The tall white bartender followed me out to my car after I told him I needed to get something out my car. I told him several times, and he was lucky I was in a good mood and understood his ignorance.

Every single girl my family and I interacted with showed poor customer service from the moment we walked in the door! I’d much rather go to the downtown location, at least they smile at customers! Step up your hospitality game!

This place is pretty good. Fun atmosphere, good food. Not our favorite Cajun place in FTW, but it’s still one of the good ones.
I will say that their bread pudding is awful. It’s large, like a giant mushroom on a plate, flavorless, and they heat it in the microwave. No bueno.

Terrible service manager yelled at my party that was waiting for 2 hours and put us out of the of the building. Never will go back and i will be taking this complaint to higher management.

food was awesome! our server Willis was one of the best waiters we have ever had, very attentive and we never needed to wait on him. He instinctively knew when to fill our drinks and when we were ready to order, very polite and informative on the menu. I highly recommend and will be telling our friends!

The food was good, but that’s not why I gave it five stars. Our server, Deda, was amazing! It seems like I never get good service anymore, but he surely made up for every other mediocre server I’ve ever had! I’m so glad we were seated in his section!

I went to eat with my partner and we order the wings and they hard as a rock they don’t have flavor and not a really good taste, we did not finish them because they were good, the food is okay, I mean it could better.

Nice atmosphere great cocktails and entrees too. The seafood platter with crawfish shrimp fish hush puppies corn is really good and best of all plenty for two. The hurricane drink is truly awesome and the mambo fruit drink was really good.

I love fried catfish so I ordered the Jalapeño Catfish. It was nothing like I had expected. It was covered in some type of sauce. Maybe I didn’t read the description very well but I’m from the south and have been eating catfish all my life. I’ve never seen it covered in sauce. Maybe a little tartar sauce on the side. Either way, it didn’t taste good. I had questions about the drink specials and the server had no idea what they were. She didn’t know what beers were on tap either. I know she was new but she could use a few more days of training.

Chelsea was a really sweet waitress and very on top of everything. The food was prompt, hot and pretty good. It’s typical Razzoos chain Cajun food. This location is clean and staff is friendly.

I guess everyone gets an off day, cold plate and cold the first time, sent it back, hot plate and cold food the second time. But still great service. .

I’ve been going to this Razoo’s for years and years. I started coming here when I was maybe 8 or 9 with my parents. I’m now 22 and have frequent date nights here with my boyfriend. That being said — I’ve never had a bad experience! Always have great service and my food is always fantastic! I’ve actually never ordered alcohol here though *gasp*! I’ll have to get a drink next time, I hear they’re great. The wait can be super long at dinner time but that’s pretty much any restaurant. And I love their ranch! It’s the bestttttt. The atmosphere is perfect for someone like me. I really feel at home here!

When there is an ice storm (and you are unprepared) you can always count on Razzoo’s on being open. We usually slip and slide our way there and they always happen to be open.
However, I am Razzoo’d out thanks to my kids.
They were on a catfish kick and wanted catfish every time the husband was off work. So if we didn’t want to go far, Razzoo’s is where we went. Razzoo’s is where they wanted to go.
The catfish isn’t all that bad. It’s good. The best thing to eat at Razoo’s, I think. Their ribs are also good. Ribs? At Razzoo’s? Yes, when you are sick of everything else you try the ribs. Their good for Razzoo’s.The adult beverages are pretty tasty as well.
I don’t like how they only have corn and coleslaw as vegetables. It usually changes between the two daily.

Razzoos is great, especially this one. I got the creamy jalapeño catfish and it was amazing. The sauce that comes with it is so flavorful and has a bit of a kick to it. The catfish was cooked perfectly and it came with rice and a piece of french bread.
Our waitress, as well as the other waitresses, were very friendly:-)
