I ordered here for delivery for the first time today. I had the chicken piccata with linguine and mozzarella sticks. My boyfriend had two slices and a pepperoni calzone. The food was great except for the fact that delivery took an hour. That’s quite long since most pizzerias deliver within 30 minutes. With a wait like that I’ll only order if I’m really craving pasta. For pizza, I’ll order elsewhere.

Pizza might be good but service stinks. We ordered in tonight(Friday) and were going to eat 2 pasta dishes and a side of meatballs. The food came out to the front together but was split up before arriving together at our table. One dish went to another customer and one to our table. We waited to see if the other plate was coming but when it did not, went to ask what was up. They were befuddled and we heard them ask for the other plate of food. Of course when it arrives 3 minutes later it was not hot. It was warm around the edges and cold in the middle. Went to complain about it and the owner had the worst attitude. He threw it out and they brought the side dish which we hadn’t already gotten. He asked if we still wanted it, but he then took it and threw it away as well. Now my appetite had soured so I asked them to wrap up my plate. We had an argument with the owner about how to bring an entire order to a customers table and he was going to give our money back, supposedly, but said he doesn’t need our business. I am sorry, I thought the customer was always right? Not in his world. So the last plate was thrown away instead of wrapping it as we asked. As far as I know I didn’t get a refund and we didn’t eat. Crappy attitude for a small business owner! We will not be going to this place again and giving him any of our money for a piss poor attitude like his. If I could give no stars that is what he deserves. This is not the first time we have been here but I guess that doesn’t matter to them!

Not only do they have the Best White Pizza but they are the most people friendly staff I have ever encountered. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile which is very unlike some of the other restaurants in the area. I can tell you this, that Little Enrico’s is a restaurant that exceeds my expectations!

Called in for a pie with no cheese, very simple. Girl said 30 mins. I get there at 30 minutes, paid, and waited for another 15; even though she said 5 more minutes. At 45 minutes I asked when it would be done, and the cook comes out saying he didn’t put it in yet. The girl took no responsibility for it and blamed it on the cook. I left without food. Place needs some serious work.

I Ordered the Groupon deal of one large pie with one topping, 2 liter soda & garlic bread. We had more than 10 pizza pies and other dishes from Enrico’s in the past year and everything was fine . I trusted the service until Now, the Pepperoni pie was burnt, dry and hard to chew. Personally I don’t care much. My wife and grand kids could not finish the pizza.

I went with my wife to Little Enricos recently for lunch. We used a groupon certificate and with it we ordered a pizza with meatballs a garlic bread and a soda. The pizza was very good to excellent however like the garlic bread it was a little overcooked. The service was excellent in fact this is one of the friendliest pizza restaurants I have ever been in. Another problem is the menu which is primarily pizza oriented. However considering the friendliness of the restaurant and the quality of the pizza it can be overlooked. The price to value ratio is about average for this type of restaurant. This was a very good experience and I look forward to returning in the near future.

Since Little Enricos is around the block from my house, I figure I give it a shot to try it. The food is so good and the staff is really great. I love the white slices. Would go back.

The food is good there. It’s a pizzeria comparable to Carmela’s in Franklin Square. My only complaint is the delivery time. We ordered on a Friday and were told it would take an hour. After an hour and forty minutes I called to see if I could just pick it up and was told it wasn’t ready yet and should be delivered within the next 20 minutes. I had a house full of hungry people. I purposely ordered an hour before their arrival to avoid this. 30 minutes(now a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes since original order) after that I called again and was told it was on its way. It finally arrived after 2 and a half hours of waiting and I was able to serve me guests COLD pizza. It’s a shame this happened because the food is good, the people are nice, and it just seems like a thriving local business. My tip to you, don’t order delivery on a Friday night!

Seems decent. Ordered from them a few times, good pizza, decent price… Like them better than Cinellis or larosa

I ordered from here multiple times, and been inside for a quick slice. The chicken marsala slice is so good, and the heroes are good as well. Definitely a great take-out spot for Italian food. It comes fast and is on the cheaper side. Enjoy!

My boyfriend and I had a taste for some Italian food. As always, I always count on Unilocal to find any and everything. I had baked ziti w/Parmesan chicken and garlic knots and my boyfriend got the chicken marsala. This place was an ok

My husband and I recently ordered from Little Enricos. Both times we ordered a regular pie. We were at first hesitant because the pizzeria before(Mariella’s) was very inconsistent with their products and tastes. We were pleasantly surprised when we ordered from little enricos. The pizza was great! Next we will be trying something different off their menu

Stopped in with a groupon Saturday night and the place was empty. Apparently, there used to be another pizza joint here before Little Enrico’s, but I never even noticed it. I wouldn’t have noticed LE either if it hadn’t been for the groupon deal. First, I have to say, I loved their pizza oven and the giant shark on the wall. We had a large pie with pepperoni, an order of garlic bread, and a 2-liter soda for $ 15. The counter-person was very nice, and gave us no grief about the groupon, which I appreciated. When we got our carryout order, the first thing I noticed is how light the pizza box was. I assumed it was because their pizza must have a very thin crust. When we got home and started to eat, I realized that the pizza crust was thinner than I have gotten elsewhere, but also the sauce and cheese were lighter too. The pizza was a little skimpy – as was the garlic bread. I started to feel that I didn’t get such a great deal with this groupon. That flavor of everything was good, but overall I was underwhelmed, which made me sad. I’ve been looking for a new pizza joint to call home, but this isn’t it. I will probably give LE one more try in the future, before writing them off for good.

Working in Franklin Square I have tried pretty much all the Pizzerias in the neighborhood. Little Enrico’s is by far the best out of them all. We loved it so much that we now have them automatically deliver us a pie every Friday at noon. Enrico is always on time and always pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to our Pizza Fridays from now on…

Very dissapointed. As per their menu they advertise Nutella Pizza by slice, sm pie or lg pie. False advertisement because apparently they only make it by the pie. Secondly, they said you need to call ahead to order this dessert(which by the way is not mentioned on their menu). So fine, I’ll call in advance, how long do I need? They say 1 hour… I say fine then ill give my one hour notice now. They switch it around and say you need to call it in by 7:30/8pm to pick up by 9pm. Do not recommend a place that can’t promise what they advertise and are so confused on their own menu. Reprint your menus and advertise accordingly. Definitely lost my business.
