First, I will give them credit that my drink was actually right. that said, service is pretty meh here. the guy actually walked AWAY from the register as we approached, apparently to talk to someone that was just kind of hanging around in the shop on their phone. even the girl prepping and passing the drink seemed to have a pretty«meh» attitude. i generally don’t venture this far north, and this kind of reminds me why.

Regular starbucks taste for coffee. Unfriendly service and slow in the morning, better off hiring or scheduling more staff in AM. I’d rather drive out to cedar and shepherd location over this one.

The SLOWEST Starbucks ever! It doesn’t matter if the drive thru line is empty or full, if there’s a line inside or what time of day… Consistently, incredibly slow. I put myself thru college working at Starbucks, so I feel like I am pretty understanding, but I also feel like I know how long it should take when you’re the only customer in the store. The drive thru staff is always very sweet and friendly.

I go to Starbucks all the time but never tried there Teas, so today I went threw the drive thru and actually had helped from the cashier on helping me choose a tea which I got the mango black ice tea… wow it was good plus she told me I can try it to see if I like and if I didn’t like it she would get me something else wow she knows how to treat a customer; I replied and said thank you I ordered it so I can’t do that but I didn’t have too cause I loved it anyways way to go star bucks on Perrin

At first glance it’s a Starbucks. Once I place my order(Venti iced dark roast coffee) it was clearly not the best one I have been to. It was midday and they were out of dark roast coffee. They asked if a pour over was okay? I said sure. I received a Venti cup with ice as well as the pour over dark roast. Two cup, two lids and a straw. Hmm. I guess I have to assemble. Never have I had to do this regardless if it was a pour over. Not impressed.

Waiting eighteen minutes for a drink is getting a little ridiculous, Starbucks. Common sense would dictate having more employees on hand during peak business hours, thereby improving customer experience and service rather than focusing on maximizing profit. I heard the drive-thru employee thank customers for their patience and hand out coupons, but for the rest of us «marks» who wrongly thought walking in would save us some time? Nothing. I will drive twice the distance to another Starbucks just to avoid this one in the future.

Just had my worst experience at a Starbucks ever at this location. I went on a coffee run for friends and ordered 6 drinks. The total came out to $ 27. I hand the cashier $ 20 my friends collectively gave me and planned to cover the rest with my gift card which had $ 18 on it, clearly enough for the transaction. But no! The cashier takes the $ 20, clears out my gift card of the $ 18, and then demands another $ 9! I wasn’t completely sure of the total price for the drinks at the time, so I comply and give another $ 9. As the transaction finishes up, I feel a bit sketchy of what I just paid for, so I request a receipt. The cashier refuses. While waiting for the drinks, I continue to think about this questionable transaction. I go back to the cashier to ask him what the total price is to confirm my suspicions. He confirms the total price to be $ 27. So I tell the cashier that he overcharged me for the drinks. He prints out a receipt of the transaction and grabs a pen and paper to hand calculate how much he overcharged me. I stand there for a good amount of time as he struggles to do the math. He eventually comes to the conclusion that he owes me $ 10 back. Me being overly trusting of people’s math abilities and being too tired before having my coffee, I accepted the $ 10. By this time, 5 of the drinks have been completed. I request drink carriers from another barista. He tells me that they’re out of drink carriers! The 6th drink arrives and I request bags to transport the drinks in. The barista gives me a strange look for a few seconds, then complies. I get the drinks to my car and begin to drive away. I think about the transaction more and realize things still weren’t right. The cashier just hasn’t entered the first $ 20 I had paid with! He still owes me another $ 10! I turn back around and return to the Starbucks. I tell the cashier that he still hadn’t given me the correct change back. He prints out another receipt, grabs pen and paper, and continues to struggle with math. After several minutes, he finally comes to the correct conclusion that he owes me another $ 10! Such bad service and no apology. This made for, by far, my worst Starbucks trip ever!

I try to be patient with reviews and give them the opportunity to become better, but seriously this is the third time they screwed over my morning drink. I don’t know if they’re struggling because it’s busy or if they’re just plain disorganized. I also hope they start writing names back on cups — it would be so much more helpful and would make customers less irritated when someone else grabs their drink.

This review is for drive through service only. I generally stop here when I am in a rush somewhere and there is a critical need for a caffinated beverage. Beverages are consistent with Starbucks standards, and service is always with a friendly smile. As for food, I usually ask for heated items to be double toasted, in an effort to make sure my food is thoroughly heated. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like my request is consistently adhered to, since about 50% of the time, I find my food item cold in the middle and soggy on the exterior. Not my fave Starbucks but other than my food issue, not a bad option.

Slow drive thru line. Out of most inventory by 9 am because they don’t order enough. Coffee is always Luke warm and they say it’s because their machine is broke but it’s been that way for years. Go a couple miles down the road to Fort Washington, it’s nicer, stocked inventory, fast drive through line, and the coffee is actually hot. Literally the worst Starbucks from LA to the Bay Area. Terrible in all aspects… Service, lack of inventory, slow, horrible product. Garbage location and I will never make the mistake of giving it another chance out of geographical convenience again.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in North Fresno. The baristas here know me by name now and just today had my order ready before I even came to order! It’s quieter than most of the other locations and I truly enjoy this one because of the friendliness of the baristas.

Always always always screw up my order. I dont know why i keep going back. Oh, wait… its just 2 blocks from my house. I always order the same thing and somehow every person besides Ross seems to f#k up my order in turn ruining my day. Where oh where is Peets when you need em? Im a great tipper when served correctly. Ive even paid for strangers coffee… Hasta Starbucks… try investing in customer service skills and training. Close this location down and let Peets show you how its done

Come here at least once a week and they make great drinks. But of course I tip consistently and never act like I’m better than the person making my drink.(Like I’ve seen many in line in front of me do.) Pro tip: don’t treat the people making your drink like poop and they won’t make your drink like poop.

Busy Starbucks but my favorite place to stop before work. They are always fast here. Many others I’ve visited are slower. My hats off to this store. I’ll definitely be coming back tomorrow

I was in a hurry and went to this Starbucks because it was closest, even though I heard they were pretty slow. There were only two cars in front of me in drive thru, and as far as I could tell, they each only had two drinks. I ordered one drink, a water, and two pre-packaged sandwiches. I spent SEVENTEENMINUTES in drive thru according to the time on my drink label. Not a single apology, not a free drink offer. I used to work at Starbucks and this is completely unacceptable. 17 minutes. For real.
