Great brewery, right on the river with an awesome view of downtown. However, we went on a Saturday and it was way overcrowded. They should implement crowd control or limit the number of people allowed in. We weren’t able to even get our 3 beers we paid for by the time of closing, because the lines were insanely long.

Really cool space right at the Trinity river with ots of outside space. Family and pet friendly.
Good beers and fun environment for a great prie.

We LOVE Martin House and all of their beers. They’ve brought a really unique flavor to Fort Worth, and their Saturday tours are great! $ 10 for 3 beers and glass along with some good times with fun people make for a great Saturday afternoon. I would recommend getting there early and also bringing your own folding chairs. It’s definitely worth your time!

Coming from living in both Asheville, NC and Austin, TX, I have pretty high standards for craft breweries. Martin House is really great for a brewery that has only been around for a handful of years. I went to their tasting this past Saturday and had a wonderful time! You can’t beat 3 pints and a glass for $ 10. I had the River House, Daybreak, and Bockslider, all of which were really great. The music was really grooving and I loved the atmosphere next to the river. Only thing better would be to add small tasters or a flight, get some more food options/​food trucks on sight, and have some picnic tables or seating outside. There was hardly anywhere to sit.

Great way to spend a Saturday, socializing over good beer. The brewery is located right on the Trinity river so get out there and support your local brewers.

I went to their Thursday night tasting and it was a blast! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, even when I was being indecisive and asking all about each beer since I hadn’t ever tried any of them before. It was pretty cheap to get in the door and then you get a glass and 3 pours. Plus they are kid and dog friendly, had a nice outdoor area with some games, lots of portapotties, and it was just a food, cool space that was great for beer drinking and people watching. I’m definitely gonna look for their beers around TX.

Awesome for a lazy Saturday. Good for a date. Don’t bring your kids plz. Get there early (it says so right on the website) if u want to try the seasonal selection. Bring a chair. Gorgeous view of downtown!

Great place for some cold ones; however, does get packed on weekends and can be gruesome during the summer months.
They always have some new innovative brews… definitely recommend as a Fort Worth to do

Visited this place on a Saturday for a beer tasting. Although I’ve visited vineyards before and had beer tastings at bars, this was my first time at a brewery. At the entrance we were each given a beer glass and a wristband with 3 pint allowances. I started off with a draft of «river house». It was great for a hot summer day and went down easy. I normally dislike hoppy beers, but the floral notes in this brew were very minimal and enjoyed the drink. For the second glass, I got the «gateway blonde ale», which also had a nice smooth taste. I tried a bit of the «oatmeal hef» that a friend got, but did was not too keen on its mealy/​yeasty aftertaste. The last pour is at 4:45pm on Saturdays. I did not make it to my 3^rd glass in time, but would like to try the «pretzel stout» on a future visit. The bartenders were extremely friendly and helpful with beer selections.
The atmosphere of the place was very casual and hip. The brewing company spans both indoor and outdoor areas. Both were packed with people, many of whom had brought their own seating. This gives the joint a very laidback and homey feel. I did not attend it, but a brewery tour is offered from 4:30 — 5:00pm on Saturdays. There was also a crafts vendor selling beer soap inside the brewing company — these all smelled pretty good! I have heard from others that different local vendors are featured each weekend. The outdoor portion of Martin House features a local food truck (in this case the TailFeathers Wing Wagon) and places to play cornhole.
Bottom line: Great laidback joint to taste some different beers and chat with friends. It can be really packed until near closing, so bring your own seating if you don’t want to stand. If unsure of where to start, would recommend trying «river house» brew.

Martin House Brewers is located along the Trinity River in an older neighborhood of homes, businesses and industrial parks. The rear of the brewery faces the Trinity and Downtown Fort Worth and offers some awesome views.
For $ 10 you get a logo printed glass as a souvenir and 3 pints of really good beers. You can take the tour of the brewery and learn the history of the brewery. If you’re not really into the tour don’t worry. They have several places to sit in the warehouse and meet fellow brew fans. Watch TV and take in a game. Or even take in a game of bean toss or horseshoes in the back.
The part that I prefer as an Elite member to call the «Growth Opportunity». I suggest that you arrive early as parking is limited and can fill up fast. If you’re not able to park in the parking lot you can find parking along some of the side streets or the park on the Trinity. Just be aware of your surroundings and don’t leave anything of value where it can be seen in the car.

Came for the toadies/​Martin house bockslider. Beer was great, tried 3 varieties. The view of downtown ft worth made the experience even better.

So I tried Day Break beer at The Rustic in Dallas. I got a free ticket to check this place out. It was a bit hard to find because it’s an actual warehouses outside of downtown Fort Worth. Not what I expected but it was pretty cool. Most people brought their own lawn chairs. Wish I would have. Beer was awesome though and there was live music. It was just one guy, but he was good.

Martin House. Overall, a good TEXAS Brewery. Better «Texas Happy Hour» (only open 2 days a week) than Rahr & Sons.

It’s a great way to spend a few hours with friends on a Saturday. $ 10 gets you a glass, you can take home, and three beers. There are typically vendors and food trucks available as well. I’m not a huge Martin House fan when it comes to there beers but recently they released an IPA that has set them up as a good craft beer brewery for me to visit. The facility is on the smaller side so when it gets busy it gets crowded. Parking is tricky too but definitely manageable.

Martin house is like rahrs cousin that isn’t as cool but still a great time! For $ 10 bucks you get three pints and a neat little glass. They need way more seats and bathrooms!

I’ve been on a lot of brewery tours with my beer geek fiancé. This is definitely one of the best, if not the best tour I’ve been to.
Beers are tasty: I really loved their new seasonal Sugar and Spice (though it packs quite a punch, so pours are half pours). I also enjoyed their Pretzel Stout, though it’s a bit more bitter than other stouts I enjoy.
However, the beer really was just the beginning. I was immediately blown away by how friendly the staff was. We had people directing us to nearby parking and then into the building. Everyone we saw welcomed us and thanked us for coming. It was my fiancé’s birthday and when the guy checking IDs saw that, he gave him a coupon for a free drink.
Your $ 10 admission will get you 3 drinks (regular sized pours, unless the alcohol content is higher), plus a glass. Additional drinks and merchandise are available for purchase.
They had a food truck and live band playing — we loved the band (Shotgun Friday) so much, that we got their information and are considering booking them for our wedding. The back doors of the brewery were open, so we were able to enjoy the unseasonably warm day.
For maximum enjoyment, bring a chair to sit on, as seating is limited (though space is plenty). Dogs are also allowed, as are kids. If you’re sans kids like we are: don’t let that scare you. There really weren’t that many there.

Martin House! I’d keep you in business just for Day Break alone. Great beer.
You’ve read it before and you could probably assume it from the beginning — parking will be difficult. That’s just a fact of life at this point. Get there early. Look for signage about towing. You used to be able to park in the neighborhood across the street. Don’t make the mistake anymore. They’ve finally gotten tired of the crowds blocking driveways and it’s been marked as a no parking zone. Just get ready to walk.

Don’t wear clothes. It’s gonna be hot. Seriously hot. There’s no avoiding it. You’re in Texas and you should understand this. The direction the garage doors face makes this a little worse than other area breweries, but there’s a few well placed fans that try to help.
The brewery is great and the owner and brewers are visible and friendly. There’s usually a band playing and a food truck outside. The view of downtown from the back loading dock is spectacular. It’s not a view you often see and the river adds to it. Very nice place to have a beer.

Who the hell has ever heard of Martin House Brewery? That was my though on Sat about a month ago as I headed to the brewery tour expecting 15 or so beer nerds sitting around comparing hops. Holy Crap, there must have been 600 people swigging brew, jamming to a live band, eating BBQ from the rotating food truck or playing corn hole in the back yard.
It gets hot, so dress appropriately. And be aware the beer is strong — 2 is enough for most people. Great time!

This local brewery is just awesome!!! They have a great selection of beer that is sure to please everyone.
But the dark Pretzel Stout beer now, this is the kind of beer that only a real man drinks. It’s not for some sissy that orders daiquiris with little umbrellas, or a dude worried about his carb intake. Please. This beer is reserved for only the baddest of bad asses. You have been warned. Now man up and get you a pint.

I had to check out the Martin House tour and tasting. We have done the Rahr tour so we had to do the Martin House. It is set up the same 10 bucks you get a glass and 3 beers. Which is a great deal. The building is a good size with plenty of standing room. You can go out back and hang out in the parking lot. It can be hot on summer days. Not much or any shade. The view of downtown and the river are nice.
The had a band the day we went and they were good. No food truck or no food the day we went. So that was a negative. I hope they will get some food the next time we go. Just drinking beer is good but some food is a plus.
The crowd was good. Not to long of a wait in the lines to get beer. And the beer was very good. You get to choose from dark to light beer. And they have descriptions on the beer. So you can get the one that fits your taste.
Great place to hang out for a afternoon on Saturday good beer and great time.
