Arby’s

Came here for lunch to find the manager working on what appeared to be her day off walking around the kitchen and making orders wearing a tube top, capris, and flip flops with all her tattoos and cleavage showing. I was absolutely appalled by seeing this in a food establishment. Very unprofessional on her part and probably violates some sort of health code. Definitely won’t be returning here.

What awesome customer service! I ordered a sandwich thinking it had only cheddar on it. Turns out, it actually had some weird red sauce on it as well. Thinking the staff messed up I took it back to the counter where I was very politely informed that I was wrong. The kind manager offered to make me another sandwich on the house. Her act of compassion will be something that I reflect on each time I visit an Arby’s. In fact, I’m more likely to choose Arby’s and recommend it to others because of my awesome experience here! Also, the facilities were state of the art and very clean. Bravo Zulu!

Waiting 10 seconds and received apology, more than what I received for waiting 20 minutes at panda.
Came here and always will.

Never have had an issue here. From noon or 8pm, the food is always fresh and fast. Good customer service at this location as well. I have been here multiple times.
