Pizza Hut

So Sad!!! All I can say is Wow!
We were here about a year ago with the worst service ever.
Thinking it’s had to goten better. We were very disappointed about how we were greated, so we turned around and left. Dodging the beer bottles in the parking lot

Worst Pizza Hut ever complained that the wings were cold the pizza was like cardboard so the managers gave us a a credit of 31 dollars I used a portion of that ordering a pizza hopefully I could get better food sadly it was the same i didn’t even eat a second slice I just threw it away so tonight a 6:30 I called to use the rest of my credit and the employee said that I don’t have a credit and that if I used a portion of it that the rest disappears how does money just disappear esp if it was given back to you for their mistake that is ridiculous cooperate NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!

Yuck! The staff here is very very nice, but the pizza is grease filled. I got a large pep and cheese and it was just dripping with grease. I ate one slice after soaking up the grease and that was it. I feel like my $ 20 was wasted and I am still need something to eat.

I have visited here several times over the past year looking for improvement and I am very sad to know that this place does not improve at all. It has been on the decline.
I used to love this place because it was always busy and a fun place to be for dinner when the wait staff seemed to love their job. Now it seems dirty, dark and since they took out the jukebox and did not replace it with ANYTHING it is eerily quiet now in there without the jukebox.
Besides the jukebox making the store quiet the décor is blah it does not have any personality not even Pizza Hut Personality like I have seen in other stores.
When you walk in you are NOT greeted by anyone. You usually stand there until about 5 minutes passes and someone happens to pop out of the back.
The food is mediocre to say the best. They have the same corporate food that other Pizza Huts have without the other Pizza Hut flare.
At best I would give it 2 stars and that is on a good day. I would hope the owner would upgrade the inside and spruce up the outside to give it more curb appeal.

From time to time I will chance it and return to bad places looking for improvement. Sorry to say that none has occurred. We ordered a pizza for lunch and attempted to order two side salads. However, we were told the salad in Front Royal is just a plate of plain iceberg lettuce, even though the menu has a photo of a normal house salad. The pizza was about the same, average corporate fare. Maybe one day, they will get it together and improve.

The food is typical Pizza Hut-​except their lunch buffet only had 2 pizzas and bread sticks at noon –where is the manager? It seems only 3 people work here. Phone is ringing a lot but no one seems to answer it. Buffet is finally set up at 12:15pm…No more salad bar? 2 Sets of customers left while we were there.
