So stingy. They don’t even put mozzarella on their French onion soup. Twice I ordered pickup for French onion, both times it had no cheese.

This place is just okay. I live 30 minutes away so when I show up at 930am on a Tuesday hungry for a quiche it’s very disappointing that they’re already gone. Especially since they serve breakfast until 1030am. This is the second time I’ve come in for a quiche before 1030 and there were none. I got an egg and cheese sandwich which was good. The dining room is dirty. People clear their own dishes and it appears the staff never comes out and wipes tables. In fact I’ve been here an hour now and I have not seen one table wiped although six tables within my view have left since I’ve been here. On the up side, I’ve been able to sit here for an hour playing on my phone and I have been left alone. One other thing, as another reviewer mentioned, I can smell the trash from here sitting near the cold beverage station. I suspect they need to clean their receptacles.

Not GF friendly. Lady running the front could learn to be nicer… Customer service needs to be taught to her. It was about 7:00… On a Monday evening.

This location has the slowest service, and when you receive your food it’s cold. Always packed during lunch hour and every time I have gone through the drive thru somehow they mess up my order.

Horrible service! We go to Panara pretty frequently as there meat is supposed to be hormone free and antibiotic free etc… However this location has got to be the worst. They can never answer your questions at the register and there is never a manager watching over anything. When they bring your food they get their fingers in it and then when you say something they are offended and act like your the one wrong. We ordered a small salad with the pick 2 option and then a large salad and they bring you the same size salads and when you ask them to redo it they argue and complain to you. Never once do they get the manager, we finally had to get them to get things happening. We will definitely stop coming to this location. The last time we came the girl bringing out food was eating at the counter a bag of chips and licking her fingers and then picking up plates to bring out to customers and getting her fingers all over the top parts of the plate. We told the manager and she at the time said they are not supposed to be eating and that she would speak to her. Well it still happens so I guess they don’t listen. Maybe if the manager paid more attention. This manager today said he would correct things so I hope so for there sakes. As you can see the reviews are not good and not just from me. The food is good but all else is a fail today:-/

Every time we come here the oatmeal is cold. How can it get cold in the less than 2 minutes it takes to get to our table? They also never get the bagel orders correct in the drive through. Update 5÷14÷16 Same deal! Cold oatmeal, no cream cheese with bagel, grounds in coffee. Female manager on duty was super argumentative about the oatmeal. Did she taste it? No. I’m not coming back to this location. It’s just bad. 5/15-I’m a glutton for punishment! Drive through this morning out of every bagel but the everything bagel. :)

Quick service and friendly staff. Clean place too with lots of seating indoor and out. I like the kiosk ordering and the mobile app, meals are ready without the inline hassle or wait. Meal choices are good too, more on the healthy side, so seasoning is bland on most dishes, but decent after a little southern thumb touch ups and a sprinkle or 2 here and there. Really pricey so it’s a middle of pack decision for the dollar. But not too bad.

I’m still waiting in line for half of a sandwich after fifteen minutes. All of the employees are just talking, including the manager. I cant pull off because I already paid but the service here is super ridiculous.

This location keeps getting worse. Dirty tables to start with — I always have to come in and wipe down the table before I sit down. The floor is dirty even when I go first thing in the morning as they open the doors. I worked in the food industry and I’ve been a restaurant critic for several publications — so I know you should finish thoroughly cleaning the restaurant the night before.(I understand if it gets dirty in the middle of a busy shift.) There’s an older lady who works here during the week and she is outstanding on helping out customers and bussing tables(give her a raise please) — but most of the rest of the employees just congregate visiting with each other — and are not helpful. Though I don’t blame these young employees. The fault in the place definitely lands squarely at management’s feet — very poor management and training of their employees. I finally stopped going today for good(too many second chances) after being a «twice a week regular» meeting my clients and employees here for the last year or more. At least 10 employees on shift today — but many just standing around. I waited forever and finally gave up. One register open. Dirty dining room. Not coming back. I do like their food and price point. And I like Panera’s around the country as I travel.(Two of the managers here could care less about the customers. They stand near the kitchen door when they’re there together complaining about the owner/regional manager so loudly. And about being underpaid managing such a top revenue generating store. Drew? And the young woman with the hoop earrings. Customers should not have to hear this crap while we’re trying to enjoy our meal or have a meeting. Keep your complaints private please. Not a professional representation of an otherwise great national chain.)

This location is designed very poorly. The hallway to the drinks should not be where the kitchen pickup is. The ham and turkey panini was pretty good but the broccoli soup not so great. My husband had the wrong kind of dressing on his salad and was not impressed with the Italian sandwich. Go to Jason’s deli!

Panera Frisco frustrates me. When they first opened, their drive through kept messing up. I addressed it with their manager. I received a response and for about a minute, their service was okay. During the summer when flies are abundant, the staff just lets the flies land all over the baked items. I decided then that I would only patronize them in the winter because I didn’t want to eat food buzzed-on by dung flies. The past two times this winter I ordered from the drive through, they were back to their old habits again. They forgot part of my order. I should have known better and checked it. This morning, they cut my bagels crooked, so the bottom pieces were paper thin. I couldn’t toast them in the toaster when I got home. The two stars are for the quality of baked goods. They have good baguettes, bagels, sourdough bread and cookies.

Horrible Service! Went into the Main st Frisco Location on Sunday around 1pm & ordered 2 Lattes &1 Muffin(that’s it) I say this because I felt bad for whoever actually order lunch or any type of food that had to be cooked! We received the muffin immediately & was told to take it to the microwave myself to heat it up & add butter(ummmm ok– I dont work here but sure!) My husband & I ate it before our Lattes even came out(20 min later!!!) & that was after asking 3x It was a complete zoo &, tables were either all filled up or needed to be cleaned– there was 1 wait staff cleaning the tables(and he let everyone know that) although I felt bad for him because he was running around like crazy! People were lined up at the pick up station, as well as all over the restaurant randomly standing here & there(on top of customers that were sitting down) when the(only) 2 staff members at the register were doing absolutely NOTHING! They seemed very distressed with the lines & didn’t know what they were doing & then when there was no customers– they just stood there watching all the chaos around them! Although NOT their job, I would think(like most restaurants) if you’re under staffed & extremely busy– you lend a hand & help out– even if its to make 2 frikking lattes! The manager running around serving &TRYING to help, actuallly said that he was there visiting to help! They either need to get more staffing or a better plan of action on how to serve their patrons! Never going to this location again!

Panera’s food is consistent at all their locations in my opinion however, the location and design is where I must only give 3 stars. This Frisco location is easy enough to find but getting in and out is a logistical nightmare. This location has a drive thru which would be convenient if it didn’t create a traffic hazard. It’s located around the side and back of the building which is shared with a Cowboy Chicken and a FedEx store. So you have people trying to park for those establishments and get into the drive thru. People are less than courteous these days and barrel out of the drive thru as if yielding was an option. Once you get parked and get inside the self-serve kiosk is right in the path of the counter so it gets a little awkward getting to the counter. I guess the designer didn’t take into consideration the increasing growth to the area. Again, the food was as good as it always it but I would find a less congested location to go to.

It was okay, nothing special. Maybe I didn’t order right but I wasn’t very impressed add to that the cashier was being pestered by a smitten boy while taking our order to the point that she pushed him away I ordered what I first saw so I could get away from the uncomfortable situation.

Went to this location today for lunch. So I noticed I was dead set in the middle of 2 different Panera’s each 6 miles away. I looked at the reviews & was hesitant to go to the Frisco location, but ended up there anyway. I just figured, how bad can it really be? It’s Panera! So we order at the little kiosk which is very easy & convenient. Even without a line I prefer this method of ordering because you can really customize your order. I got the Chicken Cobb ½ Salad with a bag of chips(to give to my son after school) & a bottle of water. Hubby home from work today & he ordered the full sandwich size of the Steak & White Cheddar Panini which he also customized plus a large iced tea. We then looked for seating which at 12:30pm I expected to be difficult. It wasn’t. We found a small table that was perfect in not even 3 minutes. Someone had just gotten up so the table wasn’t clean. One of the worker ladies was just passing & I asked if we could have it cleaned. She was super nice & came back & cleaned it. I asked about our drinks since I was all confused today. She brought those too & like not even another 3 minutes just sitting there — our food was brought to our table! Super fast! Really nice people working there while we were there. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Hubby liked his sandwich, said it was good & could have ordered another because he wasn’t full — BUT it was enough. He ended up eating his chips & the other bag of chips I saved for my son. :D The Iced Tea he wasn’t crazy about because it was unsweetened. & mentioned — THIS is Texas. He missed his sweet tea. Anyway I took his cup & refilled it on our way out with the Acai Berry unsweetened tea which I thought was terrific. Now my salad. I LOVELOVELOVED how delicious this salad IS/WAS! I just love it! It was perfect. Even when I imagine I might try something else — I won’t dare. I LOVETHISSALAD!!! I like to customize & add cucumbers & red onion! What I really really really DO regret is ordering a ½! I should have gotten the whole salad & saved some for dinner — it was THAT good! I took a picture of it & the half salad really is A LOT! I have no problem ever returning to this Panera. It was great! YUMYUMYUM

We go to this location often and it’s always been awesome. The food is always perfectly as expected and I’ve actually had some pretty great customer service experiences here too. A couple of months ago the manager was training a new associate and they both had such a positive and fun attitude and amazing customer service. We were glad to be a part of his training. Great service, great food, definitely try this location!

Horrible experience, I’ve only ordered to go before and never had an issue. My first done-in experience at this location and there was literally no place to sit, not because it was full but because there were no clean tables, there were at least 10 dirty tables and booths. We asked a server if they could please clean a table for us and waited for almost 10 minutes before I just went ahead and cleaned it myself! Not sure if they’re going through new management or why they’re super disorganized, but it feels like every single one of their employees are new! If you’re a fan of Panera Bread stay away from this location!

Dear Frisco, PLEASEPUTUPYOUROWNDISHES. As someone from Illinois who has been eating at Panera/STL bread co for decades, do Texans not realize you need to put away your dishes at Panera? I think it’s relatively new to the area… Anyways, my broc cheddar soup was typical, and the mango iced tea was refreshing. However, the Mediterranean chicken and quinoa salad was missing olives. The kale was also chopped to include the inedible stems — bleh. The server was also less than thrilled to be at work. Someone needs to hug that guy.

Sadly, we experienced all of the same bad things that the other 1 – 2 star reviewers did. We stopped into this Panera around 245pm on a Saturday, so after the lunch rush. The place looked like a tornado had gone through. Food, trash, debris all over the floor. Most unoccupied tables were either completely unbussed or simply dirty. We found a table, I bussed it myself(including getting a sanitizer rag and wiping down the table) and we waited for our food. We had ordered on the kiosks which was cool. It allowed us to customize our salads. It does NOT print a receipt, but we selected the option to have a copy of our receipt delivered with our food. Bf’s food comes out and is actually correct. My salad is missing tomatoes and dressing. It’s brought back to the table, and I realize the Cobb salad is missing the hard-boiled eggs. Take it up to the food runner girl and after little communication, I decide to just leave my salad with her. She brings it back and we’re finally good. Except we never got a receipt. Screw it, I’m done asking for things. We ate our foos, which tasted fine once we actually got all of it, but we couldn’t find butter for the bread anywhere. After lunch, I spoke with the manager, Sean, who was sadly unsurprised about our experience. He apologized and said he would talk to the staff to try to stop the problems from happening to others. Basically, it was a cluster fuck and I don’t recommend coming to this location. Employees don’t give even half of a shit and your food will probably be wrong while you sit at a dirty table.
