Arby’s

I’ve loved Arby’s since I was a kid. This location is close to my office. The service is always good and the food is typical Arby’s, at it’s best. Dining areas and restrooms are always clean.

Better than expected. Haven’t eaten at one for years. New menu items.

Horrible customer service. Drive through lady asked me to park to wait on my sauce I requested. Ten minutes later. I had to go in and ask for it. They gave me 2 dented containers to fill my own sauce and they both would not close.

It is 745 pm, only 3 tables with people. Place is filthy. I have been here several times and never saw it this dirty. Nobody cleaning tables or floor. Will make me rethink the next visit. Food was good but very slow. Orders in front of me messed up. Maybe short handed, too bad I like this place.

I don’t know that you can give a fast food restaurant 5 stars, but Arbys is pretty darn tasty. It is definitely top of the fast food chain, if you get my meaning.

The menu has changed drastically since the last time that I was here. It goes up to I believe 18 different items. The is crazy because the menu includes 4 different turkey sandwiches with only either the bread or the added condiments like bacon or ranch changing. I haven’t bit into my sandwich yet but it looks like a plane turkey sandwich. I hope it is worth the 7 bucks. I’m rating them 3 stars because I had to tell in drive through due to faulty equipment.

Love the food; yep, I can get a turkey sammy when I am on the run and want to stay healthy. The three stars here is for my recent drive thru experience, and it’s actually kind of funny. Here goes:
Me: I’ll have a turkey club, dry, with no bacon.
Voice: Turkey club, dry, wait… no bacon?
Me: Right. No bacon.
Voice: (chuckle) OK does that complete your order?
Me: No, I’d like some of that Lipton Brisk Green Tea, peach.
Voice: Sweet or unsweet?
Me: The Green Peach Tea…
Voice: All we have is sweet or unsweet tea.
Me: But it’s right here on the sign: Lipton Brisk Green Peach Tea.
Voice: Sweet or unsweet?
Me: I’ll have a Diet Pepsi. (pulling around to window)
Window guy: (doubled over laughing)
Me: Peach… green…tea! Guys!
Window girl: We have peach tea…
Me: Yep, that’s it! Peach tea.
Window girl takes my money, finally fills the glass with the Lipton. Green. Peach. Tea. Hands it to me. Guy is still laughing…
I pull away, happy I finally have my green tea. However, the sandwich is swimming in mayo.
Maybe some day…

Of the 8 times that I’ve tried this location, they have screwed up my order…8 times. What the heck’s going on?! How difficult is it to correctly process an order for a roast beef sandwich and curly fries?! This isn’t rocket science, guys. Good food/​atrocious fulfillment of orders.

No one has better roast beef than Arby’s! Been eating it all my life. Their arby sauce is excellent and their spicy 3 pepper sauce is great too. This location is always clean and their staff is truly friendly. Their value menu makes it very affordable for my family. If you have never had their apple turnover over loaded potato bites they are a must!

Arby’s tears my stomach up. I have to coincide it with an upcoming day off of work. Yeah. That bad.
BUT I LOVE IT! There’s just something about biting into a Beef N Cheddar with Horsey Sauce… words don’t do it justice.
I know what you’re thinking: low-​end, trashy fast food. My mother brought me up to think the same thing, too. But once I got older and actually tried it for myself, I haven’t been able to get away from it. It really doesn’t help that they continually send me coupons in the mail a week before the old ones expire.
This location sucks, however. I’ve gone inside to get take-​out twice now (because of the coupons and because my order is usually so large). I’ve had the same cashier both times (I forget her name), and she is HORRIBLE. She’ll look at you, then finish what she’s doing on her cell phone, then take your order. And during the order-​taking process, she’s STILL dicking around on her phone. I know it’s just Arby’s, but damn Woman! Have SOME integrity in your job! That said, I’m absolutely shocked that my orders have never been wrong.
But, God, I love this place. Arby’s will be the death of me one day.

I am giving this location five stars because last week when I stopped it was clean, the staff friendly, food quickly served and the order accurate for the four of us. Had the fish sandwiches which are still 2 for $ 4. This was a great deal which will eventually expire. The area around the Arbys is a nice setting. parking on their lot is plentiful and easy.
