I visit this Starbucks location almost every day. The staff is good about remembering my name. My only complaint is occasionally there is a long line. So I use the mobile app. It’s a nice place to hang out which is evident by the popularity of this Starbucks.

In most cases Starbucks is the go to place for my Iced Mocha. I usually will use the drive thru and place my order. Be it in Frankfort, Orland Park or at the Target store located in this area, I can count on a wait for my brew. It does not matter but I do find that if someone is going to place a big order, they should really go inside the store and let the rest of us pass on by when in the drive thru. Friendly service.

Pumpkin bread and The Washington apple cake ate my new favorites! Pair that with iced coffee with caramel instead of classic, and splash of cream :-)

Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, Starbucks has been my preferred place to study. When I moved to Frankfort a couple years ago, this particular location beat all other locations for me mainly because of the great atmosphere created by the super friendly staff. Great coffee and even better service.

I love coffee and I love my town, they collide right here.
I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. They had the wrong address listed in Unilocal and I wrote them about it to no avail. Then one day, someone added Starbucks with the correct address and all the old reviews etc. disappeared. Time for a new review which is really an update.
I love this location in spite of the fact that it has the worst ventilation/​coldest winter inside temperature. The baristas and I are buds, not first name friends, just buds.
The chairs are comfy, the wifi is free and the caffeine is pulsing.
Sit back, relax and feel the buzz. With maybe a treat on the side?

Great place to go and get work done. They are never loud and usually not crowded. The coffee is amazing and I’ve never had an order wrong from there. I’d go back again.

This is our families go to Starbucks. It feels more like a local coffee shop then a chain. I am greeted by my first name every time I get my coffee. Starbucks is spacious with plenty of seating. This location does not have a drive thru. Venti pike with one and a half inches of skim steamed milk is my daily fix.

This SBUX is pretty good, but it depends on the barista you get! I usually order a tall dark roast, so there isn’t much to that, but when I have ordered something else, they have gotten it right. I do think that they could work on their cleanliness a bit more. I used to go here all the time because it’s right up the street from where I used to work, but that being said, even thought it was convenient, if the service was horrible, I’d have gone elsewhere.

I’m not really sure how you screw up coffee drink recipes, but this starbucks in Frankfort IL manages to do it.
Like most starbucks customers, I have «my drink.» And as a business traveler, I’ve gotten this drink, literally, all over the world at starbucks in various places. And for whatever reason, this location can just never get it right; even when I tell them the proper ratios of how to make it.
With a corporate behemoth like starbucks, and at 7 am, you want your drink to be made correctly, and with minimal attitude. I’ve been there three times over the past three days and they haven’t gotten it right once.
«Seattle’s best?» Maybe. Frankfort’s best? Not even close.

This Starbucks is usually pretty busy, though they do get you out quickly considering. Wish they had a DRIVE-​THRU! Saturday is slammin’, wrong day if you’re in a hurry. Overall, great place, friendly staff, great service, and I love the Spinach & Feta wrap!

Completely reliable coffee and wifi, like any Starbucks, and I found the baristas to be friendlier than most, but it’s too cold in there to concentrate on work. I would definitely come back in the summer or to get a drink to go, but I won’t be back here to work anytime soon. I can’t type with my mittens on!
It’s a busy place, plus there seem to be a lot of smokers, so the doors were opening pretty much constantly. And the doors open directly to the outside, making drafts. Plus, the placement of the doors make it so that there’s no warm corner! They should consider locking one of the doors from October to May. I guess I have to go back to the New Lenox one simply because it has a vestibule. What a difference!

I go to Starbucks pretty often and I never get their coffee, I really like their strawberry /​banana smoothie and this particular Starbucks always has bananas and can make it for me. It is surprising how often that is not true. Plus, the baristas here are much friendlier and chat with me.
Good job, Frankfort on ordering the right number of bananas and keeping the place clean and friendly.
