We love it here. Food and Service is always good! Great selection and great prices. Has a really homey feel to it and we have never had a bad meal.

I tried the Italian sub toasted with cheese. Lots of fresh vegetables: lettuce, tomato, onion, hot peppers and pickles. The bread was toasted just right with the right amount of vinegar and oil. Came with French fries too. The downside, hardly any Italian cold cuts. Maybe four pieces of meat in the whole sub. Plus, they only take cash but offer an ATM with a high surcharge.

From what I can see, looks like Chickie Flynn’s no longer has live bands on weekends… too bad…

We spend 8 months out of the year camping at Normandy Farms and when we’re in Foxboro, Chickie Flynn’s is one of our very favorite restaurant hang-outs. The food’s good, the beer’s cold and the waitstaff is friendly and attentive. I love their garden salad with grilled chicken after a workout at ‘Answer is Fitness’, down the street, but when I’m out for a fun night out with friends, or my husband, their dinner fare is second to none. Nightly specials include such offerings as roast beef or pork roast with gravy with sides, meatloaf or roast chicken. The owners, who are frequently on premises, will have you coming for the food and leaving as a friend. A local favorite!

Stopped here because I was in the area and had time to stop. I was a little leery since there were only a few cars in the lot, but was pleased with the meal. Very friendly and fast service, and a REALLY good meatloaf sandwich on a hoagie bun. Fries were perfectly cooked and the coffee was delicious. They only take cash, but that is prominently displayed as you walk in, and there is an ATM on site, so there shouldn’t be any awkwardness.

So this bar is around a lot of higher end bars at Gillette stadium and has the appearance of a dive bar, although the inside is nicely done. However, it has no dive bar prices. It’s overpriced for the type of place it is.

This is quite possibly my favorite place to go! All the people that work there are so nice and friendly. I have never had anything that wasn’t AMAZING to eat! Everything the make is homemade, fresh and the portions are HUGE!

5 stars on the food and the service was also just as good. Went there late afternoon with a friend to try the restaurant out. The prices were reasonable and the portion size was big. The food was very good and I would recommend this as a great place to eat. Just remember cash only which somewhat bothers me since it’s rare for business’s to not accept credit cards but the food is great.

The atmosphere is mediocre — it’s a dive on Route 1, but the food is good with reasonable prices! They provide large portions and free soda refills. The steak tips were flavorful and the brownie sundae was delicious!

We found this on a trip to bass pro shop! And read the reviews. So we decided to give it a go. It did not look like much from the outside but looks were definitely deceiving. Very warm and inviting atmosphere and great service! Food was great and well priced! Definitely a place to go back to!

I love Chickie Flynns! I discovered it with my dad a couple of years ago! It is so cheap(we’ve spent 7 dollars for both of us) but the quality is excellent! It’s great comfort food. Their burgers are just as good and I’d dare to say better than Five Guys over at Patriots Place. They have really good chicken pot pie, spahgetti, mashed potatoes, and their pink lemonade is delicious! There also is pool to play. Their tvs are really good quality and it’s a good place for conversation. Lots of businesses will have muted tvs while random music plays. This restaurant has the tvs at a soft volume. Besides the facilities, the people know you when you walk in. We always have the same really nice waitress that recognizes us. It’s a very family oriented atmosphere and a great pace to go for yummy inexpensive food! Check it out!

Yummy!!! Started of with a raspberry iced tea. Tasted different than most(in a good way) then the waitress brought us warm bread & a fabulous oil mix to dip it in. Salad came with my meal. Got ceaser. Was delicious! Service was great. On a Monday kinda slow. First time there & it’s a nice layed back atmosphere. Comforting & welcoming. Got fish n chips. Decent portion for the price. Deff a must go to place especially if you plan on spending a a day shopping at patriot place.

Great prices… great food… great service! when you drive by your expecting a sports bar or local bar with nothing great inside. However that is not the case here… You walk in and it’s bright colors and very welcoming atmosphere. The prices are very affordable and a place where you can bring your kids. the portions are big. my son and husband shared a hot dog(that is how big they are). For dessert we had a dough boy… it was bigger than the plate it came on. more than enough to fill the three of us.

Chickie Flynn’s was real surprise. Décor is great lots of family pictures . The restaurant name is from the owner’s grandmother. Food is generous in serving size, lots of the dishes comfort food. Favorites are the beef stew in a bread bowl, great salads, apps and nightly specials, good soups as well. There is a neighborhood feeling with lots of regulars and keno, which I play. Also families often there in early evening. Not that I make it there much but they have some great bands with dance floor on weekends and holidays.

This here is a good place, under utilized from what we saw. The dude who said he was ignored is dragging down their score unecessarily. It averages to a 2.5 because of that, because there are so few reviews. I see through that BS though and tried the place anyway, and we are glad we did. A 2.5 score on 50 reviews is one thing, on so few reviews it is another thing. Just uploaded photos as well, check them out, there were no photos before mine. I try to do this to show I was really there. Last time we were here it was a weird biker bar where it did not appear to us people ordered food. Maybe they urinated on demin jackets with embroidery on them, and then proudly rode their Hog wearing these garments, but normal folks walking in were not too impressed. We had a couple of pops and went on our way. Well, forget all that. It is just a building, and out with the old, in with the new. The interior is unrecognizable, and I mean that in a good way, a pleasant orange, clean, nice photos on the wall, deleted walls to open it up. When we walked in we held the door open for a couple of folks. I asked them: «How was it? » They said it was great, he got a burger and she got the Buff wrap. They seemed sincere. this was a good sign. PARKING /CONVENIENCE: GRADE5 Right on Route One. Huge lot. SERVICE: GRADE5. Just attentive enough without haunting. APPETIZER: GRADE4 Buffalo fingers, tasted alot like those at the Fowler House in Quincy, which is a good thing, five good sized ones for nine bucks, lightly floured, maybe could have been hotter a bit, but very tasty. STEAKANDCHEESE: GRADE3 The wife is a wicked harsh Unilocaler. Looked pretty good to me. ITALIANSUB: GRADE4 frickin good. Not orgasmic, like The Fat Belly Deli in Dot was for a while, but quite good, with fries. I like a crispier roll, more like french bread, but that is me. Quality of meat 3.5, very good, again not moaning in ecstasy, as Fat Belly was for a while(was not last few times we went), but quite good. AMBIENCE: GRADE4 Two women were pleasant, other patrons were happy, joint looks good. I do not give out too many fours. I think too many people here are swooners or slashers, everything is great or everything sucks. I try to be the Unilocaler that I look for myself, honest, no crushes, no «how nasty can I write to entertain myself». A 3 to me is I would go back. A 4 is I will make a point of going back. This is a 4.

Sat at the bar for over five minutes as the bartender bantered with and served the regulars – without being noticed. Cash only, which to me is unacceptable for a place that size. Won’t be back.

This bar has become part of our weekly rotation for getting together with a small group to eat, drink, be merry, and on occasion play some trivia. I like this place because is it large, light, and has a pretty good menu. The buffalo chicken(my staple) is just the right level of spicyiness, the fries are pretty good, and there is a fairly good selection of beers on tap. I was disappointed with the pickle, and the last time we went Sam Sumnmer on tap was a little off in taste. Check out Trivia on Wednesday nights starting at 8. The worst thing about this place is getting to it. It’s on the same side of the highway as Gillette stadium and the only way to turn into it/get out of it is to cross 2 busy lanes of traffic on RT1 and somehow merge into the traffic on the other side. A scary experience either way.

We just went to check it out… it’s changed so much from when it was The Outlaw. They don’t have a TON of seating, but they make what they have work for them. Everyone was very helpful with getting us set up for our group and then explaining the different foods. When you walk in, you can seat yourself. And, there’s a large sign that tells you that it’s CASHONLY! So be prepared when you go… but fear not, if you don’t have it. they have an ATM on site. On the tables are place mats… and on those place matts are the menus. So that’s what you’re going to look at when you’re going to order. When you first look at the menu you might think that 8 and 9 dollar sandwiches are a bit on the high side when you’re getting deli style roast beefs, or steak and cheese… or Buffalo Chicken Wraps. They start you off with bread and dipping oil. And the bread was hot, tasty and fresh. BUTWATCHOUT! These sandwiches are HUGE! And I mean, HUGE! No one at our table but me finished their sandwich. My Sister in law got the Chicken Parm sandwiche. and to our suprise, it’s made with 4(yes FOUR) large chicken breasts. My wife got the roast beef sandwich and it was piled so high, when she cut it in half, you could keep the top bun on… as it would fall over. I got the Egg, Pepper and Potato Sandwich… and added cheese and onions. Man, it was incredible. The Mom in Law got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and like everything else, I had to taste it… and it was very good. Not overly hot, the chicken was very juicy and everything worked well together. The kids got the Mac and Cheese… it’s home made and not out of a box, and you can taste it. Man, it was so good I was thinking about ordering it the next time that we go… it was that good. The Sodas and Teas are all you can drink. I had the unsweetend iced tea, and it was a little weak for my tastes, but not bad. They also had Iced Green Tea and Iced Rasberry Tea as well. The next time I might try the Green. And, on a side note, I saw a plate come out to another table that I thought was Nachos… it was HUGE! Just turns out, after I asked what that was… was told it was the large Salad. HOLYMOLY! It was BIG! The Bar is HUGE, there’s a lot of room around there… and they have several beers on tap. They also have a full bar, but I don’t know the prices as we didn’t order anything from the bar. I have a feeling that we’ll go and find out as they said that they are also going to start having bands play. So I’m sure that we’ll go to check that out at some point. I know for a fact that we’ll be back there again. It was pretty reasonable for the amount of food that we ordered. And the bill was less that I thought it would be… so that’s always nice. SO, I say that if you’re thinking about it… go. They have other food than Sandwiches, I heard that the Wings are VERY good… and they have Dinners as well. I hope that they get a website up so you can see the daily specials. Like I said, Sandwiches are around 7 – 9 bucks. The Dinners are around 12 – 20 dollars each.
