Line is moving smoothly as I enjoy my favorite Christmas song… Oh night divine…

I have been going here for 4 years. Service and product are consistent, although much better since new manager Barbara took over a couple years ago. She runs a tight ship and their isn’t a fast turnover in employment like there can be in food places, so she must be doing something right. My specialty coffees are always on point. And it can get busy sometimes, but I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes, even on a crazy day(one other Unilocaler said he waited 30 minutes? No he didn’t). I have been using the new pre-order on the app which I order before I leave the house and it’s ready when I get there(I live a mile away). I just walk in and it’s waiting for me! My only criticism is it’s a smaller location which can be tough when it’s busy to maneuver around and the furniture(outdoor especially) is starting to show its age. Needs an overhaul. But otherwise, 4 year later later, I’m happy to call this Starbucks home!

The wait at this Starbucks seems to be consistently longer than the other ones in Fort Myers. I don’t understand as it doesn’t even have a drive thru like the others. Also seating and floor space is really limited.

One bad egg doesn’t spoil the bunch… You can always spot the angry cashier or extremely slow talkative batista. I love this Starbucks because of the polite, friendly, speedy service the regular crew gives me but when a new comer or a fills in from another store comes in you can so tell the vibe is off.

Where do I begin… sigh… Never have I seen a shorter line be so held up. I went in during a non peak time and each order took seemingly five minutes each. When I got to the front of the line, it was near chaos. The staff seemed highly medicated, were laughing about things that were clearly not funny, and my order seemed to be in another language to them. I am very familiar with Starbucks vernacular, so it wasn’t like I came in asking for a medium thingy-chino. Even once my drink was ready, the yucks continued as they held up each drink goofing on the name like it was the funniest joke in the world. I went back today thinking it was a one off. I asked for a cold brew with easy ice. I was corrected with ‘Light Ice’ and was told ok but they would still dilute the product with water. WITHWATER!

Some days this Starbucks isn’t so good. Today like some days, at just the right time, it’s delicious. To me, the best frapp is when the ice feels like a smoothie that cools the palate as the frapps’ taste blends into something toward heavenly and guilty pleasure at the same time.

This place is always full but they are fast and never mess up my order. But how could you mess up a coffee, really?

Nice and easy location to get in and out of. I was in downtown Ft. Myers and could not find the Starbucks that is supposedly there, so I drove a few miles south and was fortunate to find this Starbucks. Service was prompt and friendly.

This is my fav location! They always help me decide which new drink to try.(I don’t like the coffee taste). The bagels are yummy also. :)

Right off I75 exit 136. They are usually busy, the wait is about 10 min at the most from walking in to walking out. I like the fact that they are consistent. They always seem pretty happy to be there. Dog friendly. The only thing I dislike is that they charge more for soy. Not fair starbucks. not fair.

Slowest service ever, the young lady preparing coffee today seemed to act like the customers were imposing on her. With three people behind the counter they should have had two people making drinks.

Hit dunkin donuts on the way in. Took me over 30 minutes to get coffee. Needed a coffee just for the wait.

They ruin Chai Latte. It tastes like water. IDK who taught them to make it but its consistantly taste like water with little chai flavor or spice. I have had it made by more than one barista person on different occasions. I have tried for them to fix it but then it tastes like spice tea and lacks the flavor of milk. I think they had too much water to their mix. Unless all the other Starbucks are doing it wrong this place needs a lesson. Totally ruined my birthday venti chai latte experience. The 24/hr Starbucks on Daniel’s is worth the extra drive if you want a good drink.

STILLBELOWAVERAGE STILLNOMILK This place has been open for business for 2 years now. Although it seems to be surviving with a steady stream of customers, the service & management have not improved. The coffee is the usual Starbucks’ fine quality, but at the separate counter where you ad milk & sugar there is NOMILK at all; only cream. What is up with that? Have you ever been in a Starbucks that has no milk at all, whole, 2% or no-fat — only cream? I really don’t care for cream, either the calories or the taste. Upon request, they will take out a gallon jug of milk and pour some in a cup for you. Too much.

Popped in on a Saturday morning before making the trek up to Orlando on vacation… the barista was a middle aged woman who was the sweetest thing. The place was a bit crazed and she was a tad overwhelmed but she still made me a great coffee. The other patrons though — man they were obnoxious. As a New Yorker, I thought I could be impatient, a few of them were just down right nasty and yanked their coffee right from her hands… I thought people in the South were a little more relaxed… and it wasn’t even a weekday! Dang, chill out Floridians, you live in beautiful weather, enjoy it!

This is a newer Starbucks. I went in for my usual morning black-eye and came out with a cup of oatmeal as well. I swear they must put something in the coffee to get me addicted to it because I go out of my way to find these places. This one is located directly off I-75, so there is an ease to the access. The associates were a little slow, but they were very pleasant. I can understand why they were slow, though, since all of the old people take FOREVER to decide they want weak black coffee. Don’t worry, I’m not bitter — the coffee is. YUM!
