Cheeseburger Charleys

The burgers are dry and not very good. It has a condiment bar that makes it easy to dress your entrees. At lunch the service can take a while so not as quick as some might like for a quick bite. Fries are standard precooked kind from the freezer section. I prefer the normal fast food chain burgers — McDonalds, Burger King, Hardees. They have better consistency

Went back here a few days later with the fiancée for another meal of burgers and fries. This time they were deserted and only, I’m guessing, the owner was there. He was really nice and patient. The food was still just as good as the previous time, for which he admitted they were understaffed. However, what really imrpessed me was how personable he was. Twice visiting our table, we were the only customers there as it was till early for dinner; once to let us sample a really fresh batch of pico de gallo and the second time to tell us about the new tilapia wrap they had just added to the menu.
Seriously, while I can’t speak for the other Cheeseburger Charleys locations, this one is so good, I wish I could give it 10 stars! If you want a good burger while in the Cool Springs area, forget the other burger joints in the area and visit this awesome Cheeseburger Charleys for a bite!
They even have a customer loyalty card! Big Plus! I just hope the other locations are this good because the bar has now been set insanely high.

This is a Nashville staple, and I was happy to see that they opened again in Cool Springs.
The new location is clean, spacious, and pleasant to visit. Like all Cheeseburger Charleys, you can wait some time to place your order and receive it. That being said, everything is made fresh and to order. It was as good as I remembered, and I was very pleased to discover they’ve added a salmon burger.
This is a place I plan to frequent. It might be a hamburger joint, but with fish, black bean, and traditional burgers, it’s sure to please everyone.
