Burger King

I’ve been to this Burger King since I was little. Long trips to Southern California always included a chicken sandwich from this Burger King. After almost 10 years the place is still very clean and the staff is very personable. The clerk and the management are doing a good job. Clerk was very, quick, nice and personable when I ordered my food. When there was an issue the manager came out and out with it immediately. I love the fact that when you order a fish or chicken sandwich and make it fresh for you and have you wait. Although the wait is never too long. They then bring out the sandwiches with everything else to your car. The clerk was also very good with making sure that I had enough of sauces, napkins, and other things. I think this place is probably one of the better Burger Kings and fast food places you can eat around this area.

I hated this place, but had a family member who worked here, and resisted writing a review until she finally got outta there! There’s a girl who works the drive thru a lot who I can never understand, and is super rude. Her name is Ruby– I know because she worked the drive thru EVERY time I went through, and I could NEVER understand her, and finally had to see her name tag. So rude! Once, I saw a worker taking a little dog out of the back/​kitchen door to go potty. I called the district manager number listed on the window, and found out that it was the district manager who had the dog inside the kitchen! Gross! She’s not their district manager anymore, btw, so no need to worry about that anymore.

I only eat at Burger King a couple times a year and today seemed like a good day to eat a Whooper. I made the mistake and ordered the BK Double Staker and ordered my wife an Original Whooper. The drive-​thru cashier was very friendly and energetic. Also she very thorough in offering Kethup, sauces, napkins (Love it!). I hate when I have to ask.
The food was fresh and properly positioned in the to go bag. (Hate when food is thrown in) When I got home to my surprise the BK Staker was tiny in comparison to the Whooper (it was the same size as my daughters kids meal burger?)
It was not tasty at all. I think it had some bacon and BBQ sauce, obvious not enough to satisfy my needs. I will never order that burger again. However my wife’s Whooper was BOMB!
Overall the visit and food was pleasant; for that reason I am giving it a «A-​OK.

I havent eatin at a BK in several years. The food was good for BK. The place was clean and the service was quick. The clerk was nice. Their new soda dispenser was cool. Never seen a touch screen soda dispenser before. Over a 100 sodas and drinks to choose from. WOW!!!

I rarely go to Burger King, I’m just not a huge fan of their food. The burgers used to be good back in the 90’s, but they just are not the same anymore.
On the rare chance I go here, I normally go the drive up. I wish I would have stuck to that plan, as ignorance is sometime bliss.
The inside was dirty as hell. I realize they share a storefront with a gas station, but that’s really not a free pass in my book. The really need to get to cleaning the floors. The floors were disgusting! The kitchen area didn’t appear very clean either.
When I went to order my food, I stood there for probably 5 minutes before Adam Lambert (I was shocked he worked there too, but hey whatever) walked over and said «She will be right with you». The girl was friendly and seemed sorry about the wait.
The food was okay, but the filth of the place completely freaked me out. I probably won’t return to this location. I’m glad I went inside and saw the condition of the place. I wish I had done that a long time ago now.

Alisa the store manager sucks at what she does. She needs coaching. Or just quit if your job is that hard. Talking to her is like talking to a nun but less fun. The Mexican shift manager doesn’t speak English all that great and is a bitch. The other managers are cool I’d give them 5 stars for the other two managers who are cool but the store manager just sucks.
