Papa John’s Pizza

I honestly would give 0 stars if I could! Do not order from here for delivery! Especially if you live in the Hidden Cove area. The driver will not be able to find your house despite multiple attempts at explaining directions. Then you have no pizza and the manager will hang up on you when you explain that no pizza=refund. Maybe if the manager was better at customer service then the employees would be too. Word of advice for Jody: when dealing with a frustrated customer do not make excuses! Make it right. That’s all I have to say. I understand they are kids and we have given the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times but at this point seriously draw a map for them if they can’t figure it out on google maps. I can’t imagine how any of my neighbors in this area are ok with this.

Worst experience ever had with Papa johns. Received a wrong pizza. When I called to tell this, I was put on hold for 10 mins and second time they hung up on me. When I got to them finally they asssured they will make the right one on priority and send across, but I never received. Again I called and they gave me two options; remake or credit and asked me to choose. No apologies from them. Would never go back to them again. They suck

They are lucky I like their pizza. They mess up just about every order, but they have compensated us for their errors with extra pizza. The location is large, clean and kept nice and cool in the hot weather. Just always check your pizza before driving home.

The management is extremely rude. We ordered a pizza at 5:00. Called to check on it at 6:30, still no pizza. Called at 7:15, management told us she’s pregnant and gets it while yelling at us for calling that we didn’t have a pizza yet. Called at 8:00 to see what the deal was and got practically hung up on. The delivery showed up at 8:15. Ice cold breadsticks and pizza that had been reheated. Our online order said on its way at 5:30. Not a good experience. Driver was awesome and extremely nice!

I’ve ordered here many times and the pizza is usually quick and pizza is always good and hot. Only once did I order and they never showed up. The cheeseburger pizza was excellent when they had it. It’s the best of chain pizzas that you’ll find.

We ordered online for a 6:30pm pick up. Sunday night was really busy so no real surprise that it took about 10 minutes longer after we arrived to pick up. But that should not be an excuse for skimpy ingredients and the crust on the bottom to be too done. Not the worst but not the best either. We ordered the cowboy special with 5 toppings
