I appreciated the flavors here. You get some exotic choices — we had some kind of pistachio something or other and guava. Definitely some unique options. The ice cream texture was less than ideal — some parts were quite icy. But it wasn’t horrible or anything, just not as smooth as I’d like. That said, overall I enjoyed it and I’d come back.

I accidentally found this place when i was visiting Chaat bhavan. Exactly similar to what you see on El camino’s Nirvaanah but comparatively well maintained and to highlight«NOTCROWDED». :) My wife likes few flavors and was exited to find them here as other store ran out on their busiest timings. Definitely a worthy place. and I am going to visit this again and again…

I love the fact that they have this kulfi place right next to chaat bhavan! I had the blue mango and it was delicious — you could really taste the mango flavor and it wasn’t drowned out by sugar/milk. Also, the falooda-kulfi is pretty good and the portions for this dish are huge. The interior is spacious and cheesy in a cute way(with pictures of smiling kids plastered on the walls). I will definitely be coming back!

I thought their falooda in a cup was great! With rose syrup and malai kulfi icecream And basil seeds(I think?). Yummmm You can’t choose your own icecream flavors for the falooda. It’s pretty good the way it is so I wouldnt change anything about it. They give you a really slight discount(5% I think) for liking their fb page. Nice, little shop with cutesy chairs and a counter to enjoy your icecream. They have some little chairs for kids too but the adult chairs could be more comfy.

It’s been a year, summer or winter, as long as I findout about this place. I am keep coming here, all the way from San Leandro for Faloda Ice Cream. Oh my God, I love Faloda, it’s not kind of paki Faloda but very close to that.

Conveniently located if you just want to stop quickly on a drive from the city. The parking lot was really congested at night when we went, due to the popular Indian vegetarian restaurant nearby. This is kulfi which has a thicker and denser almost chewy consistency compared to regular ice cream. Great selection of flavor. The blue mango(cassis/currant and mango) was unique and refreshing!

Great option for flavors. Try Safron pistachio with waffle cone and Tutu Fruti. Both were amazing.

4 stars for the ice cream, but 5 stars for the service. Server was super patient with my two boys and I. We tried many samples, and he was very nice about it. Would have gotten more(two scoops!) if not for the fact that we were on a tour-de-ice-cream&gelato day and it was the 3rd dessert stop. I ended up choosing the rose petal flavor, while my boys enjoyed the blue mango(black currant & mango). Tip: Do remember to stop by after eating at Fremont Afghan Kabob or Chaat Bhavan – both are right next door. Great way to end a meal. Thank you, we left happy.

Whether you have developed a taste for Indian food or not, you HAVETO try out desserts at this place. I think Ice-Creams are part of every cuisine. But the ones that you get at Nirvanaah(sourced under the«Kwality» name) are divine in taste and as natural as it can get. Commercially available Ice-Cream brands in the US are almost all artificial and have a lot of chemicals added to them to make them ‘taste like’ the claimed ingredients. I hate PROCESSED food. But the ones that you get at Nirvanaah taste like all natural flavors. You have to try the«Meetha Paan» flavor if you really want to experience the ‘diverse taste’ that India has to offer. Awesomeness!!!

I admit while I’m adventurous when it comes to exploring new places, participating in new hobbies, and eating new foods, my mindset starts out skeptical of it all. However, this place is clean. It quite literally makes Baskin Robbins ice cream feel fatty and gross. I know I’m being too subjective here, but it’s Unilocal, not Wikipedia: P My go-to ice cream is the Ferrero Rocher. Yes, right from the freaking candy. I have yet to bring some home and mix it with the candy. I might do that today… But for those girls who love fruity ice cream flavors to the unusual new flavors, this place has that in spades. You can sample as many as you like, they have sugar and waffle cones, and the ice cream itself taste light. Give it a try and tell me I’m wrong.

Great inexpensive dessert spot– stopped here after Chat Bhavan The proprietor was patient as we requested several samples before landing on delicious rose petal and sitaphal flavors. All were delicious and we will return for other flavors soon!

Awesome tasting ice cream. The flavors are much better than the American counterparts. The flavors are very unique. Ranging from Alphonso Mango, Falooda Kulfi to Butterscotch. My favorite is the Mango and Seetaphal(Custard Apple). Their ice cream cakes are also very good. My friend got me a chikoo flavored cake for my birthday last year that was really good. The staff is friendly. They let you try on the flavors before you can decide.(Mind you, it is so hard to decide). Also the ice cream is 100% vegetarian! They also have the Casatta ice cream, that used to be my favorite dessert back in India. It was good to see it on the menu. Will try that next time!

I walked in and no one was at the counter. I looked around and the gal who was working was sitting with her friend chatting it up. After finally greeting me, I told her I’d like a cake and she rang me up. I asked her to write happy birthday Mandy on it and she grabbed frosting and piped it on. Omg… she has the worst piping skill. It looked ugly and she obviously did not know how. She could’ve told me there’s no one available right now. I was so upset. Cake: pretty good. Mango/lychee flavors and n lychee tasted really good. Mango was meh. The cake has no cake… It only has ice cream(2 layers) and frosting. I thought it was pricey at $ 25 because I could’ve just bought ice cream… And with the ugly piping I should’ve been paid to take it home.

Went in here with on a Friday night with my girlfriend who lives in the area. The employee who was working was super nice and let my preggers GF and I sample a ton of flavorers until we found one that we really wanted to eat more of. This ice cream eatery has gourmet exotic unique Indian influenced ice cream flavors. I love mango and coconut, and they had a variety of mango and coconut flavors. Their ice cream is natural, contains no eggs and some are vegan. I tried tender coconut, coconut, blue mango, Indian pan, Gagar Halwa(carrots) mango kulfi, Hawa Kulfi, guava, lychee and maybe another 5 other flavors ! I couldn’t decide on one that I loved because all of them seemed so good however the mango Kulfi was extremely fragrant, creamy and had a distinct flavor and I wanted more so I settled with the mango kulfi ! The employee told me they had a location in Dublin(closer to my hood) I can’t wait to go try the location in Dublin. Thankfully there was a nice employee who was working on Friday night that let us sample the flavors before purchasing. They had basic flavors like Tiramisu, Almond Fudge, Mint Chocolate Chip, but you can’t go to a place like this and get ice cream that you can get anywhere !

Such a unique ice cream shop! Tons of flavors I’ve never even heard of before(Indian influence) and it was amazing to try everything! Everything is creamy and fragrant(the mango one is BOOM in your mouth!!), but I settled for the Falooda Kulfa, which is a light rose flavored ice cream, as well as another that I can’t remember the name of(check pictures), but has tons of herbs that aid in digestion after a meal. The ice cream is very creamy and lightly sweetened, though the richness can get a bit too much if you eat it all at once. My two scoops was fit for probably 4 people, or two hungry ice cream hippos, and I had to take it home! I rarely eat ice cream, but this is definitely the place to go when you get the craving for something decadent!

Unique Indian flavor ice cream with the usual flavors, but they also have other flavors you won’t find anywhere else. vegetarian and egg-less options. I opted for the ferrero roche flavor, but my husband loved the Thoran«baby carrots.»

So many unique flavors and the best way to to beat the heat! You can really taste the fresh ingredients in their flavors, even in the weird ones like Chikoo flavor! The server was also super nice as I shamelessly sampled 4 flavors. By far, blue mango was the best! So unique and just the right hint of mango lassi flavor, yum! Also, the falooda is crunchy and makes the falooda kulfi dish a great treat. Definitely will be coming back next time I pay a visit to Chaat Bhavan.
