Creative dishes that are the perfect size. Breakfast all day you can’t go wrong. Try anything with a Mexican flare you won’t be disappointed. They also have one of the sunniest patios on main st.

The restaurant’s atmosphere is fun and the décor is so quaint! We were able to get a seat at the bar and watch the chefs in the kitchen. We got the French toast and the vegetable scramble, both were fantastic! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Frisco. The only downside was that our server was bit standoffish.

Great fresh, healthy and flavorful food. Not greasy or «the usual fare». The Summit hash is amazing and a must try. We loved the food and had friendly service. We will be back.

Extremely good food! Super eclectic and very hot and fresh and good. Service is ok. Very small but really quaint. Bright and open. On the corner with a view of the mountain. Service was ok. A little slow but didn’t mind as they were super friendly. Chai Tea Latte was fantastic and I had eggs Benedict. Some of the best I have ever had!!!

Came in for a late lunch and couldn’t be more pleased with the food. Delicious organic coffee to start and fresh vegetables and fruit accompanied our egg hash. Kids had hamburgers and was a rare and good treat to have the option of a salad or fruit on the side with it, as opposed to the standard French fries or chips. Even better, the fruit was a berry mix. We devoured every bite on our plate. Would absolutely return!

Lovely little brunch & lunch spot. Good for families, nice kid options! It’s a small-ish spot on a corner of Frisco’s Main Street. Very friendly and thoughtful staff. The hostess overheard our conversation that two more people were spontaneously going to join us, and she immediately rearranged our table to seat all of us. Gluten-free, dairy-free and healthy options available, and they were happy to accommodate special requests. I ordered the squash omelette(egg whites, butternut, zucchini, avocado, onion, roasted red pepper, spinach, and I subbed goat cheese for queso fresca because it’s easier on my stomach). My family ordered pancakes, breakfast burritos, soup of the day, huevos rancheros, and the chorizo omelette. Everyone was very happy!

I was under the impression(based on reviews and the constant crowd of diners) that this would be a nice, sort of fancy brunch place in Frisco. One morning, I managed to grab a table here quickly before the crowd came in and looked forward to a nice, healthy meal. I wish I went somewhere else instead. Mind you, I did not have a horrible experience. The brunch I ordered was decent. I’d eat it again. But the service? Not cool. And the bill? Yikes. The great thing about dining alone is that it offers you the opportunity to observe everyone and everything going on in the restaurant. I watched as most of the patrons, myself included, waited quite awhile for service. I even saw a group come in and leave after they were ignored for a bit. Bread+Salt was definitely understaffed that day, and, in my opinion, not happy about it. None of the employees were happy — they all seemed rushed and annoyed. Which in turn, left me feeling not happy about it either. I was anxious to get my food, eat, and leave. I waited awhile for my food. By the time I got it, I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Funny how that works. I ate about half of my brunch(it did taste good) before I decided I was finished and wanted to leave(not even taking the leftovers). I had my card ready once I was handed the crazy bill but had to wait another ten minutes before someone came to get my payment. Blah. Once I left, I felt free! And poor.

My wife and I had brunch here and it was VERY good. I had simple eggs, toast, and French toast. Hard to screw that up and I always have high expectations. They didn’t disappoint. My wife had the ham and blt and it was VERY good. We drink decaf coffee and it was excellent. We will be back.

Every time I eat breakfast somewhere else I wish I was at Bread and Salt. Consistently incredible — their chilaquiles are incredible, as well as most items ok their menu. The summit vegetable hash is not to be missed!

We grabbed breakfast here on a recent visit to Breckenridge. We had wanted to go to Butterhorn, but it was over an hour wait, so we set out in search of a quicker brunch option. When we got here there were only a few other tables occupied, so were seated immediately. Our little two-top was right by the door, which was a good spot as the place filled up quite quickly and maneuvering throughout became difficult(tables are quite close together). Our food came out fairly quickly and was decent. I had a standard eggs, bacon, and hash browns plate, while my husband had the pancakes. I think he was a bit more impressed than I, and quickly scarfed the flapjack stack. My breakfast was again, ok, but I felt like the hash browns were frozen, bagged ones and I could’ve went for crispy, diced potatoes. Service was ok as well. I’d say a solid brunch option, but nothing to write home about.

Rolling through Frisco, felling the tummy grumbling… where can we find good breakfast… try Bread+Salt…it’s really good. Like most places, patios in the summer draw a crowd, they have a nice one, packed so we headed inside. Nice homey feel, but very tight, smallish table placement, which is fine until all the food comes. Service was very prompt, and we were ready to order when she arrived, they have very good coffee, so if you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll be pleased. Standard breakfast fare, so we did eggs, French toast, beet/vegetable hash, and bacon, which, not sure why bacon in the mountains tastes so good… Food was out in a snap, very good. French toast was cooked perfectly, not mushy in the middle, and the skillet, had a great combination of flavors that took the breakfast dish to the 5-star level. Great weather, great food, great atmosphere. It was nice talking to nearby tables about all the wonderful things the mountains have to offer. We found another one with Bread+Salt…

(2.75 stars) Lunch, wanted to try something new, I mean how can one pass on a place called bread and salt. I mean really. I do think this place has potential so we will give them another try in a few months. The impressions right of the bat is that it is an inviting and bright space. The food was lackluster. It’s not bad but it is what it is. We had the hash(and it was not bad but warm beets in the dish were a bit suspect), the montecristo sandwich for almost 10 $ was just that — nothing on the plate but the sandwich garnished by those small jellies that you get on the table. The bagel sandwich same thing — empty plate and a sandwich on it. Bottom line: not very impressed and expected more. Suggestion: some fruit /berries on a plate next to the main dish in the summer would make the plate pop a bit more.

We went because Butterhorn wasn’t open yet. Nice inside with good service. The waitress recommended anything with the green chile sauce. I went with heuvos rancheros. Large portion with hash browns on the tortilla. This was a first for me. The green sauce was bland. There was nothing that stood out at all. Ordered the eggs medium egg and the came back without the whites cooked. Just a lackluster performance on all the food we had as a group.

If you are looking for a healthy breakfast in Frisco this place delivers! With options like beet/vegtable hash instead of potatoes you’ll stay fit eating here. The service was super friendly and the skillet was cooked to perfection. They also use Horsetooth hotsauce(the shizit!) so know that you spice fans will be well taken care of.

Welcoming staff set the tone for our entire experience here. Warm, genuine greeting when we walked in, served coffee immediately by the second server along with a nice smile. Excellent service throughout. The two egg breakfast was delicious and a great value for $ 7. Big additipn of the local sausage links for just $ 1.50 more. My son’s peach pancakes were terrific — fluffy mmmmmm. Coffee was really strong. I appreciated the cold pitcher of milk for the coffee and the warm pitcher of syrup — nice touches. This will be our new go-to breakfast spot in Frisco.
