Most Whataburger restaurants I’ve gone to get my order wrong or is missing stuff when I leave, but I’ve never had that issue at this one. Food takes forever, but that’s the price to pay for quality I guess. Staff here knows what they’re doing, and if they don’t, there’s usually someone more experienced who is there to help.

Raphael is a dickhead. A couple of months ago he brings me my food then I ask for ketchup and he tells me to get up and get it at the front. Usually whataburger’s employees are kind enough to bring you all condiments that fit your needs. Last night I ordered a meal and Raphael gave it to the wrong person while I was sitting in a booth with my number in plain sight. On the other hand, Joshua is one incredible employee and so is the manager Brian. But for Raphael, hell no.

Good job tonight! We had dinner before an event elsewhere tonight and it was horrible. We didn’t have time to order anything else before the event started. By the time it was over we were starving! I’m not a big fast food person at all but it’s late! I am pleasantly surprised by this place tonight! I got two egg and cheese tortillas. Sooooo yummy! Eggs were fluffy and they didn’t skimp! Thanks for coming to the rescue What A Burger!

Good food, friendly staff. I enjoy the familiarity of the people I see on a regular basis. Miss Sue is awesome!

Had to try a whataburger on my visit to Texas. Came late night so lobby was closed. Went to drive thru and got the famous whataburger. It’s OK. Nothing special. Tastes like a cafeteria burger. Something you’d get at a hospital or a ballgame.

Employees are rude, especially the drive-thru, trying to rush you to make your order when you just drive up to the speaker. Calm down, I just got to the menu. Also this place loves to give you ice to the brim for your drink, so might as well bring your own drink, and put it in their cup since they provide you the ice already. That or have a item on the menu that charges for ice in a cup. Won’t be going to this location. I can make my own ice at home and it’s free. Go to the Whataburger that is off of TX-121 in McKinney. You’ll get better service, just a long wait time.

I love going to Whataburger for breakfast! The staff is so nice and look like they are enjoying their job. It makes my day a lot better when I see smiling faces in the morning. The food is always cooked well and tastes good. The lines can be long at times and sometimes I have to wait a little longer but that’s to be expected. The staff at Whataburger does a great job getting people in and out as quickly as possible. I love it!

Ordered a triple and got a single. I was so hungry that I went back and they wanted to charge for another meal. I just wanted the burger I ordered

Have had my share of issues here over the past while, pretty much since this store opened. But coming back from a Rangers game, decided to give it another shot and was pleasantly surprised. Due to the egg shortage, no taquitos until 5AM, which kind of sucked since that was what I had my heart set on. However, I went with the No. 1 with cheese and mustard along with onion rings to go. Literally two minutes after getting my drink, they brought my food out. Onion rings were hot and had just been cooked and burger was exactly as I requested. Once I got home, food did not disappoint. Onion rings were solid and the burger was one of the better Whataburgers I’ve had in a while. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come here because if so, I’m in.

Love Whataburger, but this store is going down hill. They are pre-cooking the meat. The fries have been in the fryer at least twice. I am calling corporate tomorrow.

Major ethical issues with this store’s managers and how they handle their female teen employees! Their HR dept is not interested in making things right either. Not sure I’d eat at Whataburger ever again, anywhere!

Went through drive thru and they forgot my drink, which should come out first so you don’t forget. Went back in and the drive thru guy saw me and started making my coke. He just handed it to me with no apology, nothing. Not used to that kind of service from a whataburger.

I been here before with my kids. Not sure if the manager is here or not but service is bad today. Place is not clean. Tables are not wiped down. I had to clean our table. Food was good.

First visit to this location. We got good hamburgers and fries. Worth another visit when we are in the mood for burgers. It was Sunday in Sep 2014 at lunch time and more than 11 cars in line at drive-thru. They had a rush on and tried to get the orders filled quickly. A better bet would have been to come inside to place/get your take-out order. We didn’t wait for long at all for inside service.

15 minutes in the drive through. Wrong sauce and 1⁄3 the chicken strips on the receipt. Brilliant.

Worst burger I have ever eaten! With all the hype and commercials you see on TV I thought I would give this place a try. What a disappointment! The burger was not hot; in fact it wasn’t even warm. I gone through the drive-through and my order was ready quickly so I know that burger had to have been sitting out long before it was handed to me. At best there was no flavor. The fries were also barely warm. If this is what whataburger is all about, they can forget it. Worst thing I’ve ever eaten!

Whataburger is simply the best fast food burger joint in all of Texas! Heck, I could eat there everyday! They always have great service and most everything tastes great! I’ve never had anything that didn’t taste good. For anyone from out of state, you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I had fast food this good in Northern California 24 hours a day. It’s not In an Out but it’s not Jack in the box either. I tried a breakfast sandwich suggested to me by a very nice employee named Anthony. A great kid who again typical Texan super polite and a great sense of humor on top since we were razzing him and he took it like a champ. He was right the breakfast sandwich was awesome. I should have gotten two. Not much else to say here. It was clean friendly and amazing to eat at 2:00 am. Feel free to come to California. Or at least teach our 24 hour places how it’s done.

I’m back again with another 5 stars for the biscuits and sausage gravy. So good!!! Buttery soft biscuits smothered in milk gravy with sausage bits. I know it’s a chain restaurant but I love the honey butter chicken biscuits and biscuits & gravy.

Yuck. The A1 burger was simply awful. Dry and nasty.
