One of the best furniture buying experiences we’ve had. The sales consultant was very knowledgable and helpful. The quality of the furniture is the best in the area. The ability to customize everything is also a plus. We will definitely be back!

I wasn’t impressed with Thomasville because we walked into the store & were ignored by the staff. All of the other furniture stores in the area you have to beat them off you. Not here. I saw a few pieces that I liked but didn’t have anyone to ask questions to. I know I look like in 18 years old but I’m not. The prices at Thomasville are on the high side. For the price, I’d rather shop at Sprintz and get better service.

Really liked the quality of the furniture, seemed to be a level or two above the big box and local chain retailers in the area. Got a decent(good, but not great) price. Where they suffer is in the customer service, specifically in communication. Placed a large order, but had to call repeatedly to find out about the status, delivery date(s), etc. Be aware that this Thomasville location is owned by Sprintz, so it shares some of the same shortcomings.

Ordered a bed with 4 – 6 wk estimate. Called because it has been 6 weeks, now they are saying at least 12. No one ever contacted me and told me of delay, now it will take at least 6 weeks to order somewhere else. Neither the store nor Thomasville Corporate offered anything other than canceling. Terrible customer service.
