This is our first time coming here. They have great customer service even though they are busy they are right there helping you out. Our waiter Jessica was amazing and very knowledgable about the menu. This was our first time coming here and we will be back. Be ready to take a nap after you leave.

Food is good, if you can get it. They seem to forget you’re here if put in a corner both. I feel like I have to beg for a cup of coffee. They either need more servers or a more organized way of doing things.

1−10−16 was our first time here. We picked it because of the name. It was packed so we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Not bad. The lady who sat us was super nice. Our waitress HATES her job. I hate it when we get those. She was short, stocky, dark hair and glasses. I don’t remember her name. She talked so fast we couldn’t understand her. The atmosphere was pretty cool. The «nice» lady suggested we try the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Beignets so we agreed. THEY WERE DELICIOUS! I ordered the Garden Skillet. It was okay. But, I could barley eat it because I was so full from the Tomatoes and the Beignets. My friend ordered the Chili Burger and Fries. She liked it, my wife didn’t. My wife ordered Tom’s Scramble with Chicken Fried Steak. She said it was okay. But, there wasn’t enough gravy. They were out of souvenirs, so our friend from out of town was bummed. I might go back and try their Burgers. But, I might not. Who knows. If I’m ever in that area again, I might.

We were in Northern Ca. on family business this was our 2^nd time and we loved it as much as the 1^st. Food great staff super friendly and they go out of their way to make sure your visit is exceptional. Bring one down to Southern Ca ASAP!!!

Quick service, very nice waitresses !! Awesome breakfast spot in Fresno. I had the corned beef so yummy with hash browns. I also ordered both cooked to a crisp. I had a bite of the chicken and waffles def recommend that too! I had the swamp tea, and it was too sweet for me but still good! Try this place !!

Really good breakfast food. I like going there early morning sometimes eat there or just pick up to go. The service is quick and friendly and being right of the freeway makes it easy to get to.

Dirty food stuck on flatware. I asked for another set still dirty so I just took it to the bathroom and scrubbed it off myself and wiped it. Food is horrible. We arrived around 12:30 noon. Order all breakfast. Considering its lunch time the breakfast should be fresh and hot or warm hot. Well restaurants should be making food fresh anyways not pre made food and warming it up.
Disappointed.all four of our orders were cold. Order two Mississippi skillet even the skillet plate was barely warm. One of the orders were the ribeye steak and eggs. My sons ordered that. I taste the steak when he was already almost done and it was clearly spoiled. I thought it looked kind of spoiled. He ordered med rear the steak was pretty much rare you can see the red peeking through all around before cutting into it. I felt bad I didn’t check it out before he already almost finished it. I really hope he doesn’t get sick later. It smell like beef being left out at room temperature from many many hours. If anyone has ever purchase beef to cook and left it out at room temperature all day during summer and it goes bad you’ll understand what smell I’m talking about. I rate them at least one star because the customer service was good. The food is horrible.

We used to come here very often whenever we had time to grab breakfast before school or on the weekends before we started our day. You can see in my pictures that we love the strawberry lemonade in the cute mason jars, the waffles, & the chicken and waffles. That’s all we would ever get whenever we went because it’s amazing!!! The only reason why I give them a ³⁄₅ is because their service is ridiculously terrible. We kept going back to give them another chance yet they continued to let us down. I made a complaint once & they apologized then the next time we went, nothing had changed. We have officially stopped saying that this is our go to breakfast/​brunch spot & have switched over to Train Depot.
Overview: good food but terrible service.

This place was ok but I say this only because I tried the crepes. And the hashbrowns were good. Perhaps the items we got weren’t on the top favorites of other customers. The crab cakes weren’t good to me or my partner. She ordered the crab cake salad and I ordered the crab cake benedict.

Excellent place! The food is good, but the staff in this resturant is what makes this a truly great place. They pay attention to your needs and wants. I had a very good time there.

Came here after a fundraising event with my organization. The service was pretty good. I had a Cajun omelette.
Overall, food was great, service could have been a little better, but was still good.

I used to love this place and go all the time, but the last time I went I found a thick wall staple in my food. :(
Many senior citizens eat here and I imagine that could make them very sick.
They didn’t even give the whole meal free, the most they wanted to do was bring another plate, and I had lost my appetite at that point.
I will only eat at the Champlain and Perrin location.
I have also noticed they have closed early on certain days «because of the heat» but there is AC in there?

Four stars only for the long wait, but otherwise, TOP NOTCH PLACE! Great service and wonderful food. Reminded me of being in the south. Had the fried catfish and chips, STELLAR! Looking forward to going back again.

First time here and loved it. Got the chili steak with 3 eggs and that okra soup (forgot what it’s called). Husband got got the ½ ribeye which I thought tasted good. He liked mines and I liked his hehe. Service was friendly and nice. Everyone greets you. Our waiter did take forever giving me a to go cup so I couldn’t wait much longer seeing that she was just walking back and forth so I asked another employee for a cup and she immediately got me the cup. Yay.

This is my first time eating at this establishment. Our service was slow to start, or drinks were quickly provided. But however our server forgot about us for a little while. When our food arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It was plated looking delicious.
And for me things were great.

Busy place. Super friendly staff. Generous potions. Average pricing. New Orleans-​themed décor and menu.
I felt like this would fit in at Disney or something. It’s like Perkins but with a theme. It’s not my style of a place but I don’t think most people would be disappointed.

The breakfast was great except for my bfs red potatoes were undercooked but my hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. Also the gravy is good and not too salty. The beignets are phenomenal I got them plain without the fruit or whipped cream because I don’t like it too sweet. The only downside is the service was a tad on the slow side but then again I did come on a Sunday morning. Also they have mimosas! Woo woo!

Walked in and was promptly greeted and seated. For a Sunday morning that’s awesome.
We are a family of five and so we had a good size order. Food came quickly.
Then the poor experience began.
First, gravy was cold on my wife’s biscuits and gravy. They took the food back to heat it up.
Then my country fried steak came out and I had ordered sunny side up eggs. What they brought me was sunny raw side up. What really got me frustrated is when I told our server, Neomi, she stated that’s how they make them here and looked at me like I don’t know what Sunnyside up eggs are supposed to look like. However I order Sunnyside up all the time and can also make proper Sunnyside up eggs much better than what I got from here.
She asked to get more after debating with me what Sunnyside up eggs are and I said just make them over easy.
If your a breakfast establishment you better make some good breakfast the right way and if you don’t you definitely don’t argue with the customer.
When it was time to pay the tab the girl at the counter asked me how everything was. I shared with her everything in this post. Her response was ‚“oh, sorry. Your total is 37.53.” Lol. What is the point in asking if your not willing to do anything about it.
Will not be returning.

Food is solid here. Came with one of my NCOs and we ordered a bunch of things and it was all solid. BTW, he told me you get 50% off when you come in uniform. He had just re-​enlisted so I invited him out but as it was, a patron paid for our meal.
Ordered the Cajun omelet, we got extra bacon and sausage, my NCO ordered the steak. It’s all solid. Portions are pretty huge so come with a big appetite.
