Wingstop

This location has messed up my family’s order multiple times but we keep coming back because after all it is Wingstop. The couple times they would either forget to put the fries and/​or the ranch in the bag. Causing me to drive all the way back. They do seem slow on nights that are normally not busy too. Something is off at this location.

Love our wings at WS. This franchise was on my way home and called in while driving there. Even though I was put on hold for a couple minutes the call taker came back on and was very friendly.
Got there just in time as they were just bagging up the order. The same guy answered my call was checking me out. Very friendly and got my order to me quickly.
Got the wings home and perfect. Not cooked too long or under cooked.

Consistently the worst managed Wingstop in my experience. If not for distance I would avoid at all costs. They mess up my order 1 out of 4 times even after reading it back to me. Again today I placed an order well ahead of time with a 5:45pm pickup. It is now 6pm and they are no where near completing it. It is borderline shameful mismanagement.

What I love about this place is the consistency. The food is always the same (good) and so is the service. It’s in my regular restaurant rotation.

Wing stop always has great wings and fries… but we’ve been waiting for over an hour now as I type this and people who walked in ordered after us are getting their food…

Awful service! We’ve ordered from this location four times and have been disappointed every time. We’ve received undercooked wings, wrong order, and in plucked feathers. Tonight, when my husband arrived to pick up our online order they hadn’t even started making it. We are done trying!

My last few times coming to this location is hit or miss. I usually order ahead because the wait time can be extremely long. As mentioned before I order my wings well done or they tend to be greasy and slimy. I ordered a friends wings the same and they overcooked them… u couldn’t taste the seasoning instead of crispy they were hard and crunchy. The fries are bland even when I order extra seasoning.

Worst wing stop location I’ve ever been to. Horrible management. Poor quality food. Got it home and it went right in the trash. Won’t be back. Went in on a Sat night. The location was not busy and there were five employees visible. It took this place 40 mins to get my two person order out the door. They got the order wrong and the food was nasty. The location didn’t look clean. Not sure what was going on at this place but it is not good. Stay far away. Yuck yuck yuck.

Wingstop fries are always a huge debate between people and their corresponding opinions. I’m not sure if they actually changed the recipe or if this location just made them slightly different. It had been some time since I made a visit to Wingstop, but when it’s approaching midnight there are less options.
This location OVERLY SEASONS everything. I’m one to like well seasoned fries but it was too much here. The fries here, again whether or not the recipe actually changed, were less sweet and more salty. A great thing because I was not originally a super fan of the brown sugar fries. They were good… until you continue to eat more of them and realize every bit of space on the fries is double coated (in a bad way) and the seasoning just gets all over your fingers so much that it easily gets under your nails.
They have these new spicy bbq korean wings, which sound promising. This isn’t a dry rub type of wing, it’s sauce coated. They did not taste anywhere near authentic, which I’m sure was there point but it wasn’t that bad of a thing. They were way more spicy than bbq-​ie. I, myself, prefer their Hawaiian wings better. The lemon pepper wings here were overly seasoned as well. Same situation with the fries and were wayyy to salty. I had to rub some salt off with my fingers and napkins cause it was too much. I did not want a headache from the over consumption of salt from this one meal. It was that salty!
They have a self mixing drink machine here. You know, the ones from coke with different drinks and flavorings you can mix in. I was surprised to see vitamin water offered. They had a tea urn that could be flavored as well. The peach sweet leaf was great.

My family probably eats here once every 2 – 3 weeks. We love wings. I prefer the Garlic Parmesan or Lemon Pepper bone-​in wings and my husband & daughter enjoy the BBQ boneless wings. The fries and baked beans are also good. Don’t forget ranch for dipping :)

What a great neighborhood find. After my wife worked my butt off all day Sunday, I was treated to a super reward of wings and Cowboy’s football!
We chose the crispy original hot wings and brought them home to meet a couple of cold ones in front of the game. No fuss; no mess (except on my fingers and chin!) the chicken was well cooked and not too spicy to enjoy the tasty legs and wings. Our order was ready in 22 minutes as promised and all in all we were very satisfied. As with most fast food outfits, this one could probably be managed better, but on this occasion we were pleasantly satisfied. Give them a try and enjoy.

Wingstop has the best wings in town. My family loves the wings as well as the fries. This always our eat out night food. Great job.

Not many places are open till midnight and wingstop happened to be a place that serves pretty decent fast-​food alternatives, so here it goes.
Fries, first and foremost, are pretty darn good. Not generic frozen type of fried, nicely seasoned, flavorful and I’m pretty impressed by them!
Wings were also surprisingly good, make sure to ask for extra crispy so you ensure it keeps the texture for your enjoyment! Have had the bbq, the mango, Louisiana rub (eh…), Serrano glaze. I don’t have many complaints about their sauces, their texture and crispy wings were pretty downright very good. The sauces weren’t as spicy as you may think, but all in all good wings and worth coming back for!
Are they the best wings I’ve had? No, but for reasonably priced wings and great for a near-​midnight snack!

Was really wanting to support this place, as the owner is from my hometown. I tried calling at least ten times to place an order, and it went to voicemail.

I called this wingstop several times and was put on hold and hang up on. I kept calling till I get there and watched as the girl did the exact same thing. I came in placed an order and was told I had to wait 17 minutes. If you all picked the phone I would not have to get my food rushed out of here and wait almost 20 minutes. Not happy. There were 4 people in the back… common!!!
On d plus side their wings tasted good… so it wasn’t all bad

Last night got a To-​Go. While waiting, over heard a phone-​in-​order asking for his wings to be cooked «well-​done». Got home with my wings and found out why. Unbelievable. 1^st time this has ever happened. Hope it was the last.

Wings were small, fries were old and dried up. Over priced and not good. Won’t return.

We actually eat here quite a bit. The wings are great, the service is pretty good considering they don’t have wait staff. My biggest complaint about this place is napkins.
It’s a wing joint, which means napkins are a key part of the eating experience. However, the napkins provided come in the form of one of those crappy, recycled paper, unperforated, hand towel rolls that go in a bathroom towel dispenser that is slipped over a piece of pipe bolted to the front counter. Super annoying and ineffective.
Come on people! Get real, quality, absorbent, napkins and put them on every table so I can stop having to bring my own! Do that and you get 5 stars from me.
