The kids chose Red Lobster to celebrate their grades. Went on a Friday night so they were busy and on a 45 minute wait. While waiting I noticed multiple tables that were dirty and not getting cleaned for up to 10 to 15 minutes by the servers. Our server was great and the food was fantastic. The service was a little slower than I like due to him having to bus his own tables. Need more bussers or servers on a Friday night to reduce the wait time and speed up the service

This place is definitely part of monthly eatery rotation. Food is satisfying as well as service but… this red lobster has outlived its décor and ambiance. For goodness sake make me feel as though I’m enjoying a fantastic special meal.

My apologies in not updating sooner. My complaint directly to the store, after repeated attempts, did not yield any action. However, after the above review was posted to Red Lobster’s corporate website I was immediately contacted by corporate. Shortly after I was contacted by Red Lobster’s insurance company. They took a statement and did a review. After the review it was determined that they had received no other complaints during that period(which of course does not imply Red Lobster was not responsible) therefore they would not«admit» liability. HOWEVER, as a courtesy and because they value me and my son as loyal customers, we were sent 2 gift cards totaling $ 100 and my son received a check for $ 300 to assist with his medical expenses(along with a waiver that had to be signed to relieve them of any future liability). I will never return to this particular Red Lobster, and, actually, me nor my son have yet to dine at any other Red Lobster since this incident. I am not at all pleased with the experience, but the fact that Red Lobster responded ATALL and attempted to resolve the issue, is worth noting. I’m sure sometime in the future my son and I will dine at Red Lobster again… just not this location. We’ll be sure to check the Unilocal reviews this time prior to choosing our location ;-)

I headed to red lobster because I had a gift card after stopping at Barnes and Nobel on a Wednesday night at 9pm. When I walked in, I walked up to the host stand. No greeting, just… Name please? She implied there was a wait, and a couple people were sitting at the bench by the door. She didn’t tell me how long it would be… Just continued to tell me that if I didn’t want to wait, I could sit at the bar. Therefore, I continued to the bar. The restaurant did not look busy, nor was it hard to get parking. I would assume too many servers were cut too early. Once getting to the bar, where 2 other people were sitting, I waited about 5 minutes to simply get acknowledged and an unsweetened iced tea. After that, I placed my order. I got the Bar Harbor bake and to add on a lobster tail. I substituted the linguini for broccoli. When the salad came out, most of the lettuce was either brown or hard and white. It had a couple small cherry tomatoes and croutons, but that’s it. It also used to come with cucumbers, but apparently not anymore. Once my bake was brought out, it was delivered without the lobster tail. I had to ask for the lobster tail. It was clear it was not rang in, because that took forever to come out. I like that they had no problem switching my linguini for broccoli, and the flavor in the dish was good, but it was clear the lobster tail was overlooked and rubbery in the dish after the other tail came out because that one was tender. While I was sitting at the bar, the phone rang and a Togo order was placed. The phone was never placed back on the handle correctly when the call was finished, and therefore the phone continued to beep for about 5 minutes before corrected. When I was ready to leave, I asked for a box with a portion cup to take my butter home. The box was brought but no portion cup. When I e it’s the restaurant, the manager was directly to my right by about 15 feet, smoking a cigarette. Overall, very disappointing experience for a dinner that ended up costing just one person $ 47 with tip.

Had a 20 minute wait for lunch on 12−30−15. The waitress as always was outstanding. I have never had a bad experience with the waitresses at this location. The food was good, and I will eat here again.

My fiancé and I dined here on Monday, November 30. We had a horrible experience dining at this location and will not return. When we were seated, we requested a booth in the bar area. The hostess said he could not seat in that area. When we looked there were several booths and tables available so we were a bit confused. We decided to sit at the bar until a booth came available. When we were seated, we ordered the Crab Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was so salty you could not eat the sauce. We didn’t send the food back because we did not want to upset the waitress. The best part of the dining experience was the waitress. She was extremely nice and was attentive in checking on us and refilling our drinks. Because of the bad experience and terrible food quality, we will not be returning. This location needs new management to turn it around.

It’s very seldom I get a bad meal here. Typically, it’s during their shrimp feast, or whatever it’s called. The shrimp are like tiny salad shrimp. Otherwise, the food is quite good! And the Grand Patrón margaritas are excellent!

Ask for Chris. He was really good. The food was good and so was the service. I had the shrimp tacos and they were soooooo good. I added the habanero sauce. Dad had endless shrimp. He was also extremely happy they didn’t take forever between each portion. Will return.

First time eating @ Red Lobster, and it was fairly good. Service could have been better, but wasn’t bad either. Overall I enjoyed the meal. Surprising for a place that charges so much for their meals, they had no Wi-Fi!

When my son’s birthday came we celebrated like always with and Ultimate feast plate at Red Lobsters. At this location it’s been remodeled and it’s ok. We showed up about 11:30 am, they had just opened and wasn’t busy. They sat us down got our menus and told us that our waitress would be with us in a little while. The waitress come by introduced herself and took our drink order. She came by again without our drinks because the bartender was one of the waiters and busy, but did tell us the specials and we ordered. Finally the drinks came out and they were ok nothing special. After a little while our food came out and it’s was awesome. I been here before and wasn’t good. But today amazing! Had told them it was my son’s birthday, you know for the singin to him and/or get him a dessert. The singing could be better and they don’t do the free dessert for birthdays. what’s up with that. Anyway it’s was a great experience.

Yeah… It’s Red Lobster, generally slow but friendly service with a lack of menu knowledge. Tonight was worse than usual since our waiter was new. Thanks Red for keeping menu prices down by foregoing training. Last time here shared the mussels with one other in my party. We were both ill the next day. Coincidence? Tonight. Yes, I ordered raw oysters. They seemed not quite chilled enough. Paranoia? Maybe. Or maybe I’m an idiot that deserves shell fish revenge because I ate them anyway. Ordered the fresh rockfish to find out 10 minutes later that they«ran out»(6:30). Bar is extra slow, probably bad for them since this gave me a few extra minutes for this review!

I received SUPERFANTASTIC service today! It was just me and my 2 boys tonight and she was very patient with us. Our waitress was Cynthia and she made suggestions that the boys actually loved which helped make dinner great! I don’t think I could have asked for better service! Oh and the food was good as well.

Worst service ever. We had a party of 7 and the waitress couldn’t get anything right. Not our drink order, nor our food. Then when it was time for the check we had to wait 30 minutes for her to even get that right. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an excellent experience here today. My fiancé and I came to check out the facility for use as a venue for our wedding reception. They handled our inquiry with grace and facilitated the best possible experience. From the hostess to the service to the server, Joe, to the food, the manager, all were excellent.

Best meal I’ve had at Reb Lobster in a loooooooong time. If you’ve never been to Reb Lobster then go right now. Even if you don’t like sea food because they also have land animals to sink your teeth into. I got the steak smothered in blue cheese sauce and was skeptical at first because I wasn’t sure how well the two would pair well together but… it’s one of the best food combinations ever. And they cook your steak the way you want it(unlike some places who shall remain unnamed). I asked for my steak well done and it came out… well done:) My mother got the endless shrimp and best believe I kept reaching over to take her shrimp and put it ontop of a piece of steak. even more delicious than the steak and blue cheese alone. In my opinion the best thing on the menu is the steak and lobster tail. It’s around $ 30 bucks(which is more than most of the things on their menu) but it’s worth it because steak and lobster are a match made in Heaven. I would give reb lobster 5 stars if I didn’t despise their cheddar biscuits. They’re dense, dry, and WHY do they have to have cheese in them?

Great service! Met up with my aunt and mom for B&B Thursday. Nice and mellow weeknight environment. Clean and warming. Food was what it always is at Red Lobster. My Clam Chowder was delicious and salad was crisp and cool. The famous garlic cheddar biscuits were that delicious warm cheesy hug you need to get through to Friday :)

When a server tells you to «hook» him up, there’s something wrong. I walked in and was greeted quickly. All my server did was talk about how much he got paid and how we should tip him well because he’s so quick. Through my entire meal, I felt like he wanted to be tipped well but also get me out of there ASAP. It was really uncomfortable. So, onto the food. The biscuits that come with the meals were dry. Ick. We started off with the oysters which were very pleasant and fresh. The stuffed flounder I ordered was rather flavorless and the stuffing was watery. The pork chop my friend ordered was cooked perfect — funny for a seafood place. Ended with a slice of caramel cheesecake which was a nice touch to a «meh» meal.
