty. Don’t fill up too fast on chips and salsa, that sh*t is pretty good too, and there are tons of salsa options. One margarita is too much for me, but four of them isn’t enough.

Salsa bar: 5 stars Lots of variety and excellent options for those who like it hot. The fact that you have to pay separately for chips is kinda weird for an ostensibly sit-down Mexican restaurant, but it’s cheap so whatever. Food: 2 stars The food itself didn’t impress. The grilled chicken salad includes a whole breast of chicken, but only a side of lettuce. I think they’re going for a deconstructed thing, but why skimp on the cheaper ingredients? My hubby’s carnitas tacos were dry and uninspired. Margaritas: 4 stars Didn’t try any of my husband’s marg, but he was suitably impressed. Overall, there are better options in town for Mexican faire, but I’ll probably be back for that salsa bar anyway. 3 stars.

Los T’s, never a bad experience! I come in from time to time, sometimes with friends and often alone. The wait staff is phenomenal, food is excellent(never greasy or oily) and the Margaritas are BOMBAF! Luis is always my server: prompt, polite, and always cheerful. He doesn’t make you feel like a jerk for not knowing how to order in Spanish. Folks, I hate seeing this place empty at lunch time, so call in your friends and make reservations for work meetings! Salsa bar? To die for! There’s something for everyone here, and none of the salsa is onion flavored lava. At least get your limit of margs, which is 2, because they pack a punch without a sugary stomach ache! Final word: Sopapilla. If you haven’t had it here, you owe it to your taste buds and spare tire. Do it for the children!

The restaurant it self has nice ambiance, the hostess was polite and nice, the same is our waitress and that I think nice things end up right there … The food is weird for Mexican good. First of all never in my life have I had beef fajitas with the meat not having been grilled. That’s beef was cooked in some sort of sauce and the meat was stewed not grilled … For kids we got tacos, enchilada and tamales, all of there food were mushy and did I forgot to mention that waitress forgot to bring each of it for kids, she just got one of each for kid. Green chilly didn’t have flavor and burrito was mushy as well. My husband was really unhappy with food and he know what is good Mexican food. He gives 0 stars for this place and made to wright review Two stars from me only for the waitress, ambiance and cleanliness.

The best Michelada in Fort Collins! I have tried them all over Colorado since they are one of my favorite drinks. However, this place is too expensive for the quality of food/drink that is provided. The salsa bar is great. However, the placing is terrible. I would hate to be the tables that are located next to the salsa. This place has great specials, drinks, and varieties of salsa that keeps me going back! I would recommend sitting outside on the patio during the summer.
