So I go back at 5am. Guess who is at the drive up window? Jenny. The place opens at 5am. She tells me they are running behind. In the interim, a few cars line up behind me. Had to wait from 4:59am to 5:08am for 2 cups of coffee. Really? More competent people should be working here. Customer service is key! Oh, one more thing, I asked for spenda… nothing was in there!!!

Awful location! Super slow. Doesn’t ever have anything in stock. Doesn’t ever get my drink right. Very inconsistent in flavor. I’ve watched them make drinks on numerous occasions and they are very sloppy and careless. One time I waited 20 minutes for my drink and I was the only one that had been standing there waiting. The barista wanted to talk to some friends instead of working and so he forgot to make my order. They didn’t even get it right once he finally made it and didn’t offer to refund my money. I get so mad every single time I leave this location because there is always something they do that is just ridiculous. This location is only 2 minutes from our house but my husband and I drive farther to another location because we can’t stand this one! They really need some new management.

We had a wonderful experience! Ashleigh explained to us how wonderful the clove press is and while we were sitting enjoying what we ordered, she brought over samples of ‘regular’ coffee and coffee that went through the the clove press. Ashleigh was fantastic!

La di da, Starbucks! I hadn’t been to this location since the revamp took place, but I love it! Sleek, chic, more open than any other location I’ve been to before. It gives the customers breathing room when we’re standing around awaiting our drink orders.

It’s very slow, but I will say that early in the morning during the week, the baristas are very fast and happy. I think they get slow when the late morning crew shows up. It would help if this single Starbucks didn’t have to serve half of McKinney though. So it’s only like half their fault.

I loveee Starbucks but not this one. I will literally drive out of my way to the Starbucks on Eldorado or the new Starbucks on 380 and Custer. I’m sure it’s not every time but it seems like every time I go to this Starbucks I’m in line no less then 20 minutes. I just don’t get what the issue is. Yes it’s busy but the Starbucks on Eldorado is just as busy but it seems so much more organized and smooth. I’m chalking it up to poor management. The sad thing it’s so close to my house but I just can’t wait in line for 20 minutes!!! Sorry

Bye far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My friend comes often and says they are always slow– but the wait for a coffee is absolutely ridiculous. Even with a long line, the baristas move slower than molasses! The staff need a couple shots of expresso and some hustle. Horrible service.

I waited an hour in the drive through just to get to the window and be given attitude by the cashier. In other rare occasions where there is a long wait(not even half of what I just experienced here) it is customary to receive a free drink card for your next visit. I asked about this when I got to the window and his response was I can get the manager for you. Not wanting the people behind me to wait any longer than they already had, I declined.

I don’t know if I just have the worlds worst luck or what but every time I go to this Starbucks I am waiting for my coffee for at least 10+ min. The absolute worst is the drive thru… I don’t know if the store is just understaffed or if everyone needs to wake up but when I’m second or third in line it shouldn’t take that long.

This location is my «go to» for Starbucks coffee. The service is always polite and happily engaged with customers. Yes, once in a while the order is not quite right, but they have always corrected it without hesitation. Also, the drive through line can get long, but it moves quickly. It would be nice if there was a barrista and a drive through just for me. But, until there is, I am happy to share this one and recommend it to the masses.(I still refuse to learn Starbucks sizing names. Thankfully their employees are fluent in English and can translate my order.) The newly remodeled store even serves wine!

Even worse. Just updated the place, looks beautiful but still only have 3 people working. Getting orders wrong… not coming back again. Get it together Starbucks.

Newly redesigned layout is much much better with more room and comfort for patrons. The Flow through the line is better laid out also… More cushioned chairs & benches at each tabled area.

Came today for a coffee & found out that they are closed until 2nd week of August 2015 for renovations. They’re adding wine & beer, too, woohoo!

This is probably my favorite Starbucks of all time! It is located in the beautiful Adriatica area of McKinney, which is so aesthetically amazing. Yes, there are a million Starbucks in the ‘burbs, but this one is worth visiting, if only just to appreciate the amazing architecture. The patio is a really cool place to sit alone, with friends, or with a date. It is ALWAYS packed, but honestly the service is very prompt and accurate. I have never had my order wrong. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My one issue is that it seems to run out of things often, which is sad because they’re so busy that I would think they’d keep more stock on popular items. Even still, I love to come by here and get a yummy pastry, refreshing shaken tea, or a sweet frappucino. You really can’t go wrong! Oh, and try the spinach and feta cheese wrap. You’ll thank me!

What has happened here? Got there at 5:30 this morning-right when they opened. The number of flies was astounding. Literal swarms. Tables and chairs were askew and crumbs were here and there but we ordered anyway. Coffee was good, pastry was ok, baristas were less than enthusiastic. Half way thru my coffee I visited the ladies room. OHDEAR… bits of toilet paper all over the floor, full trash can(overflowing actually), the soap dispenser was broken… how could employees get soap to wash their hands? I finished my coffee as quickly as possible… before the flies carried me out.

I used to love having a drive through Starbucks close to my house. But for the last year. Every time I come through there they make my drink wrong and it tastes terrible. Hope y’all have better luck than me. Sincerely ‘ not impressed anymore ‘.

Slowest Starbucks drive thru ever. No way to leave the line when it takes too long either.

Is this the fanciest Starbucks ever? I think so, at least in Texas. The stone walls make me think I’m sipping my brew in a fortress. It gets crowded and oddly enough a lot of people that stare.

I live right here in Adriatica and I this place is always busy! Sometimes the girl or guys knows my order automatically by face recognition. Which is pretty cool considering the amount of coffee that is ordered in a given week. Great Service and beautiful location. I mention the location only because you honestly could have a romantic moment outside on the patio with your girl or guy without the added expense and frustration. Cobble stone road accented with Mediterranean architecture and nice lighting. Best Starbucks this side of 75

They are in dire need of process improvement. They can’t seem to get it together after 8:00am on the weekends.
