Service was professional, but n5it very attentive. Food was just ok. Nothing to get excited about. You can cook better at home. Atmosphere was fine. Just need to improve food quality.

We went on a Monday night, actually had no kids and I’m glad we didn’t. I’m not sure I would recommend taking kids. Excellent salad bar, lots of variety and quality ingredients. Service was good, food was delicious. I ordered the almond crusted chicken with asparagus. I felt the asparagus was a little over cooked. The chicken was served on top of mashed potatoes. My husband ordered the petite prime rib and soup. The steak was huge. One thing to note, I would definitely dress at least business casual. I work from home so my usual attire is a T-shirt and some sort of cotton pants with elastic. I felt horribly underdressed. Definitely would have felt better in business casual or at least jeans.

the almond crusted walleye sandwich/jalapeño tatre sauce was very good, service ok, bathroom stall was filthy on the inside walls does anybody clean them! pepper shaker had a great big long hair stuck to it.

Went back for my favorite prime rib and was severely disappointed. I could barely cut the meat with my knife and the cooked out edge was badly seasoned and inedible. I was told that they were using a new supplier and that they were sorry and that it would be taken off my bill. I was charged for my salad and everything else, so about three dollars was removed from my bill. Not what I was looking for since I did not get to have the dinner I went for. Friends have been telling me that they haven’t been getting the same quality of food here the last couple of times. I give them another try in a couple months and see if they will be removed from my favorites or even my go to list. The Trolley Bucco is another favorite. Mess that up and I won’t be back anymore.

Incredibly slow service. Drinks very weak. Salads a soggy mess. Entrées looked good but way over-priced. Spent $ 30 on soup and salad. Could’ve done better anywhere else for $ 15 or less.

Went back last night. Wonderful dinner! I tried ordering the prime rib but they informed me that they were not serving anymore because of the quality of the meat. Nice to hear that! Had the ribeye instead and it had awesome flavor. The wife had her scallops and loved them. Don’t know if the kids will be going back to Fort Wayne to play anymore but if they do, we’ll be back!

My husband and I ate here after a long day on our motorcycle. The wait staff was very friendly. We both had the salad bar and it was fantastic. They had many items and it was well stocked. We would definitely come back here again.

First I ordered a 14oz Ribeye Medium and received a Prime Rib, I sent it back and received a Rare Ribeye, I sent it back and received another rare Ribeye, I sent it back and received a Well Done Ribeye!!! I told them to throw it away, paid my full bill with no apology offered or discount by management. Eat at own risk!

Very clean and friendly place. Vicki was r server and she was just amazing very friendly, talked to us about the history of the place. The salad bar is nice and made fresh every day. The food was really good. Would come back again for sure.

The fact I’m giving 5 stars is surprising. My friends and I were in town for Vera Bradley sale and looking for dinner. Hotel clerk recommended this place. We all ordered the rib eyes and are still talking about how good they were a week later. One had her’s well done, 2 others medium and mine medium rare. I had to send mine back to be cooked a bit more and it came back perfect. Four very happy diners.

Pros– good salad bar, service was good, nice atmosphere, looks like a 4 star restaurant. Cons– For a high end place there was entirely to much laughing and joking between the staff on the sidelines, looked like a 4 star restaurant with 2 star food, nothing was seasoned well, my wife couldn’t even eat her chicken, you could tell the grease was to hot because her fried chicken came out with a lot of black on it, there were cleaning supplies out for everyone to see, a employee was smoking out front. Overall a terrible experience.

The atmosphere and menu of a fine dining establishment, but the food was the biggest let down I’ve had anywhere. I will give one star for the nice salad bar and thought out menu, but execution is everything. I ordered the almond crusted chicken. It came out burnt on the outside, and undercooked, still pink, inside. It was on a bed of flavorless dried out mashed potatoes. The asparagus was grayish, limp, bitter and not seasoned at all. Worst of all, was the«supreme» sauce on the chicken. Supreme sauce is a valoute sauce enriched with cream. In other words, a well seasoned chicken stock thickened with a roux, smoothly, and enriched with cream. What was on the chicken I received was Far from that! It was lumpy, slightly sour, and looked like baby vomit. I did not eat the meal, and was offered a free dessert, but refused because I was disgusted. I was not charged for the chicken dish(which had salad bar included) but since I had eaten the salad bar, was charged 12 dollars for it. A manager was no where to be seen, and never visited the table after the complaint. Cleaning chemicals were sitting ontop of beverage serving station, and employee smoking outside of front entrance. Five star fine dining prices, zero star quality. Will not return

Nice quiet dark old school steakhouse. Steaks were prepared exactly to order and the seafood was fresh(on a Wednesday night). Staff was very attentive and actually made recommendations. The salad bar(yes remember it’s an old school steakhouse) was packed with lots of fresh ingredients and house made compound salads. Great for business dinner or date night.

Pros: friendly service, decent salad bar Cons: expensive for what you get Went NYE and the place was busy as expected(but I now understand why they had reservations available). I ordered the seafood tower special: 2 large scallops, 4 oz crab cake, 4 oz Salmon fillet on asparagus and lobster sauce drizzled over everything. Scallops were good, crab cake was very gritty, and salmon was dry except for the middle two bites. Cost was $ 48. I could have gone to any other fine dining restaurant and had something way better than that price. My wife got the ribeye, let’s just say this cut of beef was pretty pathetic when you could go to Eddie Merlots for almost the same price. I don’t think I can justify going there again, because the quality doesn’t match the price. That’s the fastest way to lose returning customers.

The service is terrible, but the food is worse. I went to Trolley for lunch and ordered the fettuccine alfredo. I also decided to add grilled chicken for a $ 3 up charge. It took 35 minutes for my food to arrive, not sure why, the place was almost empty. Yet no apology or explanation for the delay from my waitress. The pasta was cold and overcooked, the sauce was clumpy and flavorless. The $ 3 fee bought me about 4 ounces of the driest, saltiest meat I have ever eaten. About 30 minutes after my meal my stomach started hurting and I became nauseous. Avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Service was ok. Martinis weren’t strong. I asked for a water and that took 15 minutes finally another server got it for me. I notice my server asked the couple next to me if they wanted bread and butter, but I never was asked that? Guess that is only for regulars. Avoid the buffalo dip, way too greasy. The walleye sandwich was good, fries were blah, Probably won’t visit again.

Very poor quality of food. Salad bar was not kept up and utensils were down in the food products Steak was vey tough not chewable. Ate about 15% of it. Shrimp cocktail was not as good as going to Walmart and buying. 6 month old frozen shrimp. Hope they increase the quality of their food supplies soon

Just discovered this not too long ago. Friendly service and wonderful food. So far my favorite is the cheeseburger with their bleu cheese glaze. Yummy. The salad bar is quite good as well.
