Had a problem with my brand new S7 Edge. The phone had a damaged button that looked like it had been dropped. They replaced my phone with no issue even though I had purchased it at a Verizon in Panama City. Quickly transferred everything from one phone to the other while I waited. Very helpful and knowledgable staff!

Careful ordering a phone from this store, the workers aren’t very smart considering they will hire just anyone. My 2 day shipping ending up being 2 weeks AND the activation date was scheduled for the month after even though I paid for 2 day shipping and service for the month. The funny thing was my friend ordered the same phone right after me and got his in 2 days.

Very apathetic staff. Didn’t try to find out the root of my problem or offer any sort of solution for my poor experience. However, the service I did receive was quick.
