After spending 25 minutes in their store, watched 3 associates ignore my husband and I. The lady in go girl cycle was speaking with another customer on the phone and when she was finished she walked right pass us and didn’t even ask if we needed help RUDE! The other two men in the store continue helping the only other customers in the store and still no acknowledgement. They have nice bikes with good prices hence the one star I have given, Crappy customer service. If I’m spending money somewhere at least acknowledge my presence. Highly upset with the staff. We walked out the store and no one even noticed, not mention there were only only 3 sets of customers in the store.

Help full associates and Lots of parts in stock! A large selection of high end bike and gear and a small shop just for the lady’s. This shop is always good for a quick fix or a full tune up from some of the top mechanics around.

Very efficient bike repair, quick turnaround for sure but limited emphasis on the quality of parts & repairs vs regular sales.
No, I didn’t buy my now older bike here but then again I’m new to the area and made that known. Missed opportunity for a long term customer relationship as I see it. New repair customer, old bike with Xmas on the way?
Anyhow, I’d consider shopping for a new bike here because of the proximity and selection. My next repair, probably not
Adjoining accessories shop dedicated to the ladies. Guys supplies in main shop were limited by comparison. A switch in my experience but I’m ok with it because this specialty shop may be a good source for future gifts

Bought two bikes and some accessories and clothes. Nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. Anybody, customer or store owner, can have a bad day, so I usually throw out lowest and highest reviews and read the «norms.» It’s great to see a store that specializes in one sport rather than selling limited array of items for every sport on the planet. These guys are good.

Good selection of bikes at a reasonable price. Service bikes quickly. Easy to find and friendly. I only give 5 stars for places that blow me away. So yes. I recommend this bike shop.

Very helpful, honest, and friendly staff. I got just the bike I needed.
My salesperson at Paradise was Michael Volk. He listened to what I was looking for and suggested a bike that was a good fit for me. I am very tall and needed an XL frame. Then when I was about to check out I noticed another bike. Even though the store was closing he stayed late to let me ride the other bike, which I bought. Great experience overall and I am loving my new bike.
Paradise is much better than the Trek stores where staff will aggressively try to upsell you.
