This is the most ridiculous, disgusting, can’t do anything right JITB I have ever seen. I can’t believe it’s even still open. HORRIBLE, shut it down!

Wow just wow. This Jack in the Box has extremely horrible service. I sat in the drive-thru for at least thirty mins. Get to the menu to order and no one answers for five mins. I just couldn’t believe it. I mean seriously? How hard could it possibly be? I’m just assuming that their employees really do not care in any manner. So I’ve turned my back to the whole franchise.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are telling me to wait when nobody is there. I had to beg to order. Then one of the guys wanted to fight me. Went there tonight and they told me the grill was broken. Fire your lazy ass workers and find people who want to actually work.

Waited 35minutes in the drive through. Fast food should be fast. Worst fast food place I have ever visited one person working solo could work faster. When I got my receipt they had to check it after they gave me the food to check that they had given me the right thing. Horrible experience, the food was fresh but that only merits one star given the length of the wait.

This has to be the worst restaurant in the area. If I could give them less than a star I would. Do not waste your time going to this location at night. The management and staff are incompetent, extremely slow, and will lie to not take responsibility for their mistakes. Out of the last three times I have gone to this location, my best wait in the drive thru was 20 minutes and my worst was 34 minutes. They made mistakes on every order. It took at least five minutes before they will even acknowledge you in drive thru. Also, on two other visits they pretend not to be open. This location needs to have the night staff and management dismissed and just start over.

I ordered a combo meal with curly fries when I get home and what they did was put a few curly fries on top and the rest was regular fries pissed me the hell off try calling them they won’t pick up management needs to fire all them lazy ass fucks!

Went to the drive thru to get a jumbojack. They said the grill was broken so only fried items were available. Last time they were out of many items on the menu like curly fries. Now I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for 10 minutes and can’t get out cause I’m stuck in line and I’m hungry

As far as fast food places go, Jack In The Box is one of my favorites. I’m not giving this 1 Star because I turn my nose up at the food. This is just a TERRIBLE Jack In The Box. As one of the other reviewers have stated, I too was turned away from this Jack In The Box twice on two different days when I tried to stop in for breakfast. The first time I stopped by it was about 6:15 am or so, I had gotten off working the graveyard shift and stopped by for some breakfast there, only to find it closed. The door said it opened at 5am but that the drive thru was open 24 hours, but the lights were off and there didn’t seem to be a soul inside and the drive thru wasn’t open. As I was pulling out I saw a woman in uniform pull up and unlock the store, but who knows how long it was going to take to get everything going, so I just kept on driving. The next time was about a week or so later, I got off of graveyard shift again and pulled up to the place around 5:30 am, and once again I noticed all the lights were off, I couldn’t believe it. I was about to pull off when a young man came out and told me that they were closed because their cook left and they weren’t going to be able to get anybody in for a while. Lesson learned, I stopped trying to go there for breakfast, apparently they can’t staff the place in the mornings and there are other fast food places that are more on my direct route that somehow always manage to open on time. But the other night I was on this side of town in the evening, heading to a co-worker’s house for a party, and I stopped by to grab a quick burger. This time, to my surprise almost, they were actually open. But they still managed to disappoint, because they were out of CO2 for the soda machine, so I had to go to the adjoining store and stand in line to buy a bottled drink. It seems like this place is VERY poorly managed. I can see a place not being staffed, or having some situation that makes them open late or close during normal business hours. But it happened twice to me, and neither of my experiences are the same as the large Breakfast Jack order another reviewer spoke of, so that’s at least 3 mornings in recent months where this store was closed down. I worked in food service for a while when I was younger, in a fast food place and as a pizza delivery driver, and if that happened once I think the managers I worked with would have been in serious hot water. Edit 10÷21÷15 — Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon while I was in the area. Went inside and got a burger/fries to go. Service was really slow, there were a couple of people in front of me and it took 15 minutes before the first one got their food. About 20 minutes had passed before it was about to be my number called, but they started calling orders after mine. I didn’t immediately go up there, because sometimes other orders take less time to make and come out first. But after I had been there 30 minutes and they had gone 2 – 3 numbers past mine I went up and said something. They were confused, they didn’t seem to know if they gave my food to somebody else or just didn’t make it, the manager started yelling at people and finally they started to remake my food. They got it out pretty quick after that, about 5 minutes later, but it was an uncomfortable 5 minutes because the manager kept yelling at people. By the time I got out of there I had been there between 35 – 40 minutes.

I usually don’t review chains like this but dang… this is the only fast food chain that I have gone to that I have been turned away during normal business hours! Both times were in the early mourning hours. First was because someone had phoned In a large order of breakfast jacks. Instead of working on the order and serving the drive through customers they decided to shut the whole store down. Second time there was only one person working so he told everyone that they were closed… I have no idea what that one employee was doing if he turned everyone away, I guess playing clash of clans on his Iphone. I mean, it was like 4 in the mourning and there were barely any customers. Hardly an excuse to shut the place down. I was so upset about it that I just avoid the place now altogether, horrible service.
