1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Wow! I love pizza and wasn’t expecting much out of a pizza place in an outlet mall but this pizza was awesome! Super fresh and fast. This is going to become a regular spot for me and I highly recommend it.

Kids loved ordering with their choices of toppings.
Great for families. They have salads and a soda machine that does hundreds of drink combos.
Also serve beers…

I work in the mall and love this place. Staff is friendly and the flat rate no matter the amount of toppings is a great deal! They do deliver if they can and the service is usually pretty quick. It’s also always clean and I like that you can watch them make your pizza or salad. Really glad this place is in the mall!

This place is fantastic! Great service and very attentive and friendly staff. You can order one of their signature pizzas or create your own. And, it’s unlimited toppings for one flat price!
They also have salads that you can create yourself as well as wings and breadsticks.
A great concept and great, fresh pizza!

They charge one flat price no matter how many extra toppings they put on. All the ingredients are fresh and prepared right in front of you. The staff was pleasant and friendly and the pizza was great. I plan on coming back again and again trying different combinations and styles.

A must revisit

Guess this is the newest fad: Build-​your-​own pizza. It’s long overdue. I’m glad places like these are becoming more and more commonplace. The concept is ingenious. Take something everyone loves like PIZZA and allow them to completely customize it as its being made a la Subway/​Chipotle. Me and my daughter loved the idea of making a pizza without getting out hands dirty. We chose take make a modified buffalo chicken pizza with a half buffalo sauce — half San Marzano tomato sauce base, fresh mozz, bleu cheese crumbles, grilled chicken, pepperoni, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. And they skimped on nothing; the pizza was loaded heavily. We asked for a good amount of grilled chicken and our personal chef had no problem piling it on. And customer service was great! The employees behind the counter made the experience even more fun and they offered a lot of suggestions for our next order. The pizza was in and out of the oven within 5 minutes and brought out to us at the table. The crust was awesome! Some char around the edges but tasty and chewy inside — thin and crisp along the bottom — true to the neapolitan style they claim. The toppings were pretty flavorful. Pepperoni could’ve used a little more kick but overall the impact was there. We also sampled a slice of the New York style (margherita with oregano) pizza they were offering. It was great! I wish they weren’t sold out of their fire roasted chicken wings. They looked awesome on the menu but I guess I’ll just get them on my next visit… because I WILL be back!

The pizza-​baking concept (1000 degrees for 2-​minute bake time) seemed like it might add a unique flavor, but I honestly couldn’t tell a difference from the typical pizza oven. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza here is good – it just didn’t differentiate itself as much as I anticipated. Pizzas are available in 10″ or 14″ sizes, not by the slice, but everything is made to order so it makes sense. Can’t say I’d make a special trip for the pizza but it’s a welcome addition to the Tanger Outlets food offering.
