Went in specifically for a c-​Twist or something similar like a Vision Spinner II
Wasn’t really greeted, the kid at the counter was too busy on his phone — all he said was HEY! the room was PACKED WITH VAPE CLOUDS, COULD HARDLY SEE. I was looking to spend 100 – 200 bucks for a high end Custom Box as well since mine was forgotten back in California.
I asked for the VSII first, since i use that in the car only, I was handed the one on display and told that’s all that’s left? I come from California, there are shops every other corner like gas stations — NEVER have I purchased a Battery and been given a display model, always gotten them in a box. Except for the cTwist I would say, but at least they test them in front of me, provide a WORKING charger. I was given a dead charger. I had purchased a Spinner before, it was in the plastic wrapping and it the BOX!
In addition, this same model was ONLINE on your website for 29.99 — I was charged 34.99 plus given a FREE charger that was dead. To my luck, I have lots of spare chargers, so that wasn’t even an issue.
Maybe came in at the wrong time, or just expected more I guess. will not shop here again. Will begin my hunt for a local shop with some aptitude!

By far my favorite shop. Between all of the, I’d say 20 or so they’ve shops within 5 miles for me, this is the only shop I will go to. They are always so friendly and you always learn something new. They host parties and contests and provide hors d’oeuvres. Most definitely my favorite shop to purchase new items. But I’ll also just go in there to chat with all the great people who work there and visit there

I drive 40 minutes just to go to this store. Big Mama and staff know what they are doing. I have plenty of options in uptown Dallas, but I choose to drive (and i don’t LIKE driving) just to get the best quality and service.

Love this new location! Of course we already know the owners and their greatness and knowledge. If you know anyone looking to qui smoking and get the best health tested juice this is the place to educate you. All brands tested before even chosen for their locations. Come in let them show you the difference and their customer service and support is over the top!

This shop by far is the most friendly and comforting vape store I have been too, they are extremely knowledgeable and will be to take care of anything you need. If you have problems with mods, rda’s anything they can help or if you just want to learn more about the vaping industry they will give you lots of helpful information and tips. Above and beyond great customer service and will treat you like family from the time you walk into the store, to the time you leave. I love the store and will continue to come here.
