I was so excited to try out this gem! I was honestly pretty skeptical about the maple bacon donut(bc really, bacon on a donut?) but wow, was I wrong. Ot is the perfect combination of sweet and salty; if you haven’t had one yet– go to Bennett’s immediately. I had the orange juice instead of coffee but I look forward to visiting again and trying their coffee!

Maple glazed with bacon — thats all I have to say. What a concept. Why did I have to wait half my life to find these??? Quaint little place kind of in a residential area and parking at 8am was really challenging but now I know to get there before the business crowd If you eat donuts or drink coffee, I think you have to experience this friendly little joint Thank God I have a house in Ft Myers, gives me a great excuse to go back to Bennett’s Visited January 2016

Great coffee. Very friendly, fast service. The fresh donuts and desserts are the best we have found in Fort Myers. And then there is lunch too! Highly recommend.

Bottomless coffee for $ 2:36 as long as one hangs out drinking their wonderful coffee. Either in or out on the deck the ambiance is relaxing. Open 6am to 3pm. Seven days and only a short walk from the Edison Estate or the downtown marina area. There is parking for a few cars as well as parking on side street. Those that work here seem so happy and instill the customers with their friendliness. Make a point of stopping if you like good coffee. Bonus: the beautiful birds that hang out with you in the trees alongside the deck. Small though the area may be, tranquil it is.

Great little place to stop for a pick me up. Got a key lime donut and an orange crunch. Could only have a bite of the orange one(sugar coma!!), but the key lime was AMAZING! Coffee was good, but way expensive in my book. $ 2.60 for a 16 oz is insane, even if it’s roasted in house. The staff is a tad harried, but the place probably gets pretty busy. Overall, great little stop for the morning!

Love the Donuts here! The key lime is fantastic and love the lemon! Not so crazy about the coffee though. Get here early to get a hold of one of your favorites because they do sell fast!

Stop here for early morning coffee meets. It’s a great place for fresh donuts and to explore new kinds of coffee. The case is always stocked with a variety of fresh flavors and beautiful donuts. It’s a tiny place with inside and outside seating. I’ve heard tell they sell a chili-dog on a donut in the afternoon. ;)

Yum! Such a great spot to have breakfast or well let’s face it a donut is great anytime of day while in Fort Myers. The space is small considering how popular this spot is. I was able to score a nice table outside and since it wasn’t too hot, it was the perfect spot. I went with what some would consider the basics a chocolate frosted and a cinnamon sugar. Both were delicious and exactly what you would expect out of a tasty, tasty, donut. I topped it off with an iced tea and it was a great(way too sugar filled) breakfast.

One of my favorite places… Good people great food! a++++ Hidden little local secret. The good food and good coffee is allowing the secret to get out. The owner is always there baking his donuts and brewing the coffee. Love this place just the right touch of Home town feel.

My first time here. Dropped in about 2:00 and they close at 3:00. A lot of selection was already gone as they make fresh every morning. Probably the best donuts(1 orange coconut; 1 maple walnut) I’ve ever had. Good cappuccino too. They also serve sandwhiches and other desserts. Small place but nice ambiance. Good service from happy servers.

We found out about this café with Unilocal!Luckily! Best donuts we had so far! It was really busy in there so we were lucky to get a free table! The only thing we did not like was that one of the waitresses was kind of rude although we were simply asking what the meal«chicken & donuts» would be like. Maybe she just had a bad day! But the other waitress was like super kind so all in all it was a good experience and we would come back :) Prices were really good too!

This was a very unique place. The atmosphere was great. I order the donut chili dog and my wife ordered the chicken salad sandwich. I wouldn’t order the chili dog again but my wife’s sandwich was fantastic. This place has donuts with bacon on it. Does it get better than that?

From the outside, you might not expect that such an unassuming café tucked in a quiet residential corner would have such amazing coffee and doughnuts — but they do! I had a French Vanilla flavored latte, and it was strong and delicious. There were other flavors to choose from, including caramel, cinnamon, and pumpkin. My doughnut of choice was the Maple Toffee doughnut, which was also very delicious. I saw some other patrons order vegetable soup, which came in cute mugs. The menu also features some lunch items, like sandwiches. You can either take your food and beverage to one of their tables or you can order to go. They also have seating available on the deck outside. The service was very prompt and friendly. I definitely recommend this spot for caffeination and snacks!

So disappointed! After all the great reviews, we decided to try Bennetts. We fought the crazy parking lot full of people, stood in a line that was outside the door and the spent $ 24 on a dozen donuts and 2 cups of coffee(mild). The coffee was incredibly strong and bitter and the donuts are full of grease. Dripping grease. Terribly disappointing, especially at those prices!!!

Bennet’s is the only place for coffee and donut aficionados in Fort Myers. They make all of their donuts from scratch, in house, and they fresh roast their coffee there as well. Every time I visit Fort Myers, this place draws me in like a tractor beam. For those short on time — get there early. This place has the tendency to get a little busy, especially on weekends. It’s worth the wait!

Every year around this time we always go to Centennial Park for the Alzheimer’s Walk and then we come here for donuts. I have NEVER had donuts that were so fresh and creative and please. lets not forget delicious. The Maple Bacon donuts are just amazing but lets not count out the glazed, sprinkles, orange cruch, peanut butter, the cinnamon sugar which is sinful, or my personal favorite… the chocolate chip donut. It is a donut with chocolate fudge glaze and white and milk chocolate chips scattered, plentifully I might add, on top. They have friendly staff, service is great, and their orange juice is amazing. ** Come to find out you can call ahead and place an order. so your donuts will be there when you arrive. There have been times we have showed up and if we hadn’t called ahead, we would have been S.O.L. because they were wiped out ** We look forward to it, as you will. it truly is a treat.

We stopped over here after going to the Fort Myers farmers market. Word to the wise, don’t go to the Fort Myers farmers market. It’s more of a flea market. Stick to Cape Coral farmers market that’s open in the high season. Anyway, we’d saw all the great reviews to this place and decided to stop in and give it a try. The restaurant is located on a residential street. I think this building used to me a house and was converted into a donut shop. It looks good inside though. We stopped by around 10:40am on a Thursday and the place wasn’t very busy. I guess they had a rush before maybe because a lot of the surfaces were sticky, coffee rings here and there and the donut case glass was covered in handprints. We looked over the donuts and decided on classic glazed, maple walnut, and a sticky bun to split. If you eat in, they will bring you the food to your table. The woman who waited on us was efficient but a little curt. She was more friendly to the locals in the store. She later stopped by our table and talked a little more with us, so that was nice. Overall I really enjoyed the original glazed. It’s a simple donut but I like that. The ones with all the different things going on aren’t my favorite. I liked the maple walnut, the glaze on that is REALLY sweet. I wished I had ordered a glass of milk instead of a diet coke. I liked the sticky bun but it was kind of hard and would’ve been better served a little warm. I skimmed the place for a microwave but didn’t see one. I liked what I had. If I lived in the area I don’t know if I would frequent this place daily, but I’m glad we tried it and I’d liked to try their lunch menu sometime.
