Awful — only reason I gave 1 star is cause they don’t allow 0! Just like everyone else I came here to eat something quickly before my flight. I was seated quickly but then sat for 15 minutes before I even saw anyone to greet or take my order. I was told someone would be right with me and then sat for another 7 mins with no one even acknowledging us. The surrounding tables were a mess and dirty and the staff just stood around chatting and not working. I finally got up to leave when someone said jeez we were just coming over and I said we waited for 20 mins we have a flight to catch and her reply was oh well. Such unprofessional employees the chain should be ashamed to have their name associated with this terrible service. Ugh!

Very nice service, the food quite decent, the price, like every thing else a the airport overpriced. Th atmosphere is mid 80’s or early 90’s neo airport. While quite crowded at lunch, food came quickly and was surprisingly good.

Terrible service with bland food. Ordered breakfast and it was equivalent to an old diner. From the time we sat down, it took 20 minutes before our server even came over to take our orders! She forgot a few items and also disappeared after she dropped off food. Mind you, it wasn’t even busy. There were only a few other tables seated around us. Would not come back here.

Horrible service, bad reception, worst foods ever. Hostess needs to learn more about how to treat customers well. Never come back.

I arrived 2 hours before my flight and went to Chilies which was right next to the gate. It took 15 minutes to get a drink and another 10 to get a glass of water. My burger order took over an hour from the time I sat down. Server said they lost the order. Server was busy but other servers were dealing with their customers a little better. No apologies and I had to eat in a rush and leave fast when they started boarding my flight. Next time I’m going to Shula’s Burgers.

If you want a good hot breakfast with good service SKIP this place. It was absolutely the worst food and service. Shame on them. Breakfast menu was very limited. No food prep options. it’s their way or the highway. We were served cold eggs, cheese sprinkled on top not heated or melted, cold potatoes, dried out sausage and a waiter who acts like he’s doing you a favor to serve you. He never checked on us and to boot our cold was served before he gave us silverware and drinks.

I’m typically not a fan of Chilis. But when you are at the airport waiting for your flight there isn’t much of a choice. Well this Chilis was actually pretty good and didn’t over price the menu.

Next time I will take the time to eat before coming to the airport. FLL has some horrible food choices. Do not recommend at all.

I had a huge layover and was happy to hear there was a chili’s at the airport. We had to go through a different security area in order to eat there as it was on the other side of the terminals. I didn’t mind, knowing we could sit there for a few hours and hopefully get a decent lunch and free refills. It was not too crowded and we were seated quickly. However, we sat for at least 15 minutes before a server arrived to take our order. I wanted the famous chips and salsa and a cup of chili with full intention of getting a larger meal later. After another 15 or so minutes we received our drinks and chips and salsa. The SALSA is not Chili’s. It is a nasty jar salsa that is over salted and just awful. Then my husband gets his burger without sauce on it. I received nothing. I waited 20 minutes and could not find our server before taking our cups to the bar and asked for a refill there. I told the bartender I was sure our server had quit because I had not seen him in a long time. I also told the hostess I could not find our server and that I no longer wanted my chili. Everyone around us waited and waited for simple drinks or even to get an order taken. When we finally saw our server again we asked for the bill and a to go cup. He did not take the chili off and we had to have the bill adjusted again. He was clueless. I did finally get my TOGO cup and it was covered in a mess of Soda with no napkin or effort to clean the outside. I’m a very understanding customer and am usually gracious of servers having a tough day. But screw that place. They sucked balls.

Aaah, the Chili’s experience. Restaurant is ½ empty, servers everywhere but just busy BS’ing with each other. 20 minutes go by, can’t get a server even after asking twice. One comes by and takes the signed check off the table that was still there from the prior patron. Never offers if he can get me anything, even just a water. So I finally get up and go to another restaurant. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible service! Waited 20 mins in line just to be seated, even though 4⁄5 of the restaurant was empty. Afterwards it took another 40 mins for even a server to noticed that we haven’t been helped yet. Staff seem not to care for their customer and are rude. They care more to talk amongst each other than to help anyone. Pros: food was received at a fast pace. Cons: too many.

For breakfast, I was surprised to find that CHILI’S TOO at the Fort Lauderdale Airport does a pretty good breakfast! We had the classic breakfasts. Eggs, Bacon, Toast, potatoes, plus a side of fruit. The eggs and potatoes were served piping hot and the bacon was super crispy, the way I like it. Orange juice was served in a giant mug, and the fresh fruit plate consisted of very fresh cut pineapple, and about a can of mandarin orange slices. I was surprised and pleased with the fresh, piping hot quality of the breakfast. Nice job, Chili’s too!

Don’t eat here. Starve and die or you will pay the bill and then die from the food and Bill.

I guess they have taken their feedback to heart — I think they did a solid job. The servers were busy, but on top of things, and moving quickly and efficiently. I was seated quickly by not entirely miserable people. I didn’t get what I ordered, but perhaps that was my fault? I asked for the bigmouth burgers(thinking the sliders that are on the menu), but perhaps there is a full burger called the bigmouth? In any case, it wasn’t a horrific experience, especially for an airport outlet.

Very rude receptionist! We stood in line for 10min to be seated, waiting for the people in front of us to finish their order, instead of seating us so that we can place our order, as we have a flight to catch! We ended up going in to sit ourselves, then asked nicely for a menu, she looked us from her corner of her eye, then came to complain that there was a wait list, where actually 60% of the restaurant was empty! Waitlist my ass! Very bad and rude, I totally agree with the other reviewers, change your receptionist, send her packing.

This place is disgusting. Honestly, I don’t care how hungry you are, avoid this place. I ate here for breakfast and quite frankly I’m scared about the food products I consumed. It seems everything was prepared many hours before The scrambled Eggs were soooo stiff and unappetizing. I wouldn’t serve that bacon to my dog. I am not even sure it would pass as bacon. Worse than the food was the service.

Our flight was delayed, so we headed to the bar! It took a while to be acknowledged to get seated. They have a sign saying that tables with power outlets are available upon request; however, they said they didn’t have any at the time. Our waitress looked like she couldn’t wait to go home. When asked, she promptly informed us that they don’t participate in any of the happy hour(or other) specials that the regular Chili’s has. We ordered a couple drinks, which tasted normal, but definitely wasn’t feeling the love from the staff, and would have preferred to have drinks elsewhere. Especially because they didn’t have any ciders!

I know this is an airport, but I’ve had some pretty decent food and drinks from an airport. I decided to try this out waiting on a flight with my little and I must say I was so disappointed! Neither I or the little one ate our food. It was not great at all. I ordered my norm, the bowl with rice and margarita chicken and stuff and it didn’t taste like the one I would normally get from Chili’s. They do not have a kids menu so it’s not that variety to choose from for kids. The little one just ate the fries and not all like she normally would. I ordered a margarita and it was no bueno!!! I don’t know if they use a different type of liquor than the outside, but it was nasty. I had to return almost everything and just pay for fries and the baby’s drink. The service was ok. I had to flag down 2 different people to get help. You’r better off going over to Pei Wei or another place besides this one in the airport.

I guess I should’ve known better than to try breakfast at Chili’s Too at FLL… for a second time. The food was not to Chili’s standards and that’s not asking for much. Plus, it’s the only sit-down service food outlet in Terminal C… and why? My waitress got up on the wrong side of the bed compared to the two waiters who were more cheerful and helpful at 8AM. The breakfast menu is limited. You don’t even get a choice of eggs. Just scrambled. My two breakfast tacos and the home fried potatoes were over-cooked and way too salty. The extra bacon was not cooked to order and not worth the extra money. Coffee came well after my meal started. In retrospect I guess the tortillas were heated up with everything else pre-cooked and just scooped on the plate after I ordered. That’s why it came so fast. I get that people want their food fast at an airport, but when you sit down for service your expectations are higher than the mass food trays served at the other food outlets. Otherwise, just go to those. In fact, the Shula Burger to-go stand nearby would’ve been a better choice and cheaper too. I won’t be fooled three times.
