I. have ate here 3 times a week for the past 4 years I have never experienced such disrespect like I did today from the manager Brian. I purchased the chicken sandwich meal. There was hair melted between the cheese and meat so I took the entire meal back he refused to remake or. give me my money back. He said he needed the recipient. I asked. him do u think I went. home copyed ur sandwich and brought it back he said people do crazy stuff. You fucking ass whole. Then he tried to intimidate me by leaning out the window and deepening his voice. Never will I ever spend my money here. Hell I just wanted food without someone’s hair in it.

Family family family, there employees care what they do, and how they are so nice and professional, sometimes over the top but it’s the way every place should be: clean respectful and carrying I mean OMG these people are the best chick fila around

I don’t know what it is but the employees at this location are always super nice! They’re either getting paid more than minimum wage or their managers are giving them some kind of drug to make them act nice. Either way this is one of the only fast food restaurants around this area I will go to frequently because all the other ones have horrific customer service.
And the food is great, duh. Best lemonade here!

Probably one of the friendliest Chick-fil-A’s I’ve ever been to, and that is saying something because they are all super friendly!
Bonus… They have Cherry Coke too!

By far the best Chick-​fil-​A I have ever been to! I always love stopping here on my way to work on Saturday mornings! They are always so nice and funny, with smiles that never leave their faces! I love their fun days that they have, like the costumes that they wear, and the different personas that they do! Love love love this place! Thanks for making my Saturday mornings great!

I love Chic Fil A food, so that’s a given… But the service at this location was fantastic. Everyone had genuine smiles and happy attitudes, not only amongst bosses and workers, but towards customers too. The food was ready before I even finished paying, and everything was fantastic. A great deal for a great meal.

Its fast food. But for fast food chick fil a is the best. This one is like the others food wise. There always seems to be a line to get food. They are very involved with the surrounding community. Ive never gotten a bad mwsl there.

I got really burnt out Chick Fil A last year when I worked near Irving. I recently had a taste for their grilled chicken sandwich. So twice week I have gone to this location, and I have to say, this is by far the friendliest and helpful one I’ve ever been to. My food has been fresh & delicious both times! I highly recommend this location!

I am completely Chik Fil A’d out.
Good: Chik Fil A is the only «fast food» that my kids like. Or Cow Nuken is what they used to call it when they couldn’t say Chik Fil A.
The bad? When my kids like something they could eat it over and over and over again. They could eat it every damn day. We were seriously going every day or every other day to «Cow Nuken». Yes, it’s good. Yes, I am glad they prefer it over McD’s. However, I am sick of it. Lol. I am glad they have grilled options. The grilled chicken nuggets taste rubbery sometimes. I like the Grilled chicken salad with Avocado Lime Ranch.
Thankfully, I cut it back to once a week. maybe twice.
When I get a break from you Chik fil a I may give you more stars.

Everytime i go here it taste like i get old food. I dint know if its the time of the day im going. I jave stopped all together.

I work at the nearby Kroger, so I come here a lot. I have experienced fast and friendly service every visit. Even when the drive thru line is really long, I’m usually out within 5 minutes or less
Also love the ice dream. I didn’t think I would ever find a better soft serve than Dairy Queen, but I may have found it

Love chic fil a but, this location just doesn’t make the food as fresh as other ones I’ve been to.

I love chik-​Fil-​A! Whenever I’m in Texas Y’all I come every other day here to eat their delicious chicken, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches and side salads. Awesome food that I first tasted in Fort Worth Texas! I shall miss u when I leave back to California. :-(and the amazing sauces are great!

Always super nice. Sometimes the line is really long inside due to all employees working drive thru but other than that it’s always a good experience.
Try the cookie Sunday it’s amazing, especially if you ask for a warm cookie, but it will take a while to make.

Favorite place to eat. Always. Great food and great customer service. Prices are higher than other average fast food joints, but it’s so worth it!

Always nice people here. Never had a problem. Service is always fast. Thanks for the family nights you’ll provide on Tuesdays.

I went in on the second day of the opening and it was like sardines in a can, «for real»! My favorite cow was out welcoming customers and waving at passer-​bys.
Having 2 drIive-​thur lanes with red and green lighting makes it very helpful at night an the elderly. I was shocked to see that they had more than one of me, Wow!
They gave out coupons for a free breakfast sandwhich («a coupon») and a small toy cow for the kids but only if you amde a purchase… and I really didn’t like that at all. They should have handed out that shit to everyone, regardless! Hell!
Other than that it was the same old «Chick» experiences.
One problem I notice is that they give smaller servings and is kinda stingy on the fries and ice dream cones. Make sure to check your order before you leave.
Trying this location twice since opening and each time there was something wrong with my order so I dont think this one will be a favorite of mines…:((

Yay! There’s is finally a Chick-​fil-​A in the McCart area. Now we don’t have to make the jaunt over to Bryant Irvin, I-​30, or even Burleson every time we want a Chicken Sandwich. Being a new location, this franchise has staff that are excited to be there and want to provide a very high level of service. When Mrs. B and I stopped by, the staff snapped to our order very quickly, even considering that there was very long drive-​thru line at the time. The managers on duty were also helping out with the service, which is cool to see the dedication there. I have to note that the lemonade refill was full of lemon seeds, which was no fun. However, I’m sure the new store kinks will be worked out.
