No, I wasn’t a fan.
The tomato soup was not creamy or even hot! It was a luke warm cup of tomato sauce.
The sandwich was okay, but it was very greasy and it lacked in flavor and spices, or simply just salt!

What a piece of shit. I was there for 40 minutes for only 2 fucking grilled cheese sandwiches. The lady in front of me got so impatient she had to ask him when it was going to be done and he said in a minute. I can’t believe how long it took it was ridiculous for just a simple sandwich. Not to mention the staff there are weird!!! The guy at the desk with shoulder long hair in a pony tail is the awkward nerd in your class you and everyone would avoid. Then the guy who made my grilled cheese awkwardly came up to me after the 40 minutes and finally handed me the food. NOT coming back! (This was more than 2 weeks ago FYI)

Don’t just get the grilled cheese sandwich with nothing added in it (boring). Also the regular fries are just okay.
But get a grilled cheese sandwich with at least one add-​in, then it is pretty dam good. I got sharp cheddar grilled cheese with grilled onions inside… Awesome, The cheese fries are awesome. The sweet potato fries are awesome also.

Too good! Not much taking on date night. Soup was delicious tomato basil bisque. I had the caprese salad w/​turkey sandwich. Mr Mac got the extreme grilled cheese… really tasty. Not super rich

Absolutely delicious! By far the most delicious grilled cheese sandwich I’ve had in years! Not to mention, wonderful gluten free selection! The GF bread is very tasty along with the fries. Highly recommend this sandwich shop! I can’t wait to go back

My wife and I love to visit and support mom-​and-​pop establishments, so when my wife told me about this place, we HAD to check it out! We were both very pleased! My wife LOVES grilled cheese (or any cheese for that matter), so she especially loved the food here! I got the Boarder Bob which was AMAZING! Very hearty and filling, which I honestly did not expect from a grilled cheese sandwich, and I’m not a skinny guy! We also split an order of chili cheese fries which were awesome! The staff was very friendly and we loved the chill atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

So, there is nothing special about this place. For $ 7.29 (tax included) you too can get a regular grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and bacon and a bottle of Snapple. It took 20 minutes for the order to be prepared and the sandwich was tasteless.
The gentleman who took my order was very friendly though. And for his reason only I am giving this place two stars rather than one.

Absolutely delicious! Was in Fresno for a work trip and this was a great spot. Phenomenal gluten free grilled cheese ! The owner was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and just wish there was another location in LA :)

Fried cheese on the outside of your grilled cheese! Need I say anymore?
We are only passing through, and there isn’t much I will miss about Fresno, but this darn grilled cheese place is one thing.
The tomato bisque is also amazing. The service is wonderful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more in a little lunch place.

I was pretty excited about eating here ’cause I really like grilled cheeses. I ordered one of their signature sandwiches and just wasn’t too impressed. I feel like the ingredients weren’t the best quality. You could definitely make the same thing at home and it would taste identical.

Very nice, friendly staff at this location. Way too many options, meat in the sandwich was cold, bread was super greasy, and felt it was over priced.
It seems like a really cool concept but this chain has a lot of bugs to work out.
