Foxwoods Resort Casino

Ok so I meet up with a friend at this humongous place. It’s huge a lot of walking make sure you know which tower to stay in especially if your a poker player. Not much food and just a sad feeling being there. I would give it one star but I’m not that mean. I rather go to the Borgata personally.

I visited Foxwoods this past weekend to celebrate my birthday and I was truly satisfied. The restaurants were great. I had an amazing time. However, I wish there were more to offer in terms of lounging and bars. I went to Scorpion Bar on Saturday and that was simply a blast! Next time, I’ll consider visiting some of the stores, I didn’t do my shopping there. Oh, and I loved my room. We stayed at the Fox Tower. Beautiful view, spacious room and it’s a shame that we didn’t get to use the hot tub. I’ll be making another visit for sure!

I’ve been here a handful of times over the years. Some times I stay at the Fox Tower overnight, some times just to wander around with friends. The only gambling I do is when I visit a new restaurant I’ve never heard anything about so no blackjack for me.
There are lots of options for things to do around the casino though. Shopping and eating are always a good choice. There is smoking permitted in the casino so if you have any breathing issues I suggest staying off the casino floor.
The hotel rooms at Fox Tower are nice and spacious. Our most recent room was very clean and modern looking. Checkout is at 11am but its no charge to have your checkout pushed back to 12pm. Room prices are a bit steep though so make sure you are celebrating something special if you’re gonna spend that kind of money.

I have stayed here a few times but this was my first time staying at the Fox Tower. I have to say I was very impressed. This side has the grand theater, pool party, nightclub and outlets.
Checking in was a breeze and I was happy with our room. It was spacious, clean, the bed was super comfy and I fell in love with the bathroom.
The bathroom was super modern and the shower was large and a lot of space.
The rooms view was a bit crappy since you face the parking lot but overall I was happy.
If you get a chance to stay here you won’t be disappointed, the only negative was the small food court, you have to go to the other side of you want a real sit down restaurant.

I have been to Foxwoods a few times and like it.
MGM is a modern property where you can have a good time.
They have a nice spa.
Huge casinos. Lots of restaurants with every type of cuisine.

This was my first time visiting Foxwoods Casino. My friends and I got a room at the Fox Tower. I really liked the room; it was clean and it had a modern look.
The casino itself seemed cleaned. It didn’t reek of cigarettes or cigars like some other casinos I’ve been to. I am not sure if this experience would have been different if I stayed on a Friday or Saturday night where places like this tend to be more crowded.
The outlets are conveniently located inside the casino, which makes a very good alternative to gambling, especially if you like to shop or need to pick up something quickly. It wasn’t crowded either which was good for me.
During my stay, I also noticed that the employees were very diverse. There were employees of different age groups, sex and ethnic backgrounds. They get an A+ in my book.
The only bad thing I could thing of is that the food options are very limited.
