I give it 2 stars because my drink was made correctly for once here but the red haired younger girl at register today at 5pm ish was soooo rude! I’ve never been treated this poorly by an employee at a customer service place in a very long time. But why I’m making this post is because the 2 young gentlemen behind me got stellar customer service! So it wasn’t she was having a bad day she was just being rude to me for no reason at all!
I rarely go to this one anyways because of their lack to know the difference between soy and real milk… But I was in a hurry and this is actually closest to my house! I will never go back… If u enjoy rude 18 year old then enjoy! I do not!

Dirty patio, dirty bathroom, messy and disheveled interior. And probably a dozen people working behind the counter running into each other. One of the worst run Starbucks I have ever been to.

NOT impressed. asked for a refill through drive-​thru bc I was short on time and was told I needed to come inside. Once inside I informed them that the Starbucks by my house at Main/​Teel is EXTREMELY MORE ACCOMODATING being I was the ONLY guest in the drive thru line and in the lobby inside. I will not be returning to this location ever again. On another note, my Venti Peach Green Tea Lemonade was delicious! Wish the customer service could match my beverage quality-​wise.

Update… still can NOT forgive this store for the rotten service. Wrote to the company, and feel that I was given the brush off. Don’t they care that this store is subpar? Me and my «gold» card are still feeling slighted and put out. I have not been back to that location, and while I still get a Starbucks upon occasion… I’m no longer a Starbucks only person. I have now have my own «fancy» coffee maker and most days I just make my own… and I have to say I turn up my nose at the Starbuck beans just for spite. I do still like to get a coffee to go upon occasion, but my intake from Starbucks has fallen drastically. I’m more than happy to try the new coffee shops popping up… so now they are having to share the profit with Biggby’s, Scooter’s and Saxby’s.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Service is horrible. Been there twice and both times waited over 30 minutes for an ice tea. Big staffing issue

Worst SB ever. I’m done giving them chances. Last weekend I was given a late instead of the chai tea late I ordered. When I walked in visibly upset the manager asks, is this the lady that got the wrong food? So apparently I wasn’t the only one. Then today my chai has a vinegar smell and taste. Such a waste of money. These are just the most recent visits.

Mostly Super Friendly Employee’s, but a few in particular who just cant function efficiently. Husband and I request various drink orders and they typically get one of our orders wrong sometimes once a week or a few times a month. But it’s the closest one to our house so we deal. At least they are always friendly about re-​doing our drink order.

Worse Starbucks ever. They told us they were out of everything. But if we were willing to wait so they could stock up. Then when we chose to wait they gave us a dirty look. People started getting out of line. They kept blaming the mornimg crew for not stocking up properly. Sounds like poor management to me.

The drive thru line was extra long this morning so my son and I decided to go inside to order our drinks. Man, bad idea. Everyone has always been great but Jennifer, the lady calling names and serving up drinks must have gotten up on wrong side of the bed this morning… I understand it was a full house and can be a stressful job but that is no excuse for treating a regular customer so poorly. On two different occasions during my 10 minute wait today (¾ @ 8am), she was rude by cutting me off and dismissing me in front of several other patrons when I asked a simple question about my order. I even checked with my teen son that was right there with me and he thought she was pretty rude as well. Talk about a bad hire. Two thumbs down Jennifer!

Holy wait, batman. If you go on a Saturday morning expect a wait. Two people behind me went ballistic over how long they had to wait for their coffee. Truth be told, I like Scooters on Virginia better, but I was on my way to get my hair done and wanted a latte while I was in the chair for 2 hours. It was clean for being so busy.

This is a good and friendly Starbucks located in the Kroger. Since it is in the Kroger, there is more room to stretch out and relax here. There are a couple of comfy couches and lots of chairs and tables with lots of leg room. Also, the bathrooms are right next to sitting area. The employees are super friendly here and I like to sit and relax with my coffee here when I can.

Normally a decent store but a particular employee today handled a long line in an awful rude way. HER NAME IS KARA. I was given my sandwich over 10 minutes ago and now sit waiting still for my coffee as my microwaved sandwich gets cold. When I asked if I would get my drink soon, the employee said «look at this line… it will he a while and I can’t help it.» Then when she thought I was out of earshot she turned to another customer, giggled and said «I’m here all day anyway so I dont care.» I said «yes ma’am I have to work all day too if I can ever get there on time.» She just stared at me… and still now 15 minutes later I am waiting. Will venture to one of the other 2 close Starbucks the rest of the week simply because of this ONE snotty employee! Very sad.

A great location on the southwest corner of Custer/​El Dorado! When I went in on a Thursday afternoon I got in and out quickly, the staff was really friendly and even recommended a new drink for my husband since the seasonal drink he wanted was gone! White chocolate cinnamon dolce latte is his new favorite, btw.
Drinks were made well, it all happened quick, which is exactly what I needed!

This by far is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is awesome, friendly and even if mistakes are made, they are gracious and take care of it. Jason, the manager, def seems to set the standard in his attitude and the staff is right there with them.

Though there are plenty of other Starbucks (and even a few smaller shops in the area, too), this tends to be my office away from the office. My place for casual meetings and even small breaks during the week.
Always friendly staff who make great efforts to get to know their customers well.

Typical Starbucks– super friendly staff and delicious concoctions of caffeinated bliss. Overpriced? Damn skippy.
If you have an extra 5 minutes and you want to save a little money, cross Eldorado and go to the coffee shop inside Kroger. Better tasting coffee at a lower cost.

This Starbucks is consistently good. I always encounter friendly employees, clean facility, and consistent quality. The only downside is how busy they can be at peak times. But then again, isn’t any coffee place busy during the morning rush hours?
