Poor service for a Mac Donald’s. The customer does not come first. The employees personal agendas come first. Bad customer relations.

I’ve been to this McDonalds twice. Both times we stopped at this location while on a long road trip with two preschoolers. On BOTH occasions the service was PHENOMENAL. So much so that I’m actually writing a review for McDonald’s. :/The place is super clean, and my kids could play all day on the huge play-tube-slide thing. I’m planning to make this a permanent stop whenever we go to visit Grandma.

I’ve had so many bad experiencs at this location that I will NEVER go back to McDonalds again. Sunday’s experience was the last straw. I went to this restaurant this a.m. at 10:35 for breakfast. It was total chaos in the restaurant and behind the counter – everyone behind the counter seemed frantic. I waited for 20 minutes and people that were coming into the restaurant had their orders taken before me. Finally, at 10:55 I got someone to take my order, and she told me that breakfast was now over(they were starting to change the menu boards accordingly). I told the girl behind the counter that it wasn’t even 11:00 and she said that she didn’t make the rules. I did order one other item to go for someone at home, one hamburger and the time on the receipt confirmed a time of 10:57! So if breakfast was until 11:00, why couldn’t I get it? Then, for this one burger I waited 20 more minutes. I went across the street to Wendy’s and gave them my business. I will never go to another McDonalds again. On the day before this, I also waited 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers. This place should be shut down.

last week i went through te drive up and the girl who took the order didnt offer any new menu itemss like typical, she was not pleasent and didn’t sound like she wanted to be there. i get to the 1st window to pay and she just looks at me with her hand out. i’m not sure about you but i like to be told again of my total face to face so that everything is double checked. she said nothing, then just hand me the receipt and card back. not a thanks or anything. im hot by this point. pull to the next window for my drink and food and this girl was 100% better than the previous girl. she smiled, she sadi thank you she reitterated the drink. i was so happy to have a happy human that i told her thank you for being nice and that the other girl was rude and just aweful! she said she would say something. we’ll see.

What happened to McDonald’s great Iced Mocha? Last week I got one and it was totally different and bad. It was just like the Iced Mocha at Burger King. Flavored milk not brewed coffee.

I don’t know about the other reviews but the service i got was HORRIBLE. I know it is McDonald so I don’t expect the best service. However when I told the girl that she forgot to give me my salad, she looked at me like WTF. I want my salad that I paid for. Also the wrap that my mother ordered had stuff spewing out. Terrible.

We all know McD’s food, but like it or not, the service here is superb! I went through the drive through and both the girl(yes, she’s young) that took my money and the young man that handed me the food were so amazingly pleasant! They completely made my day! I even had to call in to their coporate headquarters to give them kudos. Smiling, friendly, super fast(duh) and just all around fantastic. Way to go!
