I’ve been going here since I was 15. I’ve given this place many chances. It’s fast food so I understand that I’m not paying for the service. Drive through usually takes more than 10 mins. I’ve waited for 20 mins before and they always get my order wrong. Today was the last straw when the drive through line took 15 mins and they forgot my large mashed potatoes. How do you forget a large mashed potatoes? It’s LARGE!

Don’t now why, but when you are carving a chicken pot pie on a rainy day, you go get a chicken pot pie on a rainy day.
Didn’t see the reviews of one star here @ KFC until I checked in. I been here before service is what it is, they are busy but hey it’s a fast food chain.
It’s been a while since I been here at this location. So long that notice the remold of the fast food chain, which is nice inside and out. They have a new menu, same chicken different meal deals. For example: $ 5.00 fill up deals/​chicken pot pie, chocolate chip cookie and a Med. Drink
The service was excellent, so much that they were pushing me to take the survey, 2. Meals is nice, hot, fresh and have all condiments (forks, napkins, straws, etc…). Awesome experience!!! For today

Bad service. Horrible service. Do they check for brain waves before hiring these things people?
It shames the history of KFC seeing such poor quality and lack of caring in this place.
Does the manager and owners not have any pride in the business?
While I was in line, a group of about 6 youths came in, barged in front of customers in line and stood at the counter. The counter worker looked at them and said, «not today guys, I am too busy and you all made a mess the last time.» They turned to leave. ??? What was that all about?
Not one time since I have gone here have they given me what I ordered.
The chicken sandwich I ordered Original came to me as Crispy. AND DRY as OLD LEATHER.
So that is what you have to look forward to, punks and bad food.
What a shame.

Waited in the drive thru for THIRTY FIVE minutes to get our food. Absolutely ridiculous. When they brought it out, no apology or anything, just rudely handed us our food without saying anything and walked away.

Sucks. KFC pissed me off. We went to order mac n cheese only and went through the drive thru aiming for fast service. Well, they had 3 cars in front of us who they told to pull up and theyd bring their order out. Hello! 3 cars do not fit! We were stuck sitting AT the window WITH our food and couldnt pull off for a good 10 minutes.
On top of this I went to this same KFC a few months (before I was Unilocaling) and they didnt have ANY hot wings! What kind of crap is that? None? Not just they werent ready but they had none!

After waiting at the drive thru behind two other cars that were taking forever, me and my wife finally get to the ordering speaker. We were both ordering the doublicious meal, and after ordering that, with sweet tea and potato wedges, the incompetent lady asked us twice did we want the wedges, then tells us to hold on a minute, then comes back and we reconfirm again after she asks that, yes, we do want the potato wedges, she says ok, then in the same breath, tells us they are out of the chicken patties… Needless to say we wasted more than 10 minutes of our time to this clueless lady. Won’t be going back here.

They have f-​ed up my order so many times I have just stopped going. I’d rather suffer from Church’s chicken squirts than put up with their incompetent and immature employees.
