Interior design: 5 Service: 5 Family and kids friendly: 5 Food taste: 5 Prices: 5 Concept: 5 Needless to say we enjoyed pizza tonight. I love the concept of build your own pizza. All ingredient fresh and there are plenty of options for everyone to choose, even if you are vegan they have vegan cheese and all kinds of vegetables to go on your pizza. They are super laid back and kid friendly. My little one was dancing and playing cars on the floor and no one rolled their eyes or have me a naughty look. Employees are nice and polite. Definitely will be coming here more often. And oh I forgot– pizza crust is thin and crispy, just the way I like :) yum

Tried two of their signature pizzas, the Link In(italian sausage, roasted red peppers, sauteed onions, mozzarella, red sauce) and the white top(white cream sauce with mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano, arugula). They were okay; nothing spectacularly memorable. You can customize one of their signature pizzas or create one completely from scratch. The pizzas are super hot, made to order, and made very quickly. Large, communal space that would be good for groups. Average cost of a personal pizza is about $ 8.

Great pizzas! Love the unlimited toppings. My wife got a pepperoni pizza and I got half Hawaiian and the other half BBQ Hawaiian chicken. Their Canadian bacon is nice and big round pieces, not those little chopped up pieces. I think the amount of mozzarella they give you is a bit low so make sure you ask for more. Pepperonis are nice and flavorful. The free s’mores dessert with Unilocal check in is where it’s at. I normally don’t care for s’mores, but these were fantastic. Make sure you get them warmed up and they’ll come out with your pizza. Their lemonade is very tasty too. Definitely try them out!

First time there and the food is good. It’s a male your own pizza restaurant, but I ordered from the signature menu. Had a half meat and half white top. It’s flash fire cooking and the pizza was out to the table in less than 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and it’s an open restaurant. Very comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

I preface this review with the fact that I am biased because I LOVE toppings! They used to have this other place down Preston called Soul Fire, which is similar to Blaze, but even better because you could choose the crust(wheat, thin, gluten-free, etc.) and they had more sauces, which is my weakness… So when they closed, I had to take a day off work to mourn my sadness. But now there’s BLAZE and it’s stupendous! It’s set up like a Chipotle but instead of making a burrito, you make your own pizza. For $ 8, you get an 11 in pizza with your choice of meats, cheese, and veggies. They have lots of fresh vegetables along with sauteed vegetables and you can put whatever you want on the pizza! If you don’t like all you can eat and just a classic one topping person, you can get a cheaper 1 topping pizza or even cheaper cheese pizza. Also, right now, if you check into Unilocal you get a free s’more cookie, which they heat up in their oven and it’s so good! I will definitely be returning here again and again. P. S. not to knock other pizza establishments, but I don’t think I will ever go to Grimaldi’s again. I used to love Grimaldi’s but they charge you per topping and the pizza at Blaze has a very similar thin crust with an unlimited array of toppings included in the price. They also offer bottled beer and a limited selection of beer on tap. Love Blaze! Can’t wait to rush back with«blazin» fast speed hahahaha.

Super friendly staff, great concept, and so fast! I love the wide variety of toppings/sauce choices and the fact that everything is made to order. The toppings are fresh, quality, and they definitely have a bit of everything. Their white sauce is great, tons of cheese options(ricotta, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, bleu cheese, feta, parm) and a great selection of protein. They also have gluten free crusts for a bit more and the free smore with Unilocal check in is a nice little dessert. Fast, fresh, friendly and unlimited toppings. Also it’s super cheap for a custom pizza(under 8.50 including tax). Would definitely come here again

Came here for a Unilocal event, and have been back twice since then. Like a fellow Unilocaler said earlier, think either Chipotle or Piada, for pizza. You get in line, order your pie, pay and take your seat. They call you in a couple minutes(literally a couple per pizza). They use all fresh ingredients and you can choose from their predesigned options, or make up your own with an unlimited amount of toppings. Good chewy crust with a nice crispy exterior. The blood orange lemonade is on tap, and I highly recommend you check it out! If you want the caloric info it is posted to keep you in check, since you can get carried away with the options! Including doubling down on cheese and/or sauces. Great place for kids and picky pizza eaters!

Blaze is a great pizza place! Way better value than its shared concepts like Pie Five, Blaze allows you build a big pizza with tons of toppings! Their pre-designed options are delish and full of toppings. They definitely don’t skimp on the meat and cheese! Your personalized pizza is baked in a wood fire oven and served warm just as soon as its ready. If you have room for dessert, you HAVE to try one of their s’mores. Wowie. Heaven.

Blaze pizza — I’m so happy you’ve come to down. Honestly, I pretty much love everything about Blaze pizza — I just wish they delivered! It works pretty much like a chipotle of pizza. They have some«pre-designed» pizzas you can order or you can build your own as you go down the line. One of my favorite things about Blaze is they will literally make me 2 entirely different half pizzas on my pizza. Some places won’t do 2 different base sauces but they will! I usually get one half with red sauce, sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, basil, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers and the other side I do olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, basil, tomato, garlic and I have them add a pesto drizzle at the end. It’s TODIEFOR! Last time we went the hubs got their BBQ chicken pizza and he loved it. I tasted the BBQ sauce and it was yummy. I may have to find a way to build a pizza that needs BBQ sauce. Anyway — you go through the line and they build your pizza, then you pay, they fire the pizza and call your name when it’s ready. Super fast. In addition to fountain drinks, they have blood orange lemonade which is yummy. If you get a smores cookie/pie they will heat it up by the oven so its melt-y and gooey when you get it. SOGOOD.

I am so impressed with this place! Not only is it affordable, but it’s fast, the topping selections are great, and it tastes good! It’s surprisingly filling for a personal pizza and my family loves it. Will definitely be back!

This place has the best concept! Not to mention the food is great! Build your own pizza, reasonable prices & good service. I will definitely return. It’s essentially assembly line pizza that’s fired for 180 seconds in the oven. 100% real fire!!!

Ordered take out from this place and was quite impressed. I ordered two pizzas because they were so cheap. Ended up with the white pizza and a red sauce pizza. Both were freaking awesome! Will order from again for sure!

This was just okay for me. The location, interior and staff were all very nice. The reason for only 3 stars is because it didn’t taste that great. The sauce was unflavorful and the crust was too thin and a little wet. I prefer Pie 5 much better.

Although this is my first check in here, I’ve been here 6(or more) other times already. I always load up on their fresh toppings with a build your own pizza($ 7.95 and they’re fantastic!) For the sauce, you can choose from spicy red sauce(my favorite), classic red sauce, and white sauce. They also have a good selection of cheeses: feta, goat, shredded mozarella, oliviani mozarella, parmesan, vegan cheese, etc. Their meats: italian meatballs, turkey meatballs, applewood bacon, salame, chorizo, smoked ham, grilled chicken, italian sausage, etc. Their other toppings: jalapenos, caramelized/string onions, kalamata/black olives, banana peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, red/green peppers, fresh basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, etc. Top this all off with more classic red sauce, sea salt, and oregano for a perfect thin crust pizza!

What an amazing concept! For about $ 8, you can customize your own 8″ pizza with UNLIMITEDTOPPINGS. Excuse me, what? I swear, my husband was like kid in a candy store(You’re welcome, husband. This is why I Unilocal!). I went with a White Top(one of their signature pizzas; comes with white cream sauce with mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano, arugula), then proceeded to add on: goat cheese, turkey sausage, mushrooms, basil, banana peppers, and extra garlic. Result? A damn good pizza. Food came out super fast and all of the employees were sincerely friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. I was a little worried about the pizza being soggy since we were getting so many toppings but that wasn’t the case at all. The pizza held up nicely and the crust was the right amount of crispiness. I tried the blood-orange lemonade and while the flavor is good, it’s pretty sweet. Perfect once I mixed in some sparkling water. Tip: Check in on Unilocal for a free S’mores cookie(which the warm up for you!).

Going down in a BLAZE of glory! This place is awesome! You walk in and immediately greeted by friendly employees. They have 3 types of pizza: 1. cheese = cheapest, 2. 1-topping = a little bit more, 3. build your own/unlimited toppings = most expensive at 7.95. Less than $ 8! I am sure plenty of people take full advantage of this buy getting everything and extra of it but I didn’t. I opted for pepperoni, jalapenos, and lots and lot of mushrooms! They have about every pizza topping I’ve ever heard of, traditional and the non-conventional. The pizza is also good sized, I couldn’t eat it all in one sitting. The lobby is pretty open and a large space with lots of room for larger parties. The service was fast and so, so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to make this a regular lunch spot!

Pizza fast-fire’d in 180 seconds? I’m in. That’s a personalized pie ready in just three short minutes, people. Starting with a signature crust that’s as light-as-air, you can build your own 11-inch pie, topping it with an unlimited number of artisanal ingredients(of which they stock over 40!) for cheap(compared to pizzeria standards). The dough is made from scratch using a recipe developed by Executive Chef Bradford Kent, which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce that extra crispy crust. They also offer gluten-free dough and vegan cheese, for those with special dietary needs. I was super impressed with the flow of the space(really airy & open) and how fast the lined moved. Each employee was friendly and had a huge smile on their face, ready to please. My pizza was finished in less than 5 minutes and it was some of the best pie I’ve ever had. If you’re a Chicago-style nut, then this is not your scene. Being a New York thin crust fan, I’ll definitely be back. Welcome to Frisco, Blaze!

I love the way they do pizza! With the Chipotle style assembly line, there’s a ton of toppings and sauces to chose from. But the best part is no matter how many toppings you pile on it’s only $ 8! When we first walked in a woman quickly greeted us and asked if it was first time. She told us how Blaze worked and where to go to make our pizza. All pizzas are 11 inches… I think it’s a good size for a hungry guy but maybe a little more if you’re a girly eater. Unfortunately the BF and I were feeling pretty boring that night and we just ended up with a cheese pizza. We spruced it with the spicy red sauce and some salt and oregano on top. The pizza didn’t take long to cook… maybe 5 minutes at most since there were people in front of us. It was bubbly hot and I burned myself! But it was worth it… crust is the perfect thinness and the sauce was really flavorful. We washed it down with the blood orange lemonade with a splash of sprite. I like how the pizza didn’t make me feel heavy afterwards. This might just be our go to pizza place!

Hello Blaze!!! Welcome to Texas!!! That’s right this is the first location to open in the state of Texas. And if things work out, it won’t be the last location. As I said in another Blaze review, this is where pizza meets Chipotle. As we know, Subway started the ‘build your own’ meal craze but Chipotle receives all the credit. Blaze uses this same approach for building your own pizza. With the exception of the crust(there is a gluten-free crust available), every other ingredient is selected by the customer. From the sauce to the seasoning the choice is yours. They have all fresh ingredients and with the ‘build your own’ pizza you select as many(or few) as you want. For the unadventurous they do have signature pizzas available. I’ve never tried one but I’ve heard they are delicious(the Green Stripe was recommended to me by a true Blaze connoisseur). The staff at this location are super friendly. And I think they were impressed that this was not my first Blaze visit. While it was my visit to this location I’m a Blaze veteran. Like at other locations I’ve visited, the staff was very patient as I went down the line choosing my toppings. As with the other location I’ve visited, once the pizza is built it is put into a blazing fire oven and 180 seconds later your name is called to pick up your pizza. Compared to the other location I’ve visited, this one is huge. The dining area here is large and spacious. Heck, the dining area of the other location I’ve visited could probably fit into this one 5 times over. Seriously, it’s that big. As we know though; «Everything is Bigger in Texas». I was impressed when one of the staff members approached me as I was eating my pizza and asked if the pizza here matched up to my previous experiences. As I told him, they did a great job; no complaints from me. Just as I’ve come to expect, amazing flavor and extreme freshness. So let’s go good people of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex; stop by and welcome Blaze to neighborhood! As it says in the«About Us» section on the ‘Blaze’ website: «Enjoy the rest of your day.»
