Hmm… I feel quite bad for this place. We are staying at the hotel and received one free drink at the bar. Unfortunately we could not use it because we didn’t purchase a meal. That’s fine, you couldn’t pay me to eat here because it’s so expensive. It’s hard to justify spending so much when you feel skeptical just by having a drink. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to have a drink before going out to dinner. We sat down for a drink where we were informed we could only have beer or wine on the happy hour menu. We quickly ordered a beer. Once we were finished with our beer my boyfriend went to the restroom and our waiter nagged me to have another. He told me it was two for the price of 1 so I said fine and got another. This situation made me feel uncomfortable because I said no multiple times but he kept pushing and pushing. I could honestly see this restaurant being successful if they drop the prices down and get some good service. I’m not saying the service we had was bad, I’m just saying I didn’t like the nagging.

The food was really good and so was the service. We had chicken fajitas and wine. Our server was fantastic, engaging, funny, and friendly. The food was delicious. The food was on the pricey side, which is why I didn’t give it the best ratings. It was so high that we decided we would split a meal rather than get two meals. If it were a bit more reasonable on cost, I would definitely highly recommend it.

Over-priced food and confused staff. I asked the bartender what drinks he had and all he could say was full bar. They don’t have drink menu’s and my Paella tasted more like fish soup. On the plus side, u do receive a complimentary appetizer and drink.

I will never eat there again. On July 15th8PM The chicken fajitas were pretty decent. But, the bartender Bill rudely complained that I should have told him who I worked for before I ordered. The hotel negotiated a room rate that included a discount on food. I came in to eat dinner, not to get an earful. There are plenty of other places to eat nearby.

Recommend for dinner, the food was good and the waiter and bartender were very nice. Skip the buffet breakfast, it’s way over priced and very plain.

We were staying at Holiday Inn Express and were recommended to eat here because they offer a free shuffle service. Traveling with seniors who were unable to walk far to another place, we decided to eat here. I will admit that I was iffy about this place because of its previous reviews. I am glad we went there because the food and service were wonderful. I had the paella which was filling and had a good variety. We also had a voucher so every entrée came with a free drink. The servers even brought us salads on the house. The family was happy with it.

5 stars all around! My family had an excellent time at Kiki’s. We were looking for a quick bite to eat around the Holiday Inn Express, and the concierge recommended Kiki’s because they offered a free shuttle service to and from the restaurant, as well as a coupon that was good for a free drink with every entrée ordered. I was hesitant at first, because of the 2 star rating, but the staff and food are more than deserving of 5 stars. Our server(whose name I do not remember [sorry!]) was attentive and answered all of our questions about the specials with aplomb. As an added bonus, he sent out salads in the house for everyone in the party! For dinner, I had the salmon special, which was served with a crab sauce, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. Delicious! Everyone was pleased with their meal. If I ever end up in Fort Lauderdale again, I will definitely make an effort to head to Kiki’s. 2 thumbs up!

Ok, I read the other reviews and tried to find anyplace else within walking distance. It was windy and started to rain. Here goes… The restaurant is located on the fifth floor of the hotel next to the pool. It all seems to be new and clean. Everyone seemed very friendly and I was seated immediately. The menu is a little strange with ribs, enchiladas and salads. I ordered the rack of ribs and very shortly they appeared with large fresh cut french fries, a roll and baked cinnamon apples. I was so ready to rip this place apart like the other reviews had but it was actually very good. The ribs were well smoked and very flavorful. They were tender and falling off the bone. Everything else was hot and fresh. I can’t speak for anything else on the menu but if I am ever staying in the Crowne Plaza Airport again I will order the rack of ribs again.

Usually order for work and they are timely and good. First experience today ordering for myself. They were 1hr 15 min late delivering the food. I was told by person on phone they couldn’t find me in my office, but receptionist said they never showed up. Then when the driver showed up he said he had a flat tire. Which is it? I’m 9 months pregnant and starving after waiting 2 hrs from time of order to receive cold congealed food! And I paid for it! Now I have to go out to publix to get something else to eat! I won’t order again!

Is this a fake restaurant? I saw the ads throughout the Crowne Plaza hotel for their restaurant and didn’t feel like walking around the area finding a place to eat. I went to the floor it was located on and was confused at first. The entrance did not indicate there was a restaurant present. Two gymnasium type doors lead you to a very dark closet type room that has no windows or ambiance. There was a smokescreen in the room from skillet plates and I started coughing. The lighting was completely dark and there was a very awkward vibe going on. The service was decent and surprisingly the food wasn’t too bad minus our server having a chip on his shoulder. Overall, this has the most awkward restaurant ambiance I’ve ever seen in my life.

This is the Crowne Plaza’s restaurant. I was unexpectedly stuck here for a night so I blew in for a quick meal. I’ll have nightmares about what was served to me for the rest of my life! After a few bites of this junk, it’s amazing I have a life to have nightmares in! Things started off nicely. I sat at the bar and the bartender was excellent. I’m a Priority Club member so my 1st drink was free. I perused the menu and ordered the BEEFENCHILADAS for $ 16. The two enchiladas came with refried beans, rice, guacamole, and a dollop of sour cream. It was served quickly on the predictably hot plate. The first hint that things would not go well was the color of the guac. The color was so strange I was afraid to even touch it with my fork. I slid it off my plate with the corner of my napkin. A patron sitting next to me took one look and moved his seat. Now it was time to cut into my enchilada. I had to use a great deal of force. There was something beyond firm hidden in there. It turned out to be some weird machine extruded beef log. It had the texture of one of those Slim Jims you see by the cash register in convenience stores. I got stuck on my fork and I had to pry it off with my knife. As I stared at it the guy that had moved his seat before took a look and moved even further away. If I was at home I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs. They would probably bite me before they died! One star!
