Go only for Biryani, which was very good. But other than that we did not like Paneer Butter Masala, it was too sweet and tasted very artificial, not upto mark.

We had a very bad experience twice in past few months. when we order Chicken Dum Biryani TO GO its always been a bad experience once we didn’t react and 2nd time we had to go back to restaurant and have it changed as the chicken was burnt and was smelling horrible…
We have specifically noticed whenever we say TO Go the Food they pack is different than the Dine In order…
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Make sure u check your order b4 taking it home.

Too tight and inflexible, this isn’t a way to survive. People need to learn to talk and communicate and be customer centric. If the food was to die for, all this wouldn’t matter much, but that isn’t the case.

Best Biryani in Fremont Area But I think we should have more tables.
Secondary thing is untidy I found the person who is cleaning the tables he kept the tub on the chair which we are supposed to sit before eating. and putting the plates in it
And the servers are not wearing the gloves before serving the food.

It’s kind of a fast food style Indian place.
They are fast but it is like you are picking one item from a buffet.
Also if you get the naan to go it’s a little bit limp and soggy.
I had the chicken tikka masala and there were only 5 pieces of chicken in the entire to go serving. It also seemed to have a little more oil than other places I have been to.
The food is not bad but it’s not great.
They are open pretty late most nights and it is usually pretty busy. So I was a little disappointed in what I got.
The tables could use some extra bussing. While I was waiting for my order I sat at an empty table that had water spilled all over it and no one seemed to be taking care of the tables.

Yesterday ordered a Hyderabad mutton dum biryani to go, reached home, very hungry ready to eat, found white goat hairs in the mutton, most of the mutton pieces have these 1 – 2 inchs in length white hairs. Lost my appetite for biryani. I have to throw it away.
Never going back. YUK…

Had a good experience here.
The service was quick and accurate-​not superb but decent!
The food was delicious (especially the Chicken Tikka Masala).
I like how for the lunch special, you can choose two curries (comes with naan AND rice, yogurt, salad, AND a donut ball-​like dessert) all for around $ 7~$ 8!
The atmosphere and seating aren’t too bad either-​lots of seats, clean, and spacious enough!

They need to take ownership of mistakes they make…
Been to this place today, ordered two vegetarian curries. Bhindi fry and Bagara baingan.
When checked at home, it was mirchi Kia Salan instead of Bagara baingan.
Called the restaurant and explained them about the mistake and they asked me for the order number. When mentioned as order number 12, restaurant guy said its a chicken biryani and goat biryani order and not I mentioned.
I told him that the receipt shows as order number 12, he says that’s not correct… See again… Same conversation repeats…
He was so rude and ultimately hung up the phone saying my order number is not right …
Sorry Biryani Bowl … You are horrible at customer service even for a simple Togo order… Is it rocket science to serve customer.
You lost business from a regular customer. You might not care about it
