Eatting at Tea Party Lounge with my family right now, the food is great. Love it. I ordered a mango snow fluff. My baby brother, Vincent tried it and loved it. He keep wanting more when my mom stopped feeding him the snow fluff he started to scream and shout. He was so cute. I also bought some popcorn chicken, my dad thought that the way they placed everything was pretty fancy. The workers were very nice. They gave us free icd water. I loved my visit and I was planning to come back.

Great food at reasonable prices along with a vast selection of drinks. If you’re looking for a nice place study or grab snacks but don’t want to venture too far into Vietnamese town this is definitely the place to go.

Pork/egg roll with rice — pork was delicious, seasoned and cooked well! — extra $ 1 for brown rice Po Boy with shrimp on wheat bread, add jalapeños — good Added Cajun fries for $ 1.50 Bun Bo Hue — tried the hype. Was just okay to me. Garlic Noodles — got the mini for $ 4.50 so was really small serving. A little dry but seasoned well.

The first time I stopped by was on a Monday, didn’t realize it was closed haha. I’ve been here a couple more times since. I’ve had fried tofu which is good without extra sauce for me, house coffee which is good but maybe a little rich, and a berry protein smoothie which was good and very large. I had asked about brewed coffee here, and they said they could serve me some, but it ended up being an espresso shot. They felt really bad that it was low in volume and didn’t realize how it would turn out. It was okay since they asked me about it prior to serving it. I ended up asking water and made it a pseudo Americano. Good enough for me haha. So the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they have interesting drinks and food. Definitely worth it to stop in. I do spend a long time there to finish up work or read. They have outlets and ample seating. Ambiance is not too distracting or noisy.

3– 3.5 stars for me, but am definitely willing to try it again and see what happens next time. We ordered the mango something drink. The one that tastes like the Mexican candy(their #1 trending drink at the time), milk tea with boba, popcorn chicken, and fried tofu. Honestly, was expecting something better from the boba, even though it was called honey boba, it wasn’t sweet and wasn’t up to par with other drinks from tea station, lollicup, etc. My husband got the mango drink and he wasn’t the biggest fan, but we have gotten other drinks that are good. This time just missed the mark. The popcorn chicken was good, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fried tofu was soft, was expecting something more crunchy. All in all, I think it’s about the things that you order from this place. It’s just a hit and miss for me, but would be willing to come back to give it another try.

This place is pretty close to my aunt’s house and one day, I was craving popcorn chicken so I decided to stop by here for some yummy treats. First of all, this plaza is pretty spacious so there’s tons of free parking available. When we went, it was pretty quiet and there weren’t that many people. This place serves a variety of options from snacks, drinks, to even Vietnamese dishes! I haven’t tried their dishes yet but I’ll consider next time. We ordered 3 snacks: calamari, fried tofu, and popcorn chicken(all medium level of spiciness). All of our snacks were really good and surprisingly really filling too. They give you two additional sauces but I only needed sriracha to be satisfied haha. I would also consider coming here if I wanted to study/be productive. It’s really quiet and the wifi is pretty good! Since there’s not a lot of people/busy, I would imagine getting a lot done here. If you need a change of scenery from your usual study spot, try coming here for a change~

I absolutely love this place. It’s my go-to when I just want a simple Thai tea or jasmine milk tea. They also make great mango green teas as well. Food is served here as well! The garlic fries are a must! And super friendly staff :)

You wouldn’t expect much from this haphazard restaurant, but what they offer may surprise you. They do serve tea and popcorn chicken, but the menu and location give it away as a Vietnamese establishment. So we got a bit of both! I came here for a late lunch with my sister and a friend… and we ordered a lot of grub. The food was fairly cheap so I figured we could order some for now and some for later! Gotta think ahead, ya know? We got: –popcorn chicken: excellent! Perfectly crispy crunchy and the chicken was bite-sized and juicy. Came with nice big pieces of basil, something I love about Taiwanese popcorn chicken. –bun bo hue: not the best broth I’ve had, but decent and it came with plenty of meat. I saw a few other patrons ordering this. On a rainy day, it would definitely hit the spot. –bo kho: much better than expected — Came with fresh french bread, soup was thick and flavorful. I would order this again actually! –mango fried rice: Not so good. Mango was stringy and sour, and the rice wasn’t fried well. It was still hard and didn’t hold together. However, if it was executed better, it had a lot of potential! Had a bit of everything– egg, chinese sausage, bbq pork and green onion. The food was okay. The service could use a bit of work, but then again, for a hole like this, I would expect the bare minimum. Not a lot of people were in here around lunch, so if you need a low-key spot with decent fare, it’s an option. However, in this area, when it comes to the food selection, there are better places. I haven’t had their tea yet… so an update may be coming around.

Went here for the hubby for dinner. We were looking for a small bite and didn’t want to blow the budget. Tea Party Lounge is across the street from our neighborhood. Parking was convenient, located near the Denny’s in the Albertson’s Plaza. Wifi was available and they are open late to 10pm. They serve appetizers and food to order. A wide variety of teas and beverages. We tried the potato croquette as our appetizer. They are ground beef filled potato balls that are fried to a crispy golden brown. He got the salmon dinner plate with garlic noodles and I ordered the popcorn chicken dinner plate with rice. They both came with a mixed green salad. Hubby got a rose and peach green tea and i got a honey jasmine tea. Both were really delish. not overly sweet and very refreshing after the spicy popcorn chicken bites. We plan to visit Tea Party Lounge again.

What on earth? Who would’ve thought a boba/snack place would have pretty delicious phở? I’m pretty picky with my phở because my parents’ phở is the best imo but if I didn’t have access to parents laborious phở soup– from bones brewing for 15+ hours – this would be my go-to place. I think it’s been a nice kept secret and if you check in on Unilocal, you get a free ice tea. If you consider yourself a phở connoisseur, give this place a go and send me a message/comment to let me know how you like it! I’m curious what you guys think of it too! Thanks for reading my rant about their tasty phở! oh yeah, I’m pretty picky with my boba and I’m not too big of a fan of their drinks just the free tea that comes with my phở check in ;)

A favorite spot! I recently moved back into the area and while the wifi was down at my house, started searching on Unilocal for a place that had wifi and snacks(Craved just a block from here is a favorite for grabbing avocado smoothies to go, but their food options are limited). Not only did Tea Party have good reviews and rating on Unilocal, but checking into the place using your app gives you a free sweetened tea — which works out great since it allows you to pick up an entrée without having to get an additional drink. The location is great — in the Albertson’s shopping center — there is ample parking depending on when you go(I usually go on weekdays/avoiding the weekends when I imagine the place will be busy). There is ample seating and chairs throughout the restaurant. What’s great about this place is unlike other cafes that shy away from giving you access to their outlets, Tea Party even has extension cords at each table — for you to plug your devices in and charge up. That was one of the things that stood out at this place for me — its like they encourage you to plug up and hang out here while you do your work/surf the super fast internet. The sweetened tea that came with my Unilocal check in wasn’t bad at all — you can taste the jasmine essence which is good — and I asked it to be only lightly sweetened. It’s a great compliment to whatever food item you might want to pick up here. I haven’t tried anything else other than the Bun Bo Hue here(see attached picture) — while it’s not amazing by any means(I still prefer the BBH at Lynda Sandwich on Beach/McFadden) — it’ll satisfy your craving for the most part. Keep in mind, this isn’t a place you’re going to go if you want gourmet dishes — I mean their food isn’t bad, but you’re mainly going here for wifi/to work/study — not to indulge in a multi-star meal. It’s not terrible, but the broth depending on when you go can be a hit or miss — sometimes it tastes fresh, sometimes it tastes canned — the meat they put in your soup can also be tender and yummy or hard and tough. Service is good — the staff here are friendly and some will remember you if you go enough times. I’ll have to try out the other items when I have a chance — their green waffle ice cream sandwich looks sorta yummy.

THISISMYGO-TOBOBAPLACE. Compared to other local boba places in the area, Tea Party definitely provides! They have many options to choose from ranging from food to drinks to dessert. Their drinks are very creative and some of their drinks are inspired by Taiwanese boba places(Like Meow Meow Café in Walnut) in the 626 area. I love boba from the 626 just because they make the boba drinks super good and Tea Party is up to par. I mainly rotate between their white gummy bear and their star galaxy drinks. Their popcorn chicken and tofu are amazing here as well. Luckily, they do the Five Star rewards here which is a bonus! I always go here in comparison to the hyped Tebo or Fusion Tea, for example. Their customer service is attentive unlike other places where the employees tend to slack off or show disinterest in their job. At least Tea Party greets you! Will be back for more, babe.

Yes. Tea Party Lounge, I love heart you guys. Almost as much as Kanye hearts Kanye… Almost. I’m gonna be honest. You guys take FOREVER to push out food. Therefore I was initially going to take off a star. But you know what? It’s not YOUR fault that you serve fresh, tasty food w/top notch ingredients. Oh no, to penalize you for not rushing perfection is just blasphemy. and I refuse to have any of that nonsense on my conscious! Clean and well-kept establishment open pretty much from dusk til dawn and as if there wasn’t already something for everyone on the menu, now they got us early birds covered too! With some dope breakfast smoothies! I absolutely obsessed with their shrimp po boy sandwich! Their curry is on point served w/a fresh baguette, garlic noodles, cajun fries, vermicelli noodle plates, and TONS of selection to chase your meal with! From slushies to milk teas, to simple flavored teas like Jasmine with the amount of sweetness DECIDEDBYYOU. And BOOM! A free tea when you check in courtesy of TPL and Unilocal!Get the heck out of town! … No wait. Stay. for.ever. If there’s one thing you got from this review, let it be the free tea that has you stopping by and food that keeps you coming back. Open up your app and start checking in my friend.

I would say overall with everything factored in, Tea Party Lounge gets a 5 stars. First of all, plenty of outlets and wifi that actually works! The music is popping and loud, but I still managed to get my work done. I got a drink the first time and it was okay. Really syurpy and sweet which I’m not too much a fan of but you live and you learn. The next time, I got the bun bo hue substituted for phở noodles and they gave me a ton of noodles! The only thing was the noodles were more on the soggy side and soaked up all the soup, but the flavor of the broth was powerful, spicy and delicious! I would totally come back for another dinner and work sesh!

****Avocado Shake**** One of the not so pretty avocado shakes I have had ended up being one of the tastiest I have had! This shop sits in a plaza with a few other tea/drink spots but does have something different! The shop itself has a small store front, small lobby area and a long side isle for seating. Wifi makes it ideal for working or studying. They serve food and various drinks. What makes it even better is the shake. Avocado, milk, and sugar. Real avocado is used here with no powders or other junk. Just sweet delicious avocado shake! My glass came with a very non-appealing presentation. What it lacked in presentation was made up in flavor. Obviously, this place is doing something right. Easy parking, reasonable prices, wifi, plenty of tables, and a sweet avocado shake! I am a fan and then some!

This place is wonderful! Snacks, desserts, boba, and tons of food options that are good and at cheap prices! I had a strange craving for phở and ordered the Phở Ga($ 5.95) and was completely surprised at how good it was! Definitely on point with other phở restaurants! Also love their Cajun fries(recommend the mild because the medium was very spicy). As for drinks, I tried a few hot drinks in the winter and didn’t really like it, I do however like their iced matcha milk tea! Overall, I think Tea Party Lounge is a great gathering place! I like that some people can just get milk tea, while other people in your group can have dinner, or just dessert. Look forward to trying more of their food menu items and definitely need to sample those beignets!

Somehow when I’m driving around and need to escape the 405 I always end up here. I can’t really explain it, but I always need food in the area or take a pit-stop between Irvine & the South Bay and this always seems like one of the best places to do it. It has ample tables and A/C is not bad. music is pretty relaxing and up to date so there’s that, or bring your own headphones for own personal DJ experience =) Located about 2 miles north of the freeway, Tea Party Lounge has about everything you can need as far as tea or coffee drinks go. I’m not a huge tea /boba drinker so I pretty much just order the standard plain teas, or water. Prices on drinks are average(about $ 3), BUT if you check in and like them on FB you get upgraded to a large & in charge for free. It’s like a big tall mongo glass of tea, and who can argue with that! Food they have a huge abundance of snacks. One of the biggest snacks menu around. I haven’t tried them all, but in due time this will happen. Every time except one that I’ve been here, I ordered food… not just a small snack but actual sit-down, dig your face into it food. I admit I have a streak of three or four ordering the chicken curry, so maybe I’m biased. I normally get it with rice and it’s very good and hits the spot for when you’re hungry, but not«OMG I’m about to gnaw my arm off if I don’t eat half a cow» hungry. It’s not super spicy, it’s mostly mild actually but I think you can request more spice if you’re taht. It comes with sticky rice or a small baguette on the side. I recommend the rice, because it goes well together. However last time I got the bread for dippin’ and I wasn’t dissapointed, cuz I had to go play a sport after and wanted to digest everything quickly. I can’t wait to try the chicken wings or noodle shrimp next time, cuz these look pretty tasty too. They even have phở which I’ve heard is OK, I’d go to an actual phở place for this. But the beef stew is supposed to be rockin’ so I’d give it a shot. They also have desserts, actually they’re kinda well known for their waffle ice cream sandwiches. $ 2.50 if you dare to tempt your waistline… They give you a free iced green tea sweetened or unsweetened with check in if you order a whole plate of food(only one time did I remember to claim it… but that’s cuz I’m odd)… I’ll never forget again, I swear. Wifi works good and no hassle just be sure you have your security software on cuz open ones like this kinda freak me out. Hours are pretty good, I’ve never really been driving around when they’re closed. 4⁄5 stars all day. I’l be back. Big ol’ fan.

Let’s get some tea as we party and lounge together! This is a great place to stop by to get a bite to eat and to sip on some yummy drinks. If you are around the area then you should definitely treat yourself here! Service: The staff is super friendly, helpful, and happy every time I’ve been here. They are quick and ready to make sure you are enjoying your time at the Tea Party Lounge. Food: Fried Tofu — super crunchy and warm from the inside and out. Add a little spice and it will give you a kick in the mouth. Chicken Tenders with fries — tender, juicy, and blended with their special spice that is downright delicious. Garlic Noodles — buttery and tasty noodles with a lot of garlic. It is super simple and delightful. Drinks: Thai Floatea — yummy Thai tea with vanilla ice cream! There is no need for soda to create a float here! Matcha Floatea — green tea with vanilla ice cream! Yes please! You will want more! Vanilla Oreo Cookie Smoothie — want to relax for a bit? then why not drink your cookie then having to eat it! Taste the chocolate flavor and the creamy filling. Got to say that the Oreo cookie is milk’s best friend! Can you feel the hunger? Can you feel the thirst? Make sure to come by and join the tea party because you won’t want to miss the fun! Great place for students/business peeps to get their study on.
