Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Compared to Fox Car Rental where it took us 15 minutes to sign paperwork and another 55 minutes waiting in the Florida sun for the car, it took us a total of 5 minutes from reaching the counter to driving the car away. My tank was not totally full when I rented, so they comp’d me a half a tank of gas. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Definitely renting from them for my future trips.

Got lucky! Got a great brand new car– fast registration, no pressure for needless extras– from landing to driving out– less than 15min! Great service– reasonable prices– I could have saved about $ 10 a day renting from off site cheaper place but no telling what I would have gotten to drive. Usually off site places have older high mileage cars and then they stick you with hidden fees– plus you have to wait on an undependable shuttle. With this enterprise location just fifty feet from terminal I had no concerns about getting to or from airport. The return process was efficient and quick– plenty of friendly staff. Thank you enterprise for making my rental experience top notch– got a Ford Focus with 2000 miles in it– brand new and drove great with over 40 mpg!

Fantastic assistance by the staff at the Enterprise office in Ft. Myera/​airport location. As soon as I landed, I was notified that my car was ready. I checked in at the desk and was efficiently processed to the team rep that helped me with getting my car. I had an upgrade certificate and they were very knowledgeable in assisting me with my options. Truly made the start of my business trip worth the partnership with them!

First rental car experience and it went great. Friendly staff that was very helpful in explaining the process and helping us figure out the best deal for us. Very courteous and fast service. Only small complaint was it would have been helpful if we better understand all of the charges as we were under the impression the final day would be prorated versus a full additional day. Would definitely use enterprise again in the future though.

Been booking enterprise regularly thru Costco travel. Been upgraded almost every time. Best rates, far less wait than others and friendly service. No more Alamo or dollar for me

Good experience, friendly staff. Could have used more help at the check-​in counter; long line and only two staff working. Car was clean and had no mechanical problems with it. Not Enterprise’s fault, but the Hyundai Accent we rented only had one outlet charger for electronics; kinda odd for a band new 2016 vehicle but I guess that’s what I get for not bumping up one more class of car…

Kid feel out of the car. They didn’t have a car ready that we reserved, and so made us wait around for 15 minutes while they washed one. Hungry momma and toddler involved here. it finally arrived, and it was brand new but leaking antifreeze everywhere. In the chaos, toddler fell out of the car onto his head. Not a good scene. They were kind, and finally gave a car of a higher class that was ready. But the whole thing was wonky. They meant well, but after getting 3 emails from enterprise asking me to please review them on Unilocal or googleplus, I obliged.

Rented vehicle for a long weekend in Fort Myers. Good pleasant experience with staff but did have a few (not huge) issues. First, we were given one key (no remote, no spare attached, not even a key ring). I was concerned that I would loose it as it was attached to nothing. Second, the agent told us to meet him at the exit gate. We went to the gate and had to wait for 5 minutes before he reappeared.

I like renting from Enterprise. I have been with them for many years. My last rental at this airport was OK. I had to turn away the first card because an interior pieces was missing. It was the bottom of the storage area between the front seats. And a piece missing from the trunk area. The next car was better and we were able to leave the lot. Service was excellent. Cost is excellent. The staff pays attentions to customers.

While my visit to FL, my experience with Enterprise in Fort Myers was a really good and smooth one. They took care of me fast and they got me to my car fast. When returning the car it was just as smooth and fast. It was a good experience.

Rented a full size (Ford Fusion or Kia) for a week in Florida. Our flight was delayed a couple of hours due to problems with software upgrade for air traffic control in DC, causing flights to be diverted around DC or cancelled in and out of DC. Fortunately, coming from Boston Logan we were able to fly around DC (out into Atlantic) after a 1.5 hr wait. So we arrived at Fort Myers late, and all the cars were gone — many who were flying out of Fort Myers had flights cancelled so they kept their cars for another day, and some flew in before us taking the few cars left — we arrived around 7 PM.
We ended up with a candy-​apple red Dodge Charger, which had plenty of room for our luggage (2 adults and 2 children) and stood out in the crowd on the highway. We kept to speed limit, and the car worked fine.
When we returned the vehicle, I forgot to leave the keys (keyless ignition) and had them in my pocket when we entered the terminal. Fortunately, we dined before TSA security checkpoint and Enterprise Rep called me about the key. Guy was nice enough to meet me where we were sitting to take the key, rather than have me walk back to return the keys — my mistake. Great service all around.
I have used Enterprise and Avis plenty of times all over the US (airports and local — moving van uses) and have never had a problem. Definitely consider using Enterprise.

Rented a car for a month to take on an extended road trip. They rented us a Chrysler Town & Country for a great rate through my Costco Travel Member provision. Enterprise provided a 2015 Chrysler, leather seats, SiriusXM radio, all the bells and whistles, and it was perfect. The car was clean, ran great, we put over 5,000 miles, 12 cities, and never had an issue. When I brought it back, the young man was very polite, (as was the original rental agent) These guys are keen on customer service, no surly agents, no long lines. I was always a Dollar RAC customer, NO more. I am now an Enterprise customer for life! Thanks!

The worst. Not that they care or will follow up. Needed to pay for someone else when we returned the car. Would not allow it. You would be a fool to do business with these people when others are the same price and more reasonable. I dare them to follow up on this.
