Use to be one of our favorite places. Popcorn shrimp $ 9.00 and now doesn’t come with fries that’s an additional charge. Raise the Price to 9.99 and give fries for crying out loud. What do they cost like 25 cents for an order?

Buffalo Wings and Ribs has since put in a ton of awesome televisions, so there is now literally no reason to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is the dirty part of the trash can. This place is like when the heat in your house stops working and it is –10 outside. This place is like meeting someone that tortures kittens. This place is like when someone collects sewage water and places it in coke bottles and tries to trick you into thinking it is coca-cola, so you drink it and then get sick because they actually gave you sewage water instead of coca-cola like you thought you were getting. Did I mention the food here is like the garbage in a trash can on garbage day in the middle of summer, but not even normal garbage, but when you forgot to take your garbage can out to the curb the previous week, and the week before that, so the garbage has been sitting in a hot garbage can for an entire month? That is this place, but worse than that.

I took my family on a Friday night. Had to wait about twenty minutes for a seat, pretty good for a Friday crowd. Got our seats the waitress was very nice, we took a few extra minutes to order our food since we have little children. Finally ordered and sat there for forever, it seemed like an eternity waiting on our food. I’m estimating it took almost 55 minutes to get our food after ordering. Waitress vanished for about 20 minutes, meanwhile I had two grouchy children to entertain because they were hungry and food took so long. I’m probably never gonna eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings again. I do luncheons for my job and I’ll never use them while catering another lunch either. They get bad rating from me!

I love the food at this chain but this location’s manager, Jesse Nix, provided me one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. I came to watch several different games and enjoy a beer and dinner with my wife one Sunday afternoon. I could only see TWO games on the FOUR tvs I could see from my seat. I asked for two of them to be changed minutes after being seated. We were there for more than an hour and had asked several time about the televisions being changed. The waitress was nice and friendly. She informed us that only the manager could change the station. Right about the time we were leaving the manager came out and checked on the restaurant. The waitress reminded him about the tvs right in front of us. He remembered came over and gave us some bogus apology, and compounded it by a line of BS about being busy in the kitchen. Changing the channel, a request by the CUSTOMER, takes a generous 45 seconds and there were many empty tables. Honestly, after thinking about the way he composed himself I thought he was high. He comped our dinner which was nice but I would much rather pay for my dinner and have a good experience. I’m gonna give some time for new management to be hired before I am back.

Love bdubs and this one is as good as any. Tons of TVs, fair service, and the wings were consistent with other bdubs. No complaints, def recommend it.

Didn’t get to try the food waited for 45 minutes after ordering, gave up and left. Got 1st round of drinks and never got another one. My wife showed up late and ordered food 20 minutes after us. Her’s showed up in less than 20 minutes. No clear explanation as to what happened.

Good food… absolutely terrible service. Can’t see how they stay in business. Waiting almost an hour for anything but our first round of drinks. Still waiting…

Chain Food. Overhyped. Average Food. Big Screen TVs were best accessory and I have that at home without the crowd noise. I only go there when Friend meet there. Chucky Cheese for grown men without the stage show.

I would almost give it a 3… but that’s too nice. The wings are great, but a lot of the other food is just ok. What I don’t like about this location is the service. Last time I was there, it wasn’t even busy… and we still got lousy service. I’ve resorted to just getting carry-out at this place. I’ve had the same girl do my carry-out several times, and she is outstanding. My advice… get your wings to go and watch the game from home.

Buffalo Wild Wings just isn’t my thing. I don’t really enjoy wing and their sandwiches are just all right. I went with a work group and the waitress wasn’t very nice. I really can’t recommend going here for any reason.

Nice place to hang out, eat great wings, and enjoy your favorite game. Watch out for the ‘hot’ wings you’ll need a cold drink to put out the fire.

One of the best in town. Check in early cuz its busy and worth the wait. The parmesan garlic wings rock. Update… tonight has been less than good. I called ahead yo make sure my game would be on. They said it would. I showed up 45 minutes early and asked them to turn it on. They promised they would. I sat down with my group of 8 and an hour later I threatened to leave if they didn’t turn it on. They turned it on so I saw the last 5 minutes of the first period. 10 minutes later they switched it to a different game cuz the guy that was in line behind me asked. I was impressed with this place… until tonight.

I’ve eaten there several times and the service has always been outstanding, even if there was a wait. Food is consistently good and prices are reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised, though my expectations of anything in Indiana were so lowered that this place hit me at the right moment. We had a bit of a wait for a table, but we were there like everyone else to catch football — the Jets and the Pats games, on simultaneously and neither covered by the local tv offerings. The staff didn’t know about allergens, but they did have the smarts to go, with a smile on their friendly faces, to a manager, who provided a very useful chart showing all the safe food items. I had wings for the first time in years, and they rocked! I think this place had more gluten free items than most places in Indiana I have had to visit. I could also have fries thanks to their dedicated fryers. To me, that is going the extra mile. The staff was friendly and helpful and really did their best to deal with a patron with a food allergy. I wish they would consider gluten free beer, as beer is the only acceptable beverage with wings, and let’s just say I could have let my child have my margarita without running afoul of liquor laws. I forgive their lame drinks though on account of great service and a menu that lets us poor celiacs be treated like human beings at the table. Next year when I find myself stuck in Indiana I will be back!
